Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, one end of the first reset element 8 may be connected to a central intersection position of each groove segment of the limiting groove 131, and the other end is connected to an intermediate position of the locking rod 5 along its length direction, so that the locking rod 5 is stressed in a balanced manner during movement, and is prevented from tilting, and locking and unlocking can be accurately and reliably achieved.
As shown in fig. 4, a second guide groove 21 is provided in the seat body 2 for guiding the movement of the positioning rod 5 into and out of each of the catching grooves 431 when adjusting the seat front-rear inclination angle. The second guide groove 21 includes: the first groove section 211 is arc-shaped, and the center of the circle is consistent with the center of the circle for adjusting the inclination angle of the seat body 2; and a plurality of second groove segments 212 extending along the center line of the positioning shaft 13, each of the second groove segments 212 communicating with the first groove segment 211, for example, the second groove segments 212 may extend downward from the first groove segment 211 for guiding the lock lever 5 into different detent grooves 431, and the number of the second groove segments 212 is the same as the number of the steps of reclining the seat body 2.
This embodiment enables the locking lever 5 to move smoothly when the seat reclining is forward or backward, and to accurately enter or escape from each of the catching grooves 431, thereby making the seat reclining more reliable. When the seat body 2 is at a certain inclination, the locking levers 5 are fitted into the respective catching grooves 431 while being positioned at the bottom ends of the respective second groove sections 212. When the inclination angle of the seat body 2 needs to be adjusted, the locking rod 5 can be driven to move upwards along the second groove section 212 to be separated from the current blocking groove 431 by pulling the operating handle 4 outwards, when the forward and backward inclination angles of the seat body 2 are adjusted, the locking rod 5 can be driven to move along the first groove section 211 and enter the adjacent second groove section 212 by the movement of the seat body 2, and the locking rod 5 is located at the bottom end of the second groove section 212 again under the action of the first resetting element 8 so that the seat body 2 is kept locked in the adjusted inclination angle gear position. If further adjustment of the pitch gear is required, and re-operation is performed as described above, the same operating method can be used for forward and backward pitch adjustment.
As shown in fig. 12, the operation handle 4 includes an operation section 41, a positioning section 42, and an engaging section 43 connected in sequence, and the operation section 41, the positioning section 42, and the engaging section 43 form an arc-shaped structure and are adapted to the shape of the lower front region of the seat body 2. The structure not only can save the occupied space of the operating handle 4 on the seat body 2, but also can obtain a better operating angle and save the operating space.
The user can switch the locking and unlocking member from the locking state to the unlocking state through the outward operation section 41, and a positioning block 421 protruding outward is provided on the positioning section 42, for example, the positioning block 421 can be provided on the lower surface of the positioning section 42 to cooperate with the guiding groove in the seat body 2 to provide a guide for the movement of the operation handle 4. The respective catching grooves 431 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the operation knob 4 on the top surface of the catching section 43.
Still referring to fig. 12, the catching groove 431 has a front side wall 4311 and a rear side wall 4312, and the rear side wall 4312 has a smaller inclination angle with respect to a horizontal plane than the front side wall 4311 to allow the locking lever 5 to escape from the catching groove 431 along a slope formed by the rear side wall 4312 when the manipulation knob 4 is pulled outward, and in the unlocked state, the locking lever 5 is located at the top of the boss 432 formed between the adjacent catching grooves 431.
As shown in fig. 1, the guide member includes: the first guide piece 6 and the second guide piece 7 are arranged on the seat body 2 and can adopt cylindrical pins and the like; and a third guide groove 321 and a fourth guide groove 322 provided on the second portion 32 and spaced apart in the front-rear direction of the seat body 2. Wherein the first guide 6 is engaged with the third guide groove 321, and the second guide 7 is engaged with the fourth guide groove 322 to provide guidance for the reclining of the seat body 2 together, for guiding the reclining of the seat body 2, and to limit the maximum adjustment range of the reclining of the seat body 2 by the length of the guide groove. For example, the third guide groove 321 and the fourth guide groove 322 may be circular-arc-shaped oblong holes, and the center of the oblong holes coincides with the center of the seat body 2 for adjusting the tilt angle.
