Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile seats, and particularly relates to a seat headrest with a four-way adjusting function.
Background
With the popularization of automobiles in daily life, the safety and comfort of the automobiles are increasingly receiving attention from consumers. In order to support the head of the passenger, relieve the riding fatigue, or protect the head and neck of the passenger, according to different statures and body postures of different people, not only is the headrest required to be adjusted to be at a proper height, but also the headrest is required to be adjusted to be at a proper front-rear position so as to ensure the riding comfort and safety of the passenger. Thus, a four-way adjusting headrest having up-down and front-rear adjusting functions has been developed in the market.
The traditional four-way adjusting mechanism for the headrest of the four-way adjusting seat with the up-down and front-back adjusting functions is complex in structure, more in parts and low in reliability, and especially the components for locking the headrest for front-back adjustment are extremely complex in structure, and the unlocking stroke is long, so that the reliability is poor. And because the internal space of the headrest is limited and the volume of the headrest is larger, the arrangement space inside the headrest shell is occupied, the stroke of the up-down and front-back adjustment of the headrest is greatly limited, the range of the up-down and front-back adjustment of the headrest is smaller, the requirements of drivers and passengers with particularly high or smaller statures cannot be completely met, the application range is limited, and the practicability is insufficient.
