Background
With the popularization of automobiles in daily life, the safety and comfort of the automobiles are increasingly receiving attention from consumers. In order to support the head of the passenger, relieve the riding fatigue, or protect the head and neck of the passenger, according to different statures and body postures of different people, not only is the headrest required to be adjusted to be at a proper height, but also the headrest is required to be adjusted to be at a proper front-rear position so as to ensure the riding comfort and safety of the passenger. Thus, a four-way adjusting headrest having up-down and front-rear adjusting functions has been developed in the market.
The traditional four-way adjusting mechanism for the headrest of the four-way adjusting seat with the up-down and front-back adjusting functions is complex in structure, more in parts and low in reliability, and especially the components for locking the headrest for front-back adjustment are extremely complex in structure, and the unlocking stroke is long, so that the reliability is poor. And because the internal space of the headrest is limited and the volume of the headrest is larger, the arrangement space inside the headrest shell is occupied, the stroke of the up-down and front-back adjustment of the headrest is greatly limited, the range of the up-down and front-back adjustment of the headrest is smaller, the requirements of drivers and passengers with particularly high or smaller statures cannot be completely met, the application range is limited, and the practicability is insufficient. Solving the above problems is urgent.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, a seat headrest with four-way adjustment function includes a headrest rod 8, a headrest housing 7, a locking member 9, a base 1, a horizontal locking assembly, a latch 5 and a push button 6, wherein the horizontal locking assembly includes a driving push block 2, a driven push block 3 and a rotator 4. And, base member 1, initiative ejector pad 2, driven ejector pad 3, rotor 4 and block tongue 5 are the integrated into one piece respectively to improve self structural strength, be convenient for assemble. The base body 1, the driving pushing block 2, the driven pushing block 3, the rotor 4 and the clamping tongue 5 are all provided with lightening holes so as to meet the requirement of automobile lightening.
Referring to fig. 3, the headrest rod 8 has an n-shaped structure, and first locking structures 81 distributed in an array along the up-down direction are disposed on inner side walls of two side rods of the headrest rod 8, and the first locking structures 81 are in a clamping groove structure.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the headrest housing 7 includes a headrest front cover 72 and a headrest rear cover 71, the headrest front cover 72 and the headrest rear cover 71 are covered together to form a containing space, so that the upper end of the headrest rod 8 is located in the containing space, and the lower end of the headrest housing 7 has bar-shaped holes adapted to two side bars of the headrest rod 8, so that the headrest housing 7 can slide back and forth and up and down along the headrest rod 8, and the up and down and front and back positions of the headrest housing 7 are adjusted.
Referring to fig. 3 to 8, the locking member 9 includes a locking seat 92 and a locking sleeve 93, and the locking seat 92 is of a hollow structure and is integrally formed with the headrest housing 7. The locking sleeve 93 is detachably sleeved on the locking base 92, and the locking sleeve 93 is provided with second locking structures 91 which are distributed in parallel in the front-rear direction. Specifically, the second locking structures 91 are tooth-shaped protrusions, the outer surface of the upper portion of the locking seat 92 is provided with a countersink 94 extending along the axial direction of the locking seat, the second locking structures 91 are all located in the countersink 94, and the axial direction of the second locking structures 91 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking sleeve 93, so that locking reliability is improved. The inner surface of the locking sleeve 93 is provided with a convex portion 931 at a position corresponding to the sinking groove 94, the locking base 92 is provided with a concave portion 921 corresponding to the convex portion 931, the position of the concave portion 921 corresponds to the position of the convex portion 931, and the convex portion 931 is embedded into the concave portion 921, so that the reliability of the locking sleeve 93 mounted on the locking base 92 is ensured. In addition, the space between the adjacent second locking structures 91 of the locking sleeve 93 is designed according to actual requirements, so that when the space between the second locking structures 91 is changed for products of different models, the whole headrest back cover 71 is not required to be opened again, only the locking sleeve 93 is required to be replaced, moreover, the locking sleeve 93 is made of POM plastic, the wear rate of the POM plastic is smaller than that of the locking base 92, the locking sleeve 93 has the characteristics of high hardness, high rigidity and high wear resistance, and meanwhile, the self-lubricating property is realized, abnormal noise is avoided, and the headrest back cover 71 and the locking base 92 can be made of other relatively cheap materials, so that the production cost is effectively reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the base 1 has a first mounting opening 13 and a second mounting opening 14 that are vertically penetrated, and two guide holes 12 that are vertically penetrated, wherein the headrest rod 8 of the headrest of the seat passes through the first mounting opening 13 and the second mounting opening 14, respectively, one of the two guide holes 12 has a circular cross section, the other is rectangular, the two guide rods 711 of the headrest rear cover 71 respectively pass through the two guide holes 12, the two guide rods 711 also have a circular cross section, the other is rectangular, the headrest rear cover 71 can move forward and backward relative to the base 1, and the cross section shapes of the two guide holes 12 are different and correspond to the guide rods 711 with different shapes, so that the headrest has an error preventing function, and the error direction during assembly can be effectively avoided. In addition, the middle part of the base body 1 is provided with a cavity 16 which is opened downwards, and the front side wall and the rear side wall of the cavity 16 are respectively provided with two strip-shaped guide protrusions 15 which are used for lifting and guiding the clamping tongue 5. The base body 1 is provided with a mounting plate 11 for supporting the rotor 4, the lower surface of the mounting plate 11 is provided with a mounting protrusion 111, the upper surface of the mounting plate is provided with a positioning protrusion 112, and the base body 1 is also provided with a third countersink 17 for mounting the second spring 26.
Referring to fig. 5 to 11, the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 are disposed in the base 1 in a manner of being opposite to each other, and are both slidable along the base 1.

