Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of this disclosure is to provide a combination formula ecological frame, and it has solved current ecological frame numerous, and the manual handling is consuming time and is spent the problem.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure provides a combined ecological frame, which includes a plurality of prefabricated frames arranged in sequence, wherein a containing groove is formed on each prefabricated frame, and a fixing structure is arranged between two adjacent prefabricated frames, so that the plurality of prefabricated frames arranged in sequence form a group of ecological frames;
the fixing structure is detachably connected with a sealing plate positioned in the holding groove, and a lifting structure is arranged at the bottom of the holding groove and used for lifting the ecological frame.
In some embodiments, the fixing structure comprises split bolts, fixing blocks and screw holes, each of the fixing blocks is provided with four fixing blocks on the side wall of the containing groove, one surface, far away from the containing groove, of the fixing block is provided with screw holes and penetrates through the side wall of the prefabricated frame, the split bolts are arranged on the screw holes, and the split bolts penetrate through the screw holes to connect two adjacent prefabricated frames.
In some embodiments, the lifting structure comprises two lifting rings, one of the lifting rings is arranged in the containing groove at the head end, and the other lifting ring is arranged in the containing groove at the tail end.
In some embodiments, the upper surface of the fixed block is provided with a supporting groove, and a supporting block is arranged below the sealing plate and is fit with the supporting groove.
In some embodiments, two side walls of the prefabricated frame are provided with material exchange holes, and a filter screen is arranged in each material exchange hole.
In some embodiments, a groove is formed in the top of the prefabricated frame, and a bump is formed at a position, corresponding to the groove, of the bottom of the prefabricated frame.
In some embodiments, a plurality of screws are disposed between the filter screen and the substance exchange aperture.
Before installation, the sealing plate is taken out, a plurality of prefabricated frames are placed in parallel, the prefabricated frames are connected into a group of ecological frames through the fixing structure, the ecological frames are transported to corresponding positions through the lifting structure, the sealing plate is installed, the prefabricated frames are swung into a first layer according to requirements, the prefabricated frames of a second layer are hung above the prefabricated frames of the first layer, and soil is irrigated onto the sealing plate.
The effect that can be reached through the above-mentioned setting:
1. through setting up fixed knot constructs, connect a plurality of prefabricated frames together in proper order, will install in advance, carry again to a set of ecological frame of constitution, both save time and laborsaving.
2. Through setting up detachable closing plate, be convenient for hang ecological frame when taking down the closing plate, when installing the closing plate for hold soil.
3. The lifting structure is arranged at the bottom of the containing tank, so that the ecological frame is convenient to lift and transport to the corresponding position, manual carrying is reduced, and the burden of workers is lightened.

The disclosure provides a combination formula ecological frame, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, ecological frame includes a plurality of prefabricated frames 1 of arranging in proper order, has seted up on the prefabricated frame 1 and has held groove 2, is equipped with fixed knot constructs 3 between two adjacent prefabricated frames 1 for a set of ecological frame is constituteed with a plurality of prefabricated frames 1 of arranging in proper order, can dismantle on the fixed knot constructs 3 and is connected with the closing plate 4 that is located and holds inslot 2, holds inslot 2 bottom and is equipped with lifting structure 5 for lifting ecological frame.
Through the setting of above-mentioned structure, utilize fixed knot between the adjacent prefabricated frame 1 constructs 3, connect together a plurality of prefabricated frames 1 in proper order, install it in advance, both save time and laborsaving. Through setting up detachable closing plate 4, be convenient for hang ecological frame when taking down closing plate 4, when installing closing plate 4 for hold soil, can prevent soil loss. The lifting structure 5 is arranged at the bottom of the containing groove 2, so that the ecological frame is convenient to lift and transport to the corresponding position, manual carrying is reduced, and the burden is lightened for staff.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fixing structure 3 includes split bolts 31, fixing blocks 32 and screw holes 33, four fixing blocks 32 are disposed on the side wall of each holding groove 2, one surface of each fixing block 32 away from the holding groove 2 is provided with a screw hole 33 and penetrates through the side wall of the prefabricated frame 1, the split bolts 31 are disposed on the screw holes 33, and the split bolts 31 penetrate through the screw holes 33 to connect two adjacent prefabricated frames 1.