Still referring to fig. 12, the operation knob 4 is provided inside the seat body 2, and can be pulled outward from the front end of the seat body 2 to effect unlocking of the lock-unlocking member. The operation handle 4 is provided with a boss portion 44, the boss portion 44 may be provided on the upper surface of the guide section 42 at a position close to the position of the position locking groove 431, the boss portion 44 may be provided with a fifth guide groove 441, for example, a circular arc-shaped oblong hole, the center of which coincides with the center of the seat body 2 for adjusting the tilt angle, the fifth guide groove 441 is engaged with the first guide member 6 for providing a guide for the movement of the operation handle 4, and when the operation handle 4 moves until the first guide member 6 is located at an end of the fifth guide groove 441 close to the position locking groove 431, the locking lever 5 is disengaged from the position locking groove 431 and is located between the adjacent position locking grooves 431 to form the top of the boss 432.
As shown in fig. 4, in the initial state, the first guide 6 is located at an end away from the detent groove 431 in the third guide groove 321. As shown in fig. 6, in the process of starting to pull the operating handle 4 outward, the first guide member 6 slides inward in the third guide groove 321 until the first guide member 6 moves to an end near the detent groove 431 in the third guide groove 321, and at this time, the lock lever 5 also moves upward into the first groove section 211 to be unlocked. If the operating handle 4 is further pulled outward, the seat body 2 is brought to change the inclination angle, and the lock lever 5 moves in the first groove section 211 to enter the next detent groove 431.
According to the inclination angle adjusting mode, when the operation handle 4 is pulled outwards, unlocking of the locking and unlocking component and inclination angle adjustment of the seat body 2 can be achieved in sequence, the operation is simple, the posture adjusting process can be simplified, one-hand operation can be achieved, and the narrow operation space in the vehicle can be adapted.
Further, the chair of the present invention may further comprise a second reset element 9 connected between the first guide 6 and the operating handle 4 for resetting the operating handle 4. As shown in fig. 2, the second restoring element 9 has one end connected to the first guide member 6 at an intermediate position along its length, and a second end connected to the guide section 42 of the operating handle 4.
In the unlocked state shown in fig. 6, when the operation knob 4 is released after the reclining of the seat body 2 is adjusted, the operation knob 4 returns to the state shown in fig. 4 by the second returning member 9, and the operation knob 4 can be automatically returned.
The posture adjustment principle of the seat of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 10. The inclination angle of the seat is the included angle between the backrest of the seat body 2 and the vertical plane, for example, the seat has three inclination angle adjusting gears including a first inclination angle, a second inclination angle and a third inclination angle, wherein the first inclination angle is smaller than the second inclination angle, and the second inclination angle is smaller than the third inclination angle.
As shown in fig. 3, the seat body 2 is schematically shown in the first inclination angle state, the first guide 6 is located at the upper limit position of the third guide groove 321, and the second guide 7 is located at the left limit position of the fourth guide groove 322. At the first inclination angle, the lock lever 5 is fitted into one of the opposing groove sections and located at the bottom end of the first guide groove 34, so that the lock-unlock member is in the locked state, thereby fixing the seat body 2, the rotary member 3, and the base 3 together, at which the seat posture cannot be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 4, the seat body 2 is in a state of hiding the rotating member 3 at the first inclination angle, at this time, the locking lever 5 is in the rightmost detent groove 431, and the first guide 5 is located at one end of the fifth guide groove 441 away from the detent groove 431.
As shown in fig. 5, when the seat posture needs to be adjusted, when the operation handle 4 is pulled outward, the locking lever 5 is moved upward along the rear side wall 4312 of the locking groove 431 by the guide of the first guide groove 34 until reaching the top of the boss 432 between the adjacent locking grooves 431, and at this time, the locking lever 5 is positioned at the top end of the first guide groove 34, so that the locking/unlocking member is switched to the unlocked state, and at this time, the forward/backward tilt angle adjustment and the rotation adjustment of the seat body 2 can be simultaneously allowed.
As shown in fig. 6, the rotary member 3 is hidden when the operation knob 4 is pulled outward. At this time, the first positioning member 6 reaches the limit position of the fifth guide groove 441 close to the catching groove 431, and the locking lever 5 moves along the rightmost second groove section 212 from the bottom end to the top end.
