As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the barrel suction type cleaner according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present utility model includes a cleaning head 1, a cleaning main body 2, a floor brush assembly 12, and a cleaning water tank 41.
The dust collection head 1 is connected with the dust collection main body 2 through the dust collection pipe 3, the dust collection main body 2 comprises a first motor component 21 and a containing component 22, and the containing component 22 is communicated with a dust collection opening of the dust collection head 1 through the dust collection pipe 3.
The clean water tank 41 delivers water to the floor brush assembly 12 through the clean water pipe 42, the floor brush assembly 12 is arranged in the dust collection space 11 of the dust collection head 1, and the dust collection opening is communicated with the dust collection space 11, and it is understood that the dust collection space 11 is a space with the dust collection opening extending outwards and is used for installing the floor brush assembly 12 and other structures.
The barrel suction type dust collector provided by the embodiment of the utility model has the following specific working principle: after the dust collector is started, the dust collection head 1 moves on the ground along with the manual movement of a user, and in the process of moving the dust collection head 1, on one hand, the clean water tank 41 sends water to the ground brush assembly 12 through the clean water pipe 42, so that the wet ground brush assembly 12 can be contacted with the ground when the dust collection head 1 moves, the ground brush assembly 12 brushes stains on the ground, and the garbage attached to the ground can be brushed down so as to suck the garbage into the dust collection space 11, and the function of mopping and washing the ground is realized; on the other hand, the first motor assembly 21 drives the blades to rotate at a high speed, air negative pressure is generated in the sealed accommodating assembly 22, dry dust is sucked through the dust suction space 11 and the dust suction pipe 3, air mixed with the dust enters the accommodating assembly 22 through the pipeline, the air and the dry garbage are separated by the filtering device, the dry garbage is collected in the dust bin, and meanwhile clean air is discharged. In conclusion, the barrel suction type dust collector can realize the cleaning effect of combining suction, washing and dragging.
Further, when the floor brush assembly 12 becomes dirty due to too long a working time, water can be sent to the floor brush assembly 12 through the water cleaning pipe 42 to clean the floor brush assembly 12, so that a self-cleaning function of the floor brush assembly 12 is realized, the operation of a user is facilitated, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the related art, there are three types of existing floor cleaning products, which respectively include: barrel suction type dust collector, dust collector and floor washing machine. The existing barrel suction type dust collector accommodating assembly is large in size, convenient to use, and capable of collecting dry garbage to the greatest extent, and the use occasions comprise but are not limited to engineering rubbing, courtyard house cleaning and the like. The existing dust collector is suitable for small living scenes such as houses, and can only collect dry garbage with small volume or particle feeling, such as hair, dust, fruit scraps and the like. The existing floor washing machine is heavy, the sewage tank and the clean water tank are designed at the hand-held push rod part of the user, and the quantity of garbage collection is greatly limited. In addition, because of the water tank design of the lower part of the push rod of the floor scrubber, the floor scrubber has a sanitary dead space, such as a space with a limited height (similar to the lower gap of a sofa).
Therefore, in order to solve the technical problems in the related art, the utility model provides a barrel suction type dust collector, which is improved on the basis of the original barrel suction type dust collector, and the floor brush assembly 12 is arranged in the dust collection space 11, so that the floor brush assembly 12 can clean dirt and wet garbage on the ground, namely, the barrel suction type dust collector can treat various types of garbage (dry garbage, wet garbage, dry dirt and wet dirt), and the floor brush assembly 12 can realize the mopping effect on the ground due to the clean water tank 41 and the clean water pipe 42 for supplying water, and meanwhile, the cleaning effect can be realized in place for the clean and sanitary dead angle of the floor cleaning machine on the market, so as to achieve better cleaning effect.
It will be appreciated that the main body of the utility model is the body of a barrel suction type dust collector, and compared with the common dust collector, the utility model has the advantages that the dust collector can clean the floor in a large area, comprises larger particles or garbage with larger volume, and uses the scene including but not limited to new house rubbing and courtyard cleaning, which cannot be done by the common dust collector and the existing household floor cleaning machine on the market. However, the existing barrel suction type dust collector has the defect that wet garbage or stains adhered to the ground cannot be cleaned, so that the barrel suction type dust collector is updated and modified on the basis of the existing barrel suction type dust collector, so that the defects of the barrel suction type dust collector can be overcome, and the barrel suction type dust collector is modified into a barrel suction type dust collector integrating suction, washing and dragging, and can be applied to more scenes, such as the ground of a canteen, a rainy courtyard and the like.
Moreover, because the sewage tank and the clean water tank 41 of the existing floor scrubber are both arranged in the hand push rod assembly, the weight feeling is large when in use, and the improved barrel sewage suction tank or clean water tank 41 is arranged in the accommodating body, so that the capacity of collecting dirt is large, and the labor is saved when in use.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, the barrel suction cleaner further comprises a second motor assembly (not shown) drivingly connected to the floor brush assembly 12 for driving the floor brush assembly 12 in rotation relative to the floor. Thus, the floor brush assembly 12 continuously rolls in the process of cleaning the floor, so that the cleaning effect on the floor is achieved, the cleaning effect on the floor is further improved, and the dirt residue is avoided.
Further, the second motor assembly includes a second motor and a ground brush driving member, the second motor drives the ground brush assembly 12 to rotate through the ground brush driving member, wherein the ground brush driving member may be a belt, a gear, a driving rod, and the like, and the utility model is not limited in particular herein.
As shown in fig. 2, according to some embodiments of the present utility model, an upper end of the clear water pipe 42 is connected to the clear water tank 41, and a lower end of the clear water pipe 42 is provided with a spraying device, which is disposed above the floor brush assembly 12 and opposite to the floor brush assembly 12.
In this way, the bristles of the floor brush assembly 12 can be wetted by spraying the spray device onto the floor brush assembly 12 to better clean the floor stains and the spray device can avoid leaving excessive water stains on the floor.