Through the arrangement of the structure, the stability of the fixed structure 3 is enhanced by the arrangement of the plurality of fixed blocks 32, and the screw holes 33 penetrating through the side walls are correspondingly arranged, so that the two adjacent prefabricated frames 1 are conveniently connected by the split bolts 31.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the lifting structure 5 includes two lifting rings 51, one of the lifting rings 51 being disposed in the receiving slot 2 at the head end and the other lifting ring 51 being disposed in the receiving slot 2 at the tail end.
The arrangement of the hanging ring 51 is convenient for transporting the assembled ecological frame to the corresponding position, and the hanging ring 51 is arranged at the bottom of the containing groove 2, so that the attractiveness is not affected.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the upper surface of the fixing block 32 is provided with a support groove 6, and the lower surface of the sealing plate 4 is provided with a support block 7, and the support block 7 should be fitted with the support groove 6.
In this arrangement, the support groove 6 is bonded to the support block 7, and the seal plate 4 is mounted on the fixing block 32, so that the shaking of the seal plate from left to right is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, two side walls of the prefabricated frame 1 are provided with a substance exchange hole 8, and a filter screen 9 is arranged in the substance exchange hole.
By the arrangement, air can be introduced into the accommodating groove 2, so that certain content of oxygen is ensured in the accommodating groove 2, and redundant water in the accommodating groove 2 can be discharged, so that the soil can keep proper humidity, and plants in the accommodating groove 2 can grow healthily. No matter exchange holes 8 are accumulated in the containing groove 2, so that the roots of plants can be rotten after being soaked in the water for a long time.
Through setting up filter screen 9, prevent that soil and water from losing from object exchange hole 8, but filter screen 9 still has the gap, put into the stone in filter screen 9 and block up filter screen 9's space, prevent that soil from losing from the gap.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a groove 10 is formed at the top of the prefabricated frame 1, and a bump 11 is formed at the bottom of the prefabricated frame 1 at a position corresponding to the groove 10.
By the arrangement, when the ecological frames are placed, the convex blocks 11 of one group are matched with the grooves 10 of the other group, so that the arrangement of the ecological frames of each group is facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a plurality of screws 12 are provided between the filter mesh 9 and the substance exchange well 8
Through the arrangement, the filter screen is fixed in the material exchange hole, so that the phenomenon that the filter screen is deviated when the stone is put into the material exchange hole to enable the stone to fall out of the material exchange hole is avoided.
In summary, before installation, the sealing plate 4 is taken out, several prefabricated frames 1 are placed in parallel, the prefabricated frames 1 are connected into a group by using split bolts 31 to pass through screw holes 33 on the side walls of two adjacent prefabricated frames 1, then the prefabricated frames 1 are transported to corresponding positions by hanging rings 51 at the front end and the rear end through 4, then the sealing plate 4 is installed, the supporting blocks 7 under the sealing plate 4 are installed in the supporting grooves 6 on the fixing blocks 32, stone blocks are placed in the filter screen 9, gaps on the filter screen 9 are blocked, the stone blocks and the filter screen 9 are blocked in the material exchange holes 8, and the filter screen 9 is fixed in the material exchange holes 8 through screws 12. After the prefabricated frame 1 is fully arranged on the first layer according to the requirements, the prefabricated frame 1 on the second layer is hung above the prefabricated frame 1 on the first layer, wherein the sealing plate 4 is not arranged at the bottom of the second layer and the bottom of the containing groove 2 above, the inside of the containing groove 2 is communicated with the inside of the containing groove 2 on the lower layer, the boss at the bottom of the prefabricated frame 1 on the upper layer is matched with the groove 10 at the top of the prefabricated frame 1 on the lower layer, so that the bosses cannot move mutually, and finally the soil is placed in the containing groove 2.