As shown in fig. 7, pulling the operating handle 4 outward further applies a force to the seat body 2, thereby bringing the seat body 2 to a rearward tilt angle, and at the same time, the locking lever 5 moves leftward along the first groove section 211 to adjust the seat body 2 to a second tilt angle. At the second inclination angle, the first guide 6 and the second guide 7 are respectively located at the middle positions of the third guide groove 321 and the fourth guide groove 322 in the respective length directions.
As shown in fig. 8, when the locking lever 5 moves leftward along the first slot segment 211 to enter the intermediate detent groove 431, the operating handle 4 is released, the operating handle 4 is pulled back inward by the second returning element 8, so that the first guide 6 remains at a position where the fifth guide groove 441 is away from the detent groove 431, and the locking lever 5 enters the bottom end of the second slot segment 212 at the intermediate position, so that the seat body 2 is locked at the second inclination angle position.
As shown in fig. 9, in order to schematically illustrate the state in which the seat body 2 is adjusted to the third inclination angle, the first guide 6 is located at the lower limit position of the third guide groove 321, and the second guide 7 is located at the right limit position of the fourth guide groove 322. The inclination angle is suitable for the child to lie in a half lying posture when riding, and is suitable for the child to use when the child is tired or falls asleep in a car.
As shown in fig. 10, which is a schematic view of hiding the rotary member 3 when the seat body 2 is adjusted to the third inclination angle, the locking lever 5 is at the bottom end of the leftmost second groove section 212, so that the locking and unlocking member is in the locked state.

a base (1);

a rotating member (3) provided between the seat body (2) and the base (1); and
a locking and unlocking member including an operating handle (4) for effecting at least switching of the locking and unlocking member from a locked state in which the rotating member (3), the base (1) and the seat body (2) are relatively fixed to each other to an unlocked state; when the unlocking state is switched to by the operating handle (4), the front and back inclination angle of the seat body (2) relative to the base (1) and the rotation angle around the preset axis are both adjustable.
2. The child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the rotary member (3) is rotatably provided about the preset axis with respect to the base (1) to adjust the rotation angle of the seat body (2), and the forward-backward inclination of the seat body (2) with respect to the rotary member (3) is adjustable.
3. Child safety seat according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rotating part (3) comprises:
a first portion (31) rotatably connected to said base (1) with respect to said preset axis; and
and a second portion (32) connected above the first portion (31) and provided in the seat body (2), wherein a guide member is provided between the second portion (32) and the seat body (2) for guiding the seat body (2) for adjusting the forward and backward inclination angle of the rotating member (3).
4. A child safety seat according to claim 3, characterized in that the first portion (31) and the second portion (32) are integrally formed.
5. Child safety seat according to claim 3, characterized in that the base (1) comprises a lower cover (11) and an upper cover (12) that snap into each other,
the child safety seat further comprises a limiting piece (15), wherein the limiting piece (15) is arranged between the upper cover (12) and the lower cover (11), fixed with the lower cover (11) and pressed on the outer edge of the first portion (31) and used for limiting the degree of freedom of the rotating component (3) which is upwards separated from the lower cover (11).
6. A child safety seat according to claim 3, characterized in that the first portion (31) is of disc-like configuration, the second portion (32) is of arc-like configuration and is adapted to the shape of the bottom region of the seat body (2), a first end of the second portion (32) extends forward to a middle region of the seat plate of the seat body (2), and a second end of the second portion (32) extends upward to a middle region of the back plate of the seat body (2).

The child safety seat according to claim 6, wherein the base (1) comprises a lower cover (11) and an upper cover (12) which are fastened to each other, the child safety seat further comprises a limiting member (15), the limiting member (15) is in a ring-shaped plate-shaped structure, an outer end of the limiting member (15) in the radial direction is fixed with the lower cover (11), and an inner end of the limiting member in the radial direction is pressed against the first portion (31) and protrudes out of an outer edge of the second portion (32) in the circumferential direction.
