The nozzle 222 is disposed on the water receiving box 223 and the water outlet or air outlet direction thereof faces the opening 110. In the present embodiment, the water receiving box 223 is in a truncated cone shape with a large upper end and a small lower end, so that the water receiving box 223 is in a flaring structure, the peripheral wall surface of the water receiving box 223 is prevented from interfering with the spraying area of the nozzle 222, and water through holes 2231 through which water passes are circumferentially arranged at intervals on the bottom surface of the water receiving box 223, so as to discharge the water of the water receiving box 223. It can be seen that the spray head assembly 22 of the present embodiment can spray steam or washing water toward the inside of the inner container, and also can conveniently drain the remaining water of the inner container.
In order to receive water flowing from the water receiving box 223, the spray head assembly 22 further includes a fixing base 224, wherein the fixing base 224 is disposed outside a side of the moving plate 21 away from the mounting surface 11, i.e., the fixing base 224 is disposed below a lateral section of the moving plate 21, and the fixing base 224 has a water receiving trough 2241 opening toward the opening 110, and the water receiving trough 2241 serves as a water draining portion of the cleaning mechanism 2. One end of each water receiving box 223 far away from the opening 110 is inserted into the water receiving groove 2241, the water receiving groove 2241 is communicated with the inside of the water receiving box 223 through the water through hole 2231, and the water receiving groove 2241 is communicated with the water pumping inlet of the water discharging pump 41 of the water discharging mechanism 4, so that the water discharging pump 41 can pump out the water discharged from the inner container into the water receiving groove 2241.
In order to facilitate the fixation of the spray head assembly 22, referring to fig. 10, the guide mechanism of the present embodiment further includes a connection plate 50, the connection plate 50 being disposed below the lateral section of the moving plate 21 and between two guide portions 51, and the two guide portions 51 being connected to the left and right ends of the connection plate 50, respectively. The water receiving box 223 is integrated on the connecting plate 50, and can be formed by integrally stamping the partial connecting plate 50 downwards, or a positioning hole is formed in the position of the connecting plate 50 corresponding to the opening, and the water receiving box 223 is arranged at the positioning hole and is connected and fixed with the connecting plate 50. The fixing seat 224 is disposed below the connecting plate 50 and is connected to the connecting plate.
The working principle of the cooking apparatus is described below in connection with fig. 8, 10 and 12-13:
referring to fig. 8 or 10, when the cooking apparatus is in a non-use state or a hidden state, i.e., the cooking apparatus is not in a cleaning state or a cooking state, the power mechanism 3 drives the moving plate 21 of the cleaning mechanism 2 to move, so that the blocking portion 211 of the moving plate 21 covers or closes all the openings 110, at this time, the blocking portion 211 covers all the spray head assemblies 22, so that the spray head assemblies 22 are hidden at the bottom of the moving plate 21, and the liner 1 appears to be air attractive.
Referring to fig. 12, when the cooking apparatus is in a cooking state, the power mechanism 3 drives the moving plate 21 of the cleaning mechanism 2 to move backward until the front through hole 212 moves right below the middle opening 110 to open the middle opening, so that the middle nozzle assembly 22 is exposed, and the left and right openings are still closed by the blocking portion 211, at this time, the middle nozzle assembly 22 can spray steam to the inner container to preheat the inner container or heat food in the inner container, and the remaining water of the inner container can be discharged out of the inner container through the middle nozzle assembly 22.
Referring to fig. 13, when the cooking apparatus is in a cleaning state, the power mechanism 3 drives the moving plate 21 of the cleaning mechanism 2 to move forward until the rear two through holes 212 move to right and left openings 110 respectively to open the two left and right openings, so that the two left and right spray head assemblies 22 are exposed, and the middle opening is still closed by the blocking portion 211, at this time, the two left and right spray head assemblies 22 can spray steam to the inner container to automatically clean the inner container, and the residual water of the inner container can be discharged out of the inner container through the two left and right spray head assemblies 22.

The cooking apparatus with cleaning function according to claim 2, wherein the shower head assembly (22) includes a shower head holder (221), an elastic member and a nozzle (222), the shower head holder (221) is installed in the installation groove (210) and is provided with an assembly hole (2211) opened toward the installation surface (11), the nozzle (222) is movably disposed at the assembly hole (2211), and the elastic member abuts or connects an end of the nozzle (222) away from the installation surface (11) for pushing the nozzle (222) to move toward the installation surface (11).
