背景技术
随着填充母粒生产工艺逐渐成熟,新工艺、新设备不断的发展,科技的进步带来人工的成本的降低。目前市场自动化供料系统参差不齐,价格相差较大,市场主流方式为失重称式自动计量配置,失重称根据精度不同,价格从几万到几十万一台,往往母粒生产配方中,有5-10种原料,采用失重称造价非常昂贵。中国专利(公开号为CN211807703U)公开了一种高填充塑料用高效连续混炼挤出装置,包括由上至下依次连接设置的补料仓、失重计量称、双转子密炼机、强制喂料机及往复式挤出机,补料仓设有若干个,每一个下方均连通设有一个失重计量称。可见高填充塑料用高效连续混炼挤出装置中,同样存在采用失重计量称,造价成本高的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料母粒自动化供料、配混系统,系统结构简单、运行稳定,可提升设备自动化程度,降低企业用工成本。
为达上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种塑料母粒自动化供料、配混系统,包括加料仓、粉体计量仓、助剂计量仓、粉体仓、助剂仓和高速混合机;其中,所述粉体计量仓和所述助剂计量仓分别通过物料输送管道与所述加料仓相连;所述粉体仓位于所述粉体计量仓的出料口的下方,所述助剂仓位于所述助剂计量仓的出料口的下方,所述粉体仓和助剂仓均设置有称重传感器;所述粉体仓和所述助剂仓分别通过管路与所述高速混合机相连通。
进一步的,所述粉体仓与所述高速混合机连通的管路上以及所述助剂仓与所述高速混合机连通的管路上均设置有阀门。
进一步的,所述粉体计量仓与所述助剂计量仓内部均设置有料位计。
进一步的,还包括螺旋输送管道,所述粉体计量仓底部与所述粉体计量仓的出料口之间以及所述助剂计量仓底部与所述助剂计量仓的出料口之间均设置有螺旋输送管道。
进一步的,还包括挤出机和挤出机料仓;所述挤出机与高速混合机下料口相连,所述挤出机料仓与所述挤出机的入料口相连。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种塑料母粒自动化供料、配混系统,包括加料仓13、粉体计量仓8、助剂计量仓10、粉体仓6、助剂仓9和高速混合机4;其中,所述粉体计量仓8和所述助剂计量仓10分别通过物料输送管12道与所述加料仓13相连;所述粉体仓6位于所述粉体计量仓8的出料口的下方,所述助剂仓9位于所述助剂计量仓10的出料口的下方,所述粉体仓6和助剂仓9均设置有称重传感器5;所述粉体仓6和所述助剂仓9分别通过管路与所述高速混合机4相连通。
本实施例中,所述粉体仓6与所述高速混合机4连通的管路上以及所述助剂仓9与所述高速混合机4连通的管路上均设置有阀门。当粉体仓6与助剂仓9内的物料达到所需重量后,阀门打卡,物料进入高速混合机4内。
本实施例中,所述粉体计量仓8与所述助剂计量仓10内部均设置有料位计11。
本实用新型还包括螺旋输送管道7,所述粉体计量仓8底部与所述粉体计量仓8的出料口之间以及所述助剂计量仓10底部与所述助剂计量仓10的出料口之间均设置有螺旋输送管道7。通过螺旋输送管道7能够准确控制输送物料的量。
本实用新型还包括挤出机1和挤出机料仓2;所述挤出机1与高速混合机4下料口3相连,所述挤出机料仓2与所述挤出机1的入料口相连,通过挤出机1实现了塑料母粒的成品输出。
本实施例中,所述加料仓13设置有多个,以便于投加不同的物料。

本是实用新型的工作流程为:
物料从加料仓13加入,根据实际情况,现场可配备多个加料仓,加料仓的物料通过物料输送管道12,真空输送至助剂计量仓10和粉体计量仓8,现场可配备多个助剂计量仓,助剂计量仓10和粉体计量仓8内部配备料位计11,当助剂计量仓10和粉体计量仓8内的物料高度低于料位计11时,物料从加料仓13,经输送管道12输送至缺料的助剂计量仓10或粉体计量仓8中,此时完成生产工艺中的自动供料环节。接下来为自动配混工艺,系统根据设定的配方配比,助剂计量仓10和粉体计量仓8分别与带有称重传感器5的助剂仓9和粉体仓6相连,助剂计量仓10和粉体计量仓8的物料通过螺旋输送管道7输送至助剂仓9或粉体仓6中,称重传感器5可以精确获得助剂仓9和粉体仓6中物料的重量,系统根据该重量值,来控制助剂计量仓10和粉体计量仓8的运行,以此来实现物料自动计量的目的,系统将所有物料计量完后,进入高速混合机4中,高速混合机4根据设定好的时间或温度来进行物料的混合,此时完成生产工艺中的自动配混工艺。混合好的物料经过高混机下料口3,排放至挤出机料仓2中,物料经过挤出机1塑化挤出切粒后得到成品。

1.一种塑料母粒自动化供料、配混系统,其特征在于,包括加料仓、粉体计量仓、助剂计量仓、粉体仓、助剂仓和高速混合机;其中,所述粉体计量仓和所述助剂计量仓分别通过物料输送管道与所述加料仓相连;所述粉体仓位于所述粉体计量仓的出料口的下方,所述助剂仓位于所述助剂计量仓的出料口的下方,所述粉体仓和助剂仓均设置有称重传感器;所述粉体仓和所述助剂仓分别通过管路与所述高速混合机相连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料母粒自动化供料、配混系统,其特征在于,所述粉体仓与所述高速混合机连通的管路上以及所述助剂仓与所述高速混合机连通的管路上均设置有阀门。

4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种塑料母粒自动化供料、配混系统,其特征在于,还包括螺旋输送管道,所述粉体计量仓底部与所述粉体计量仓的出料口之间以及所述助剂计量仓底部与所述助剂计量仓的出料口之间均设置有螺旋输送管道。
