When the length of the cushion is required to be shortened, the buckle 5 is rotated, the push rod 4 is pushed by the rotation of the buckle 5, the clamping tongue 4 is separated from the rack 11 by the push rod 4, the leg support part can be inwards pressed at the moment to be close to the basin-sitting part, when the length of the cushion is adjusted to be proper, the buckle 5 is released, the clamping tongue 3 is reset under the action of the first pressure spring 6 and embedded into the rack 11, and meanwhile, the push rod 4 is reset under the action of the second pressure spring 7, so that the buckle 5 is reversely reset.