8. The child safety seat according to claim 1, characterized in that a clearance fit is adopted between the bottom surface of the rotating member (3) and the base (1), and a rolling body (14) is arranged between the bottom surface of the rotating member (3) and the matching surface of the base (1).

The child safety seat according to claim 1, wherein the base (1) comprises a lower cover (11) and an upper cover (12) which are fastened with each other, a positioning shaft (13) is arranged in the lower cover (11) and is integrally formed with the lower cover (11), and a center line of the positioning shaft (13) is consistent with the preset axis;

when the operating handle (4) is pulled outwards, the locking rod (5) is forced to be pulled upwards out of the clamping groove (431) to leave the limiting groove (131), so that the locking and unlocking component is in an unlocking state; when the locking rod (5) is embedded into one of the clamping grooves (431), the locking rod (5) is embedded into one of the opposite groove sections from above the limiting groove (131), so that the locking and unlocking component is in a locking state.
12. Child safety seat according to claim 11, characterized in that a first guide groove (34) is provided in the rotary part (3), said first guide groove (34) extending along the centre line of the positioning shaft (13) for guiding the movement of the locking lever (5) relative to the rotary part (3) along a predetermined axis;
in the locked state, the locking lever (5) is located at the bottom end of the first guide groove (34); in the unlocked state, the lock lever (5) is located at the top end of the first guide groove (34).
13. The child safety seat according to claim 11, further comprising a first reset element (8) connected between the locking lever (5) and the positioning shaft (13) for resetting the locking lever (5) disengaged from the retaining groove (131).
14. The child safety seat according to claim 11, wherein a second guide groove (21) is provided in the seat body (2), the second guide groove (21) comprising:
the first groove section (211) is arc-shaped, and the circle center of the first groove section is consistent with the circle center of the seat body (2) for adjusting the inclination angle; and
a plurality of second groove sections (212) extending along the center line of the positioning shaft (13), each second groove section (212) communicating with the first groove section (211) for guiding the locking lever (5) into a different detent groove (431).

Child safety seat according to claim 11, characterized in that the detent groove (431) has a front side wall (4311) and a rear side wall (4312), the rear side wall (4312) having a smaller inclination with respect to the horizontal than the front side wall (4311) so that the locking lever (5) is disengaged from the detent groove (431) along the rear side wall (4312) when the operating handle (4) is pulled outwards, in the unlocked state the locking lever (5) being located at the top of the boss (432) formed between adjacent detent grooves (431).
16. The child safety seat according to claim 3, wherein the guide member comprises:
a first guide (6) and a second guide (7) provided on the seat body (2); and
a third guide groove (321) and a fourth guide groove (322) provided on the second portion (32) and spaced apart in the front-rear direction of the seat body (2) for limiting the maximum adjustment range of the front-rear tilt angle of the seat body (2);
wherein the first guide (6) cooperates with the third guide slot (321) and the second guide (7) cooperates with the fourth guide slot (322) to collectively provide guidance for fore and aft recliner adjustment of the seat body (2).
17. The child safety seat according to claim 16, wherein the operating handle (4) is disposed in the seat body (2) and can be pulled outwards from the front end of the seat body (2) to unlock the locking and unlocking member, a plurality of detent grooves (431) are disposed at intervals along the front-rear direction on the top of the operating handle (4) and respectively correspond to a plurality of tilt angle adjustment positions of the seat body (2), and the locking and unlocking member further comprises a locking rod (5) movably disposed on the rotating member (3) along the preset axis;
the operation handle (4) is provided with a fifth guide groove (441), the operation handle is matched with the first guide piece (6) and used for providing guidance for movement of the operation handle (4), the operation handle (4) moves to the position, where the first guide piece (6) is located, of the fifth guide groove (441) is close to one end of the clamping groove (431), the locking rod (5) is separated from the clamping groove (431) and is located at the position adjacent to the top of the boss (432) formed between the clamping grooves (431).
18. The child safety seat according to claim 17, wherein the operating handle (4) is provided in the seat body (2) and can be pulled outward from the front end of the seat body (2) to unlock the locking and unlocking member;
the child safety seat further comprises a second resetting element (9) connected between the first guide (6) and the operating handle (4) for resetting the operating handle (4).
