Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of detection, in particular to an online hardness detection device for cigarettes.
Background
The hardness of the cigarette characterizes the radial deformation resistance of the cigarette, is an index with strong comprehensiveness, is influenced by various factors such as environmental temperature and humidity, tobacco leaf formula, reference proportion, tobacco shred structure and the like, and reflects the comprehensive quality level of the quality of the cigarette. Under the same condition, the higher the hardness of the cigarette, the larger the quality of the cigarette, and the larger the smoking resistance of the cigarette. However, when the hardness of the cigarettes is too high, the cigarettes are easy to burst. The hardness of the cigarettes is too low, the cigarettes are easy to loosen, and the drop of the cigarettes is increased.
The existing cigarette hardness detection device needs to take off cigarettes from a production line for offline detection, and the efficiency of cigarette hardness detection is reduced in such a way.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present application unless it is specifically stated otherwise.
The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the application, its application, or uses.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to one of ordinary skill in the relevant art may not be discussed in detail, but where appropriate, the techniques, methods, and apparatus should be considered part of the specification.
In all examples shown and discussed herein, any specific values should be construed as merely illustrative, and not a limitation. Thus, other examples of exemplary embodiments may have different values.
The application provides an online hardness detection device for cigarettes, which is characterized in that a detection conveyor belt is arranged on a finished cigarette output path of a cigarette making machine, a hardness detection probe is arranged above the detection conveyor belt, and the cigarettes are subjected to online hardness detection in the finished cigarette output process without being taken down from a production line, so that the detection efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device for detecting the hardness of cigarettes on line provided by the application comprises a detection conveyor belt 20, a pressing mechanism 10, a roller type hardness probe 40 and an upper computer (not shown in the figure).
The detection conveyor belt 20 is arranged on the finished cigarette output path of the cigarette making machine, the pressing mechanism 10 is fixed above the detection conveyor belt 20, and the roller type hardness probe 40 is arranged at the lower end of the pressing mechanism 10. In operation, the cigarette being inspected is positioned between the roller hardness probe 40 and the inspection conveyor 20. The roller type hardness probe 40 is in signal connection with an upper computer.
As one example, the detection conveyor 20 is part of the conveyor of the finished cigarette of the cigarette making machine.
As another example, the detection conveyor 20 is sandwiched between the conveyors of two lengths of finished cigarettes of the cigarette making machine.
As an example, the length of the detection conveyor 20 is 10cm.
As an example, the holder 30 is provided on the fixing frame of the detection conveyor 20, and the pressing mechanism 10 is fixed to the holder 30.
Preferably, a height adjustment assembly is provided between the holder 30 and the detection conveyor 20.
As one embodiment, the height adjusting assembly comprises a bolt, a sleeve and a spring, wherein the head of the bolt is in threaded connection with the fixing frame of the detection conveyor belt from bottom to top, the end part of the bolt protrudes out of the upper end face of the fixing frame, the end part of the bolt is in threaded connection with the sleeve, the lower end of the spring is fixed on a shaft shoulder on the upper part of the sleeve, and the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected with the lower end of the fixer. When the bolt is rotated, the sleeve moves upward or downward relative to the bolt and the fixing frame, and the sleeve pushes the holder 30 to move upward or downward synchronously by the spring so as to adjust the installation height of the fixing frame. When the specification of the detected cigarette changes (for example, the conventional cigarette is changed into a middle cigarette), the height of the fixer is adjusted through the height adjusting component so as to adapt to the change of the specification.
As one example, the pressure applying mechanism is a push-pull gauge.
When the detected cigarettes pass under the roller type hardness probe 40, under the action of the pressing mechanism 10, the roller type hardness probe 40 detects the hardness of the detected cigarettes and sends the detection result to the upper computer, the upper computer processes (e.g. calculates an average value) the hardness detection results of a preset number of the detected cigarettes, compares the processing results with a preset threshold range, and outputs a result of unqualified hardness detection to a user if the processing results are not within the preset threshold range; otherwise, outputting a result of qualified hardness detection.
While certain specific embodiments of the application have been described in detail by way of example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the application. The scope of the application is defined by the appended claims.
