As shown in fig. 3, the developing cartridge 100 further includes chip assemblies 3 provided on the casing 1, respectively, the chip assemblies 3 including a memory element 31, a contact portion 32, and an electrical connection portion 33. The storage element 31 is for storing information about the developing cartridge 100, the contact portion 32 is provided on the lower surface 1b of the casing 1, one end of the electrical connection portion 33 is electrically connected to the storage element 31, and the other end of the electrical connection portion 33 is electrically connected to the contact portion 32, so that the contact portion 32 is electrically connected to the storage element 31. The contact portion 32 and the memory element 31 are disposed at different positions, specifically, the contact portion 32 is disposed at a position closer to the rear side with respect to the front side of the housing 1, and the contact portion 32 is disposed at a side closer to the right end of the housing 1 in the left-right direction. The electrical connection portion 33 may be a circuit board, a wire, or a conductive element such as a conductive sheet, and the connectors on the electrical connection portion 33 may be arranged in one, two, or more rows. As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the contact portion 32 has an electrical contact surface formed of a ground contact 32a, a power supply contact 32b, a first signal contact 32c, and a second signal contact 32d, and in some embodiments, the electrical contact surface is disposed obliquely upward with respect to the up-down direction, specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the electrical contact surface forms an angle α with the front-rear direction, the angle α being an acute angle, and the electrical contact surface forms an angle with an electrical connection surface of a contact of the image forming apparatus 200 when the developing cartridge 100 is mounted in the image forming apparatus, whereby the first signal contact 32c and the second signal contact 32d located in the rear row contact the corresponding contacts on the contact earlier than the ground contact 32a located in the front row, or the first signal contact 32c, the second signal contact 32d, and the ground contact 32a contact the contacts simultaneously with the contacts of the image forming apparatus.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the contact portions of the first signal contacts 32c and the contact portions of the second signal contacts 32d are different in height, i.e., the contact portions of the first signal contacts 32c are higher in height than the contact portions of the second signal contacts 32d, or the contact portions of the second signal contacts 32d are higher in height than the contact portions of the first signal contacts 32c, so that the first signal contacts 32c having a higher contact portion height are brought into contact with contacts in the image forming apparatus earlier than the second signal contacts 32d of the same row when the developing cartridge 100 is mounted in the image forming apparatus; alternatively, the second signal contacts 32d having the higher contact portion height contact the contacts in the image forming apparatus earlier than the first signal contacts 32c of the same row.
As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the contact points of the contact portions 32 may also be provided as conductive elastic pieces, whereby the contact points can make contact with the contact members in the front-rear direction when the developing cartridge 100 is mounted in the image forming apparatus. Specifically, the contact portion of the ground contact 32a at the front row and the contact portion of the first signal contact 32c at the rear row have a first distance D1 in the front-rear direction, and when the developing cartridge 100 is not loaded into the image forming apparatus, the contact portion of the ground contact 132a at the front row and the contact portion of the first signal contact 132c at the rear row have a second distance D2 in the front-rear direction, wherein the first distance D1 is less than or equal to the second distance D2, preferably, the first distance D1 is less than the second distance D2, so that the first signal contact 32c is brought into contact with the first signal contact 132c first during the mounting of the developing cartridge 100 to the image forming apparatus in the front-rear direction, at which time the ground contact 32a is not yet brought into contact with the ground contact 132a due to the difference in distance between the first distance D1 and the second distance D2, the developing cartridge 100 continues to be mounted to the image forming apparatus in the front-rear direction, at which time the developing cartridge 100 is moved by a distance D2-D1 in the front-rear direction, and the ground contact 32a is finally brought into contact with the ground contact 132 a. a memory unit, the memory unit comprising: a memory element, an electrical connection portion, and a contact portion;
the memory element is characterized in that the contact part is used for being electrically connected with the contact piece, and the memory element is electrically connected with the contact part through the electric connection part; in the front-rear direction, the memory element is disposed near the front side, and the contact portion is disposed near a rear side opposite to the front side;
the contact portion includes a signal contact and a ground contact, which are disposed on two different rows, respectively, in a mounting direction of the developing cartridge, such that the signal contact is in contact with a signal piece of the contact member and is not later than the ground contact is in contact with a ground piece of the contact member in a process of mounting the developing cartridge to the image forming apparatus.
2. The developer cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said signal contacts include a first signal contact and a second signal contact, said first signal contact being in contact with a first signal member of said contact member no later than said ground contact is in contact with a ground member of said contact member.
3. A developing cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said contact portion has an electrical contact surface formed by said ground contact and said signal contact, said electrical contact surface being disposed obliquely with respect to a mounting direction of said developing cartridge.
4. A developing cartridge according to claim 3, wherein the electrical contact surface forms an angle with a mounting direction of the developing cartridge, the angle being an acute angle.
5. A developing cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said housing has a front face and a rear face oppositely disposed in a mounting direction of said developing cartridge, an upper face and a lower face oppositely disposed in an up-down direction, said contact portion is provided on said lower face, and said storage member is provided on one of said lower face, said rear face or said upper face.
6. A developing cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said contact portion and said storage member are provided separately in a mounting direction of said developing cartridge.
7. The developer cartridge according to claim 1, further comprising a power contact disposed in-line with said ground contact, said signal contact being in contact with a signal member of said contact member earlier than said power contact is in contact with a power member of said contact member.
8. A developing cartridge according to claim 1, wherein said ground contact and said signal contact have a first distance in a mounting direction of said developing cartridge, and wherein said ground member of said contact and said signal member of said contact have a second distance in a mounting direction of said developing cartridge when said developing cartridge is not mounted in said image forming apparatus, wherein said first distance is smaller than said second distance.
9. The developing cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the signal contacts include a first signal contact and a second signal contact, the first signal contact and the second signal contact being arranged in a row, the first signal contact being higher than the second signal contact in an up-down direction.
