Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The present embodiment provides a vehicle including, but not limited to, an electric vehicle, a hybrid vehicle, a fuel-fired vehicle. The vehicle may be a car, SUV, off-road vehicle, recreational vehicle, MPV, pick-up truck, or the like.
The vehicle of the present embodiment includes: a front windshield, an engine cover, a ventilation plaque 100 provided below the front windshield and behind the engine cover, and an air conditioner body provided inside the vehicle (the air conditioner body includes an air conditioner fan 161 described below).
The ventilation plaque 100 is used to provide air intake to an air conditioning body inside a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a ventilation tile 100 includes: a body 110 and a baffle 120. The body 110 is provided with a vent 111, and a shutter 120 is rotatably connected to the body 110 at a first side 113 of the vent 111, the shutter 120 being rotatable to open and close the vent 111.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a vent plaque 100 when viewed from above, i.e., from the outside of a vehicle, and the dashed line indicates that a part shielded by a body 110 of the vent plaque 100, i.e., a part that is invisible to the naked eye when viewed from the outside.
It should be appreciated that the vent tile 100 is air-fed or, in some special cases, air-vented through the vent 111.
By providing the rotatable damper 120 to open and close the ventilation opening 111, it is possible to close the ventilation opening 111 of the ventilation plaque 100 by rotating the damper 120 when the air conditioner is not required to be used in the vehicle interior, for example, when the vehicle is not used or when the external temperature is suitable for not requiring the air conditioner to be opened in the vehicle interior, to prevent foreign matters such as rainwater, dust, etc. outside from entering the cabin of the vehicle interior through the ventilation opening 111 to affect the passengers, or foreign matters such as rainwater, dust, etc. outside from entering the air conditioner body through the ventilation opening 111 to cause damage to the air conditioner fan 161 or the heat exchange module in the air conditioner body, and to open the ventilation opening 111 of the ventilation plaque 100 by rotating the damper 120 when the air conditioner is required to be used in the vehicle interior, so that the air conditioner body can normally intake air.
The material of the body 110 of the vent trim 100 and the mounting manner of the vehicle can be conventional in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
The body 110 of the vent trim panel 100 includes, but is not limited to, an outer panel portion 118 and an inner panel portion 119. The outer plate portion 118 is a portion that can be seen from the outside, and in this embodiment, is inclined by about 45 ° with respect to the horizontal direction, and in other embodiments, the inclination of the outer plate portion 118 with respect to the horizontal direction may be changed depending on the vehicle type. The inner plate portion 119 is a portion of the body 110 hidden in the vehicle body interior, and the inner plate portion 119 is connected to the outer plate portion 118 and bent toward the vehicle body interior with respect to the outer plate portion 118 to avoid some parts in the vehicle body, and the length of the inner plate portion 119 may vary depending on the vehicle type.
The shutter 120 of the vent panel 100 is preferably constructed in a one-piece structure so as to facilitate rotation control thereof, and the vent 111 of the vent panel 100 can be opened and closed by rotating the shutter 120 on the side to which the body 110 is connected.
As shown in fig. 3, the baffle 120 is connected to the body 110 on the downstream side of the air intake direction X of the air vent 111. And the barrier 120 is rotatable toward the interior of the vehicle.
By disposing the baffle 120 on the downstream side of the intake direction X of the vent 111, when the baffle 120 is in the open position (the position shown by the broken line in fig. 3 is the open position of the baffle 120), the intake passage, i.e., the passage through which outside air enters the air conditioning fan 161 through the vent 111 is partially covered, so that even if outside foreign matter such as rainwater, dust, etc. enters the intake passage together with the outside air, the outside foreign matter is blocked by the baffle 120 after striking the baffle 120, without entering the air conditioning body together with the outside air, thereby avoiding damage to the air conditioning body and influence on occupants in the cabin by the outside foreign matter.
Also illustrated in fig. 3 is an air conditioning fan 161 of the air conditioning body. The air conditioner fan 161 is located on the downstream side of the ventilation plaque 100 in the air intake direction X of the ventilation opening 111, and a baffle 120 is connected to the side of the ventilation opening 111 close to the air conditioner fan 161. The effect of the baffle 120 being connected to the downstream side of the vent 111 can be more clearly understood by indicating the position of the air conditioning fan 161.
