The dry-wet separation equipment acts as the first step: the extrusion plunger is driven by the extrusion cylinder to retract to an initial position, and the gate sealing mechanism is retracted under the action of the sealing oil cylinder to enable the sealing mechanism to be in a loosening state; and a second step of: the gate executes closing action under the action of the gate hydraulic cylinder, so that the gate is in a closing state to trigger the gate closing travel switch; and a third step of: the extrusion plunger pushes the materials in the extrusion cavity to move towards the direction of the gate, and meanwhile, a piston rod of a sealing oil cylinder of the gate sealing mechanism extends out, so that a sealing strip of the gate sealing mechanism presses the gate; fourth step: along with the movement of the extrusion plunger to the direction of the gate, materials are compressed in a closed cavity formed by the discharge box, the extrusion box and the gate, water and flowable organic matters in the materials are separated, the materials are discharged through the drain holes of the filter plates at the middle parts of the wall of the extrusion box and the gate to enter the slurry discharge hopper, and when the pressure in the extrusion cavity reaches a set value, the extrusion plunger stops moving and starts to keep time and pressure. The pressure maintaining time reaches the set pressure maintaining time, and the hydraulic driving unit is used for pressure relief; fifth step: the piston rod of the gate sealing oil cylinder is retracted, so that the gate sealing mechanism is in a loosening state, and a travel switch of the sealing oil cylinder is triggered; sixth step: the piston rod of the gate hydraulic cylinder is retracted, and the gate is opened under the action of the gate hydraulic cylinder and triggers the gate opening travel switch; seventh step: the extrusion plunger continues to extend under the action of the extrusion cylinder to push the dry materials to enter the dry material discharging hopper; eighth step: the squeeze plunger is retracted to an initial position by the squeeze cylinder. The dry-wet separation of the garbage materials is completed through eight steps. The operation is circulated in this way.

when the gate in the gate unit runs in a channel formed by the discharging box and the extrusion box, and the gate is in a closed state, the extrusion plunger pushes garbage to move towards the gate, meanwhile, a piston rod of a sealing oil cylinder of the gate sealing mechanism stretches out to push the sealing strip to move towards the gate, and under the action of the sealing oil cylinder, the sealing strip of the gate presses two sides of the gate to form sealing strips at two sides; under the action of the retraction of the piston rod of the sealing oil cylinder, the sealing strip is loosened, and when the retraction travel switch of the sealing oil cylinder is triggered, the gate is allowed to execute closing and opening actions.
