Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a camouflage vehicle window and a vehicle.
Background
The special vehicle is a railway wagon for transporting special articles, the wagon body is closed, and no window is arranged on the wagon body, but the special vehicle is easy to identify when transporting the articles due to obvious differences between the appearance of the special vehicle and the common vehicle.
The existing railway passenger car window mostly adopts a unit type passenger car window, as shown in fig. 3, and mainly comprises glass 100, an outer side adhesive tape 200, a heat insulation bridge component 300, a window frame component 400, a foam adhesive tape 500, a sealant 600, a tensioning block component 700, an inner side adhesive tape 800 and a cushion block 900. The window frame mainly comprises two aluminum alloy frames, which are connected into a whole through a heat-insulating bridge structure and are fixed on a side wall plate 001 of the vehicle body through a tensioning block; an outer foam adhesive tape is arranged at the joint of the window frame and the side wall, and sealant is smeared at the edge of the window frame; the window glass is fixed on the window frame through the inner adhesive tape, the outer adhesive tape and the cushion block. Correspondingly, the existing railway carriage windows are relatively complex in structure, and the windows can be installed only by chiseling window positions on the carriage body. Thus, a general window is not suitable for mounting on a special vehicle.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a window suitable for a special vehicle, which can be installed without drilling a window position on a vehicle body, and is identical to a common vehicle in appearance, so as to achieve the purpose of camouflage.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present utility model is to provide a camouflage window that can be mounted on a special vehicle to camouflage a vehicle body. It is another object of the present utility model to provide a vehicle comprising a camouflage vehicle window as described above.
The utility model adopts the following technical scheme to realize the aim.
In one aspect, the present utility model provides a camouflage vehicle window provided in plural, the plural camouflage vehicle windows being distributed outside a side wall of a vehicle body, the camouflage vehicle window including: window frames, panes, curtains and fasteners; wherein,
the window frame is connected with the side wall of the vehicle body through a fastener;
the window board is arranged into a transparent structure and is inlaid in the window frame;
the curtain is arranged on the inner side of the window plate and is adhered to the window plate, and the curtain is close to the side wall of the vehicle body.
In the present utility model, the window frame is connected to the side wall of the vehicle body by the fastener, and the window panel is required to be provided in a transparent structure which is inlaid in the inside of the window frame and is adhered to the window frame by the adhesive member. The shape and size of the window panel are the same as the outer frame of the window frame. The thickness of the louver may be 7 to 9mm. The PC material is preferable, and the PC material plate has light weight, thus not only playing a role of light weight, but also being the same as a common glass window in visual sense. A curtain is arranged between the inner side of the window plate and the side wall of the car body, and the material of the curtain is the same as that of a common railway carriage, so that the appearance of the window is the same as that of the window pulled by the common railway carriage. The windows thus formed are suitable for camouflage of the body of a particular vehicle for transporting items.
According to the camouflage vehicle window of the utility model, preferably, the window frame has a ring-like structure, and a plurality of through holes are provided thereon, and the through holes are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the window frame.
In the utility model, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the window frame, and correspondingly, through holes are correspondingly arranged on the side wall of the vehicle body. According to the camouflage vehicle window of the utility model, the total thickness of the window frame preferably does not exceed 13mm.
In the present utility model, the window frame may be provided as a frame of aluminum alloy, the total thickness of which is not easily too thick. Different from the common car window which is inlaid at the chiseled car window position, the car window is directly fixedly connected on the car body, and if the frame is too thick, the car window is different from the common car window in appearance, so that the camouflage effect is difficult to play. The total thickness of the window frame is preferably no more than 13mm, more preferably no more than 10mm.
The camouflage vehicle window according to the present utility model preferably further comprises a sealant filled in a joint between the periphery of the window frame and the side wall of the vehicle body, and in a gap between the window frame and the fastener. The vehicle window has better sealing effect, and can better fix the window frame on the side wall of the vehicle body.
According to the camouflage vehicle window of the utility model, preferably, the area of the curtain is smaller than the area of the window panel; a space is left between the top of the curtain and the top of the window plate.
In the utility model, the curtain can be adhered to the window board, and the area of the curtain is smaller than or equal to that of the window board. The height of the curtain can be smaller than or equal to the height of the window plate, and the width can be smaller than or equal to the width of the window plate. In some embodiments, the height of the window covering is less than the height of the window panel, i.e., a portion of the space is left between the top of the window covering and the top of the window panel (this portion is not provided with the window covering). The width of the window covering may be slightly smaller than the width of the window panel, leaving a slight gap between the two sides and bottom of the window covering and the window panel. The thus left part may be provided with other components, for example, for filling the gap between the window frame and the side wall of the vehicle body, in order to promote the stability of the vehicle window.
The camouflage vehicle window according to the present utility model preferably further comprises a fixing member provided between the window shade and the vehicle body side wall and in contact with the window shade and the vehicle body side wall, respectively.
In the utility model, in order to better fix the curtain, a fixing piece is also arranged. The fixing piece is arranged on the inner side of the curtain and is contacted with the side wall of the vehicle body, and the fixing piece is filled between the curtain and the side wall of the vehicle body. The area of the fixing piece can be slightly larger than that of the curtain, so that the fixing piece can completely cover the curtain, and therefore the curtain can be extruded, and the curtain can be better fixed. The fixing piece can be a foam plate, and the outer ring of the fixing piece can be adhered to a gap between the window plate and the curtain.
The camouflage vehicle window according to the utility model preferably further comprises a barrier member; the separation part is arranged in the gap between the window plate and the side wall of the vehicle body, is positioned above the fixing piece and is adhered to the window plate.
In the utility model, a blocking component is also arranged for eliminating the internal gap between the vehicle window and the side wall of the vehicle body. The separation part is arranged between the window plate and the side wall of the vehicle body, is positioned above the fixing piece and is adhered to the window plate. The separation part can be arranged as a foam adhesive tape, so that the internal gap between the vehicle window and the side wall of the vehicle body can be eliminated, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the window plate can be effectively reduced, and the wind pressure resistance of the vehicle window is enhanced.
In another aspect, the utility model also provides a vehicle comprising a body and a camouflage vehicle window as described above. Such vehicles are more advantageous for transporting special items.
The camouflage vehicle window can be arranged on a special vehicle, so that the camouflage vehicle window can be arranged without chiseling a vehicle window position on a vehicle body, and has the same appearance as a common vehicle, thereby achieving the purpose of camouflage. Meanwhile, compared with the vehicle window of the common vehicle in the prior art, the vehicle window is simple in structure and easy to operate.
