本实用新型涉及一种燃煤节能锅炉,燃料通过煤 闸板进入炉膛后,随炉排由前向后经过多批不同形式 的节能拱,如干燥区与产热干馏区采用水平式炉拱, 还原区采用倾斜式或抛物线式炉拱,最后到达主燃烧 区,使燃料氧化反应完全,具有能量利用率高,耗煤 少,升汽快的优点,本实用新型适合不同的地形,不同 的煤种,不同的用汽量。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种改进的锅炉,特别是一种燃煤节能锅炉。
现阶段国内生产的各种燃煤锅炉的炉拱有水平式、倾斜式、抛物线式等多种形式,但每一种结构的锅炉都相对一特定的环境,如不同的地形,不同的燃煤煤种,不同的用汽量大小,其对不同的具体条件适应性差,而且煤耗大,升汽慢,热效率低,给工业用水、生活用电带来诸多不便,也给司炉工的工作带来许多的麻烦。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的燃煤节能锅炉,使锅炉的热效率大大提高,从而达到省煤、快速的目的。
本实用新型主要是通过改进炉拱的拱形与其位置结构来实现的。燃料进入炉膛后,随炉排由前向后依次经过多道不同形式的节能拱,从而使燃料经干燥、产热干馏,还原到达主燃烧区,充分燃烧氧化。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作一详细描述。
如图所述,燃料通过煤闸板进入炉膛,随炉排进入第一批节能拱(3),节能拱(3)采用水平式,此区为燃料干燥区,其辐射强度大,区段长只需200mm左右,再往后进入第二批节能拱(4),主要为燃料产热干馏区,也采用水平式拱形,其辐射强度大,能尽快挥发,尽快引火,再向后进入第三、四批节能拱(5)、(6),燃料的还原区,拱形采用倾斜式,这样氧化比较充足,生成的二氧化碳与焦碳发生还原反应,烟气火苗在此打成旋涡,提高炉膛温度,此拱形也可采用抛物线式,经第五批拱(7)进入主燃烧区,拱(7)可采取倾斜拱,让热量部分停留在原处打成旋涡,增加可燃物在炉内的停留时间,使焦碳充分氧化。假若燃烧区含碳量高,可再增反射拱(13)到最低煤渣含碳量止。
本实用新型由于采用了多批不同形式的节能拱,使燃料得到充分燃烧,大大提高了其热效率,使锅炉耗煤少,升汽快,能量利用率高;拱形结构将热量向锅筒(9)输送,热量高,煤层辐射强,此种拱形适用性广,不管是北产煤还是南产煤,不管是链条炉,往复炉,水管炉还是振动炉均可。

本实用新型的具体改进据不同的条件采取不同的尺寸,一般锅炉高500mm~850mm间,有必要可增加反射拱(13),也即中拱。本实用新型的炉拱可采用矾土水泥耐火混凝土浇注成预制板,也可采用粘土耐火异形拱。

1、一种燃煤节能锅炉,包括锅筒,炉排面,炉拱,其特征在于:炉膛内有多批不同形式的节能拱,随炉排(2)由前向后依次排列。
2、据权1所述的燃烧节能锅炉,其特征在于:第一、二批节能拱(3)、(4)可采用水平式,第三、四批节能拱(5)、(6)采用倾斜式或抛物线式,第五批(7)以后可采用倾斜式或抛物线式。
3、据权1或权2所述的燃煤节能锅炉,其特征在于:炉拱可以采用矾土水泥耐火混凝土浇注成预制板,也可采用粘土耐火异形拱。