The air conditioner body includes a heat exchange module and an air conditioner fan 161, and the air conditioner fan 161 is used to pump air and introduce the air into the heat exchange module to heat or cool the introduced air, thereby providing cool air or hot air to the vehicle. When the vehicle is subjected to external circulation ventilation (i.e., air outside the vehicle is introduced into a cabin of the vehicle), external air is sucked into the air conditioner body from the ventilation trim 100 by driving of the air conditioner fan 161, and then the sucked external space is heated or cooled by the heat exchange module and then is transferred into the cabin of the vehicle, thereby providing cool air or hot air into the cabin of the vehicle.
The baffle 120 faces from the first side 113 of the vent 111 toward the second side 114 of the vent 111 and beyond the second side 114. The excess is the extension 123 of the baffle 120. By extending the baffle 120 beyond the second side 114 of the vent 111, the width of the baffle 120 is increased, which may allow the baffle 120 to cover more of the air intake passage, thereby better blocking of foreign matter such as rain, dust, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the body 110 of the ventilation plaque 100 is provided with a grill 130 at the ventilation opening 111, and the windward side 121 of the baffle 120 facing the body 110 is provided with a plurality of blocking pieces 122, and the blocking pieces 122 are used for blocking openings of the grill 130.
The grill 130 is provided at the ventilation opening 111 to prevent a large volume of foreign matter from entering the air inlet passage. The form of the grating 130 may take the form of a grating 130 of the prior art, such as square, diamond, etc., and will not be described in detail herein. By providing the blocking piece 122 on the windward side 121 of the baffle 120, the sealing performance of the baffle 120 with respect to the ventilation opening 111 can be improved, so that small volumes of dust, rainwater and the like or fluid foreign matters can be well prevented from entering the air inlet channel when the ventilation opening 111 is closed.
In this embodiment, the blocking piece 122 protrudes from the windward side 121, so as to block the openings of the grille 130. In other embodiments, the blocking piece 122 may be disposed in a groove of the windward side 121, and not protrude, which may also achieve the purpose of blocking the opening of the grille 130.
The vent 111 has four sides: a first side 113, a second side 114, a third side 115, a fourth side 116. The first side 113 is opposite the third side 115 and the second side 114 is opposite the fourth side 116. The first side 113 is a downstream side and is also a side to which the baffle 120 is attached. The second side 114 is an upstream side, and the third side 115 and the fourth side 116 are adjacent to the first side 113 and the second side 114, respectively. In this embodiment, the vent 111 is rectangular, alternatively, the vent 111 may be provided in an elliptical shape, a shaped form, or the like as needed.
In the present embodiment, the extending direction of the vent trim 100 is slightly inclined with respect to the horizontal direction. In other embodiments, the direction of extension of the vent tile 100 is parallel with respect to the horizontal direction.
The baffle 120 is rotatably connected to the body 110 by a rotation shaft 140. The rotation of the shutter 120 can be conveniently accomplished by the rotation shaft 140.
The ventilation tile 100 further includes: and a driving motor for driving the rotation shaft 140 to rotate. The drive motor is provided on the second side 114 or the fourth side 116 of the vent 111 to facilitate direct connection with the rotary shaft 140. The drive motor may be electrically connected to a central control system of the vehicle so as to be opened and closed in accordance with a manipulation of a driver or in accordance with a setting program of the central control system.
Referring to fig. 1, the ventilation plaque 100 further includes two fixing brackets 150, and the two fixing brackets 150 are respectively disposed at both sides of the ventilation opening 111 in the length direction and connect both ends of the rotation shaft 140 such that the rotation shaft 140 is rotatable with respect to the fixing brackets 150. The rotation shaft 140 can be conveniently fixed by the two fixing brackets 150, thereby achieving the rotation of the barrier 120 with a simple structure.
The vehicle is provided with the rotatable baffle 120 at the ventilation opening 111 of the ventilation plaque 100, thereby preventing foreign matters from entering the interior of the vehicle through the ventilation plaque 100 while taking into consideration the air intake function of the ventilation plaque 100.