The end of the driving push block 2 near the rotor 4 is provided with a second sinking groove 25 corresponding to the third sinking groove 17, a second spring 26 is arranged between the second sinking groove 25 and the third sinking groove 17, and the second spring 26 continuously applies an outward acting force to the driving push block 2 to reset the driving push block 2 and keep away from the driven push block 3, so that the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 keep locking the headrest rod 8.
In addition, the end of the driven push block 3 far away from the driving push block 2 is provided with a second bayonet 31 which is open outwards, and the other end is provided with a second connecting hole 32. Specifically, the position of the second bayonet 31 corresponds to the position of the second mounting opening 14 up and down, so that the second mounting opening 14 is kept penetrating up and down, the relative position of the second bayonet 31 and the second mounting opening 14 can be changed by adjusting the position of the driven push block 3, the headrest rod 8 is unlocked or locked, a columnar second engaging member 33 is arranged on the side wall of the second bayonet 31 near the rotor 4, and when the headrest rod passes through the second mounting opening 14 and the second bayonet 31 at the same time, the first engaging member 23 of the second engaging member 33 is used for being embedded into the first locking structure 81 on the headrest rod 8 to lock the headrest rod 8, so that the headrest of the seat cannot be adjusted up and down.
In this embodiment, the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 are separated from the first locking structure 81 when they are close to each other, so that the headrest rod 8 is movably located in the first mounting opening 13 and the second mounting opening 14, and the headrest of the seat can be adjusted up and down, however, according to the specific structures of the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3, especially the positions of the first engaging member 23 and the second engaging member 33 are different, the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3 may be separated from the first locking structure 81 when they are far away from each other, and may also be separated from the first locking structure 81 by moving in the same direction.
Referring to fig. 3 to 11, the rotor 4 is rotatably mounted on the base 1 and is connected to the driving pusher 2 and the driven pusher 3, respectively. Specifically, the middle part of the rotor 4 has a center hole 43 that is fitted in the shaft hole of the positioning boss 112, and the positioning boss 112 passes through the center hole 43 and is rotatable along the positioning boss 112. The lower surface of the rotor 4 is provided with a first connecting shaft 41, a second connecting shaft 42 and two limiting claws 44 which are matched with the mounting disc 11, wherein the first connecting shaft 41 and the second connecting shaft 42 are oppositely arranged, the two limiting claws 44 are oppositely arranged, the mounting disc 11 is embedded into the two limiting claws 44, the rotor 4 can rotate along the positioning protrusions 112, the first connecting shaft 41 is inserted into the first connecting hole 22 and leaves a gap, the second connecting shaft 42 is inserted into the second connecting hole 32 and leaves a gap, when the driving pushing block 2 is pushed towards the direction of the driven pushing block 3, the driven pushing block 3 can be close to the driving pushing block 2 under the driving of the rotor 4, and otherwise, the driving pushing block 2 and the driven pushing block 3 are mutually far away.
Referring to fig. 5 to 11, the upper end of the latch 5 is elastically supported on the base 1, the lower end of the latch has a tooth-shaped or notch-shaped locking portion 51, the locking portion 51 is of a tooth-shaped structure adapted to the second locking structure 91, the latch 5 is slidably engaged with the base 1 and driven by the driving pusher 2 (or the driven pusher 3, or both the driving pusher 2 and the driven pusher 3), and when the driving pusher 2 approaches the driven pusher 3, the driving pusher 2 (or the driven pusher 3, or both the driving pusher 2 and the driven pusher 3) drives the latch 5 to move upward. Specifically, the upper end of the latch 5 has a first countersink 53 corresponding to the mounting protrusion 111, and a first spring 55 is disposed between the first countersink 53 and the mounting protrusion 111, and the first spring 55 continuously applies a downward force to the latch 5, so that the latch 5 can reliably lock the locking sleeve and reset the latch 5. The front and rear side walls of the latch 5 are provided with guide grooves 54 extending up and down, and the guide grooves 54 are in sliding fit with the guide protrusions 15. The two sides of the clamping tongue 5, which are close to the driving push block 2 and the driven push block 3, are respectively provided with a driving groove 52, the top wall of the driving groove 52 is provided with a first inclined surface 521 extending downwards from the notch inwards, one end of the driving push block 2, which is close to the rotor 4, is provided with a driving arm 24 extending towards the clamping tongue 5 along the horizontal direction, the end part of the driving arm 24 is embedded into the driving groove 52, and is provided with a second inclined surface 241 which is matched with the first inclined surface 521, in the embodiment, when the driving push block 2 is close to the driven push block 3, the driving arm 24 drives the clamping tongue 5 to move upwards, and is separated from a toothed second locking structure 91 on the locking sleeve 93, so that the locking sleeve 93 is unlocked, and the seat headrest can be adjusted forwards and backwards.
Referring to fig. 2, the button 6 is provided on the headrest housing 7 for driving the horizontal locking assembly, i.e. pressing the button 6 can push the driving push block 2 towards the driven push block 3.
The working procedure of this embodiment is as follows: when the button 6 is pressed, the button 6 pushes the driving push block 2 to move in a direction approaching to the driven push block 3, the driven push block 3 moves toward the driving push block 2 under the driving of the rotor 4, so that the first clamping component 23 and the second clamping component 33 are simultaneously separated from the first locking structure 81 on the headrest rod 8, the headrest shell 7 can be adjusted in a vertical sliding manner along the headrest rod 8, meanwhile, the clamping tongue 5 moves upwards under the driving of the driving push block 2, so that the locking part 51 of the clamping tongue 5 is separated from the toothed bayonet 91 of the locking sleeve 9 of the headrest, and the headrest shell 7 can be adjusted in a front-back sliding manner along the guide hole 12 of the base body 1.
