the product detection assembly 3 comprises a high-speed camera 4 and an image analyzer, wherein the high-speed camera 4 is used for collecting paper product images on the conveying belt and sending the paper product images to the image analyzer, and the image analyzer is used for judging the quality of the collected paper product images;

The product quality detection device can perform high-speed and high-precision real-time detection on paper products, effectively avoids human errors, and establishes a uniform and quantifiable inspection standard. When analyzing the quality of the product, the analysis mainly includes analyzing the shape defect and the color defect of the product. The shape defects mainly refer to flaws, foreign matters, stains, knife threads and the like. The method is characterized in that the difference between the gray value of the defect position of the defect image and the standard image on the image is represented, the gray value of the defect image is compared with the standard image, whether the difference value exceeds the preset threshold range or not is judged, and whether the image has the shape defect or not can be judged. The color defect mainly means that the color of the image of the product to be detected is different from that of the image of the standard product. According to the set standard template, the printing defects generated in the printed product, such as character pasting, missing printing, dirty points, ink points, burrs, overprinting deviation, gold stamping deviation, die cutting deviation, poor striping, color difference and the like, can be effectively detected.
And the sorting controller sorts the corresponding paper products into corresponding sorting channels according to the quality analysis result of the paper products by the image analyzer. In the embodiment of the invention, as a preferable scheme, the number of the sorting channels can be 2, namely, a qualified product channel and an unqualified product channel, when the image analyzer judges the conveyed product as a qualified product, the sorting controller sorts the product into the qualified product channel, and so on, thereby completing continuous automatic detection and sorting of the paper product, and greatly improving the production efficiency in the production process.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, the product quality detection apparatus further includes a positioning device 6, where the positioning device 6 includes a paper positioning controller and a positioning detection sensor, the positioning detection sensor is configured to sense position data of paper and send the position data to the paper positioning controller, and the paper positioning controller is configured to position paper products on the conveyor belt according to a preset position standard.
It can be understood that when the paper feeding mechanism 1 dispenses the paper product onto the conveyor belt, the paper on the conveyor belt cannot maintain a certain relative position due to air resistance or other reasons, and is often prone to skew or shift during the conveying process, which affects the accuracy of image acquisition of the paper product and is difficult to ensure the reliability of quality detection. In view of the above, in the embodiment of the present invention, a set of positioning devices 6 is preferably installed before the product detecting assembly 3, and includes a paper positioning controller and a positioning detecting sensor, the positioning detecting sensor collects position data of paper and sends the position data to the paper positioning controller for analysis, and the paper positioning controller positions the paper products on the conveying belt to a uniform position according to a position error result obtained by the analysis, so that the products conveyed on the conveying belt can maintain a uniform relative position, thereby reducing an error of image collection, further improving efficiency of product quality detection and increasing reliability of a detection result.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, the conveying mechanism 2 further includes an air suction chamber and an exhaust fan, the conveying belt is provided with a plurality of air suction holes, the air suction chamber is disposed below the upper end conveying belt, and a cavity of the air suction chamber is communicated with an air inlet of the exhaust fan. After the positioning device 6 is added in the above preferred scheme, stable conveying of paper still cannot be guaranteed because the paper continuously runs on the conveying belt and can be influenced by factors such as vibration of the conveying belt, and especially when the running speed of the conveying belt is high, it is difficult to guarantee that the paper products can be collected by the high-speed camera 4 in a neat and uniform posture, so that the detection effect is influenced. In view of this, in the embodiment of the present invention, the conveying belt is designed as a negative pressure suction belt, the conveying belt is provided with a plurality of suction holes, and the suction chamber and the exhaust fan are arranged, so that negative pressure is formed on the upper surface of the conveying belt, the paper products are adsorbed on the conveying belt, and the paper products are stably conveyed on the conveying belt by increasing the friction between the paper products and the conveying belt, thereby ensuring that the high speed camera 4 can acquire images of the same position for each paper product, and effectively improving the reliability of detection.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, the product quality detection apparatus further includes a buzzer, and the image analyzer controls the buzzer to generate a buzzer when determining that the quality of the paper product is lower than a preset standard. It can be understood that when the quality condition of the paper products is detected to exceed the preset standard, a buzzer is sent to remind a production line manager, so that the worker can pay attention to the quality condition of the products in time and take corresponding measures, such as pause detection and pause production quality.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the product quality detection apparatus further preferably includes a light emitting device 7, and the light emitting device 7 is disposed above the conveying mechanism 2.
