a pillow member;
the two movable rods are respectively connected with two ends of the pillow piece, the two movable rods are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body, each movable rod comprises a first hollow rod body and a second hollow rod body, one end of each first rod body is rotationally connected with the main body, the other end of each first rod body is sleeved on the corresponding second rod body, at least two first clamping holes are formed in the first rod body at intervals along the length direction, a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece and an operating piece are arranged in an inner cavity of the corresponding second rod body, the first clamping piece can be clamped with any one of the first clamping holes, and the second clamping piece is clamped with the clamping groove;
the operation piece is connected with the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, the operation piece can drive the first clamping piece to be separated from the first clamping hole so that the second rod body can move along the inner cavity of the first rod body, the operation piece can also drive the second clamping piece to be separated from the clamping groove so that the two movable rods can rotate around the main body, and the pillow piece is located in front of the backrest.

The seat according to claim 1, further comprising a stopper provided on the side wall of the main body, wherein the stopper includes a first stopper portion for abutting against an upper end surface of the first rod body to stop the movable rod from rotating in a first direction, and a second stopper portion for abutting against a lower end surface of the first rod body to stop the movable rod from rotating in a second direction, the first direction being opposite to the second direction.
