Referring to fig. 6, a first gear plate 23 is disposed on the top of a first supporting shaft 212 of the connecting plate 2, a second gear plate 24 is disposed below a second supporting shaft 213, a gear engaging structure engaged with the first gear plate 23 is disposed in the lower portion of a gear rotating shaft 32 of the first wing plate 3, and a gear engaging structure engaged with the second gear plate 24 is also disposed in the upper portion of the gear rotating shaft 32 of the first wing plate 3. The gear mechanism of the second wing plate 4 is the same and will not be described in detail. This gear dish and gear interlock structure mutually support for the user is breaking off with the fingers and thumb when moving headrest both sides edge off with the fingers and thumb, sends the sound of switching the gear and provides the feeling that the gear switched.
As shown in fig. 8 and 11, the second direction adjustment assembly is a head rest support pitch angle adjustment mechanism. Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the main components of the second locking mechanism are mounted in the adapter box 5, and include a third mounting cylinder 55, a third spring 571, and a third positioning ball 57 extending from the second housing 521. A third opening is formed on the second casing 521 corresponding to the third positioning bead 57. The diameter of the third opening is slightly smaller than the diameter of the third positioning bead 57. The third mounting tube 55 is penetrated through the second housing 521, the third spring 571 is disposed in the third mounting tube 55 to press the third positioning ball 57, the adaptor box 5 and the headrest supporting assembly can rotate around the pivot post 73 when the third positioning ball 57 does not fall into the corresponding third positioning slot 732, and the pitch angle of the headrest supporting assembly is locked when the third positioning ball 57 falls into the corresponding third positioning slot 732.
The third direction adjustment assembly is mainly installed in the base body 7, and the body of the moving base 72 extends out of the base body 7 to serve as a pivot post 73 to be matched with the second locking structure of the second direction adjustment assembly. The third directional adjustment assembly includes a kinematic seat 72, a switch mechanism, a reset mechanism, and a third locking mechanism.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the motion base 72 includes a body, and the front portion of the body forms the pivot post 73. The body is provided with a first rack 723 and a second rack (not shown) at both sides and a mounting port 721 at the rear. The switch mechanism includes a reset button 74 and a separator 743. The return mechanism includes a first return spring 75 installed in the installation opening 721, and one end of the first return spring 75 is connected to the main body and the other end is connected to the seat body 7.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, the third locking mechanism includes a first pressing block 745 and a second pressing block disposed on the movable base 72. The first pressing block 745 is engaged with the first rack 723. The second pressing block is meshed with the second rack. The first pressure piece is pressed from one side by a first pressure spring 746 and the second pressure piece is pressed from the opposite side by a second pressure spring. Each pressing block is respectively meshed with the corresponding rack so as to lock the front and back positions of the headrest support.
The third direction adjusting component for adjusting the front and rear positions can realize automatic reset by pressing the reset button. The headrest and the headrest bracket as a whole are retracted to the initial position along with the moving seat 72. When the reset button 74 is pressed during resetting, the wedge structure at the end of the separator 743 separates the first pressing block 745 and the second pressing block, so that each pressing block is disengaged from the corresponding rack, and simultaneously, the motion base automatically retracts into the base body 7 under the pulling of the first reset spring 75.
The headrest support of the automobile seat can be quickly and tightly pressed and installed on two headrest connecting rods at the top of the automobile seat. The seat body 7 is provided with a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism in a sliding manner. The first locking mechanism includes a first buckle 91 and a second return spring 915 which can slide and extend out of the base 7. First bayonet lock 912 is provided in first clasp body 91. One end of the second return spring 915 is connected to the first buckle 91 through a connection post 914, and the other end is connected to the fixing post 712 of the seat body 7. The second locking mechanism includes a second locking body 92 and a third return spring 925. The second locking body 92 is provided with a second locking opening 922. Similarly, one end of the third return spring 925 is connected to the second buckle body 92, and the other end is connected to the fixing post of the seat body 7.
According to the automobile seat headrest support, the headrest is connected with the three-dimensional orientation adjusting assembly, so that the headrest can simulate the three-dimensional head posture of a passenger, the position of the headrest in the direction can be adjusted through the vertical dimension, the pitching dimension and the front-back dimension, and comfortable head support experience is provided for the passenger.
The vertical direction locking mechanism of the automobile seat headrest adopts a sliding locking design, when the height position is changed, the headrest can be sensed by only shifting the headrest on the sliding plate 51 and the sound of the positioning bead falling into the positioning groove is heard, the sliding distance and the state can be immediately judged, compared with the mode that a plurality of screws are dismounted by using a screwdriver and then are installed laboriously, the vertical position is adjusted simply, quickly and conveniently.
The shape of the headrest of the automobile seat can be adjusted by bending under the action of the gear mechanism, so that the shape of the headrest is changed, and meanwhile, stable and comfortable support is provided.

Claims (10)

1. A sliding locking mechanism of a headrest support is characterized in that the sliding locking mechanism is used for adjusting and locking the upper position and the lower position of the headrest support and is linked with a second direction adjusting component used for adjusting and locking the pitching angle of the headrest support, the second direction adjusting component is linked with a third direction adjusting component used for adjusting and locking the front position and the rear position of the headrest support, the sliding locking mechanism comprises a sliding plate used for being fixed to the headrest support and a switching box capable of moving back and forth on the sliding plate, the second direction adjusting component comprises a connecting support arranged on the switching box, a pivoting column arranged on the third direction adjusting component and a second locking mechanism, the connecting support and the pivoting column are rotatably connected together through bolts, a plurality of third positioning grooves used for being matched with the second locking mechanism are formed in the pivoting column, a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in one surface of the sliding plate, the positioning grooves are arranged along the movement track of the switching box, first sliding pieces are respectively arranged at two sides of the sliding plate, second sliding pieces matched with the first sliding pieces are formed at two sides of the switching box, at least one elastic locking component is arranged in the switching box, and at least one sliding ball extends out of the switching box along the shifting direction of the switching box, and stays in the positioning grooves in the sliding direction of the switching box, and at least one switching box along the sliding ball, and at least one switching position of the switching box; and the transfer box is shifted, and the at least one positioning bead is shifted out from the corresponding positioning groove, so that unlocking can be realized.

The headrest bracket sliding locking mechanism of claim 1, wherein the plurality of positioning grooves are arranged in a row on the sliding plate along a movement path of the adapter box, and an elastic locking member is disposed in the adapter box and includes a first positioning bead partially protruding from the adapter box.

The headrest bracket sliding lock mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the adapter box includes a first housing and a second housing, the second sliding member is formed on both sides of the first housing, and a stopper piece is provided in a middle portion of the first housing, and a stopper groove is formed in a middle portion of the sliding plate, and the stopper piece is adapted to be inserted into the stopper groove to guide the sliding movement of the adapter box.
