具体实施方式
图1至3组合考虑示出了基于地板组的中间地板的本实用新型的基本概念,取决于所需的结构刚度,所述地板组可以形成有或没有通道。该结构的第一箱体积(1)描述了所述后椅座下方的设计空间;通向燃料泵和指示器单元的接入点由壳体开口实现。在没有中间通道的平面地板的情况下,第二箱体积(2)描述了在车辆的中心的可自由限定的区域(20)。最后,对于具有中间通道的地板组,其尺寸限定可用于延伸第二箱体积(2)的附加体积(2+)。
如图3中已经示出,中间地板的结构还包括电池框架(10),所述电池框架在根据图示的俯视图中完全包围箱体积(1、2、2+)。该电池框架(10)的功能可以在图4中完整地看到,该图将车辆在其驾驶员座椅高度处的X截面(在左侧示出)与在后座高度处的X截面(在右侧示出)进行对比。例如,电池框架(10)包括两排电池模块(11),其包括第二箱体积(2)以及它们之间的任何附加体积(2+)。因此,这限定中间地板的区域(20),所述区域可以被设计用于优选的能量储存(2、2+、10)的益处,并且还可以可选地用于燃料,例如在填充第二箱体积(2)和附加体积(2+)的箱囊中,或者用于另外的电池模块(11)。
在图5至图7中示出了该设计灵活性,现在使用具有平面地板并因此没有中间通道的车辆概念。
如已经描述的,框架结构设计成具有最大灵活性;然而,它也满足最严格的碰撞要求。在这方面,图5首先将观察者的注意力指向框架结构(10、13、14)的桁架(13、14)。在本情况下,它具有由电池(这里未详细示出)加强的纵向结构(13)以及由加强件(15)形成的横向结构(14),所述加强件将其整体结构赋予桁架(13、14)。可以立即看出,在不脱离本实用新型的范围的情况下,这种桁架(13、14)也可以用于具有中间通道的地板组中。
尽管根据图5的构造已经与能量储存的实施方式兼容,但是图6中所示的框架结构(10、13、14)容纳两个燃料箱,其中(如上所述)第一箱体积(1)在机动车辆的后座椅下方延伸,并且第二箱体积(2)沿着中心区域(20-图4)延伸。为了也将后者用于燃料,横向加强件(15)用作组装部分,用于将箱插入第二箱体积(2)中,作为预组装的一部分。尽管该底部箱优选地从上方下降到框架结构(10、13、14)中,但是如果要向下移除下部箱,则车辆中心的结构也可以相反地设计。
然后以该方式预组装的中间地板模块(10-15)通过将其框架结构(10、13、14)旋拧到地板组中并旋拧到机动车辆的踏脚板而插入。最后,尽管这里未示出,但是由壳槽围绕的整个系统用盖子密封。
根据图7的构造强调了所提出的中间地板模块(10-15)的多功能性。在该变型中,第二箱体积(2)较小,以便在电池框架(10)内为电池接线盒(BJB)的端子盒(12)留出足够的空间。在根据图示由面向下的宽面向左箭头标记的行进方向上,立方形端子盒(12)在此居中地布置在框架结构(10、13、14)的前横向加强件(15)和第二箱体积(2)的上游。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于机动车辆的中间地板模块,
其特征在于:
-所述中间地板模块包括具有电池框架(10)的框架结构,
-所述电池框架(10)包括多个电池模块(11),并且
-所述框架结构包括能够可选地用于诸如燃料的替代能量储存的多个箱体积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中间地板模块,
其特征在于:
-所述箱体积包括在所述机动车辆的后座椅下方的第一箱体积(1),
-所述箱体积包括在所述电池模块(11)之间的第二箱体积(2),并且
-所述箱体积包括在所述机动车辆的中间通道中的附加体积(2+)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中间地板模块,
其特征在于:
-所述中间地板模块包括用于所述电池模块(11)的端子盒(12),并且
-所述端子盒(12)在行进方向上布置在所述第二箱体积(2)的上游。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的中间地板模块,
其特征在于:
-所述框架结构包括桁架,并且
-所述桁架包括由所述电池模块(11)加强的纵向结构(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中间地板模块,
其特征在于:
-所述中间地板模块包括横向加强件(15),并且
-所述桁架包括由所述横向加强件(15)加强的横向结构(14)。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的中间地板模块,
其特征在于:
-所述中间地板模块包括可选地可用于所述燃料或用于另外的电池模块(11)的区域(20),并且
-所述区域(20)包括所述第二箱体积(2)。
7.一种机动车辆,
其特征在于:
-所述机动车辆包括具有中间通道的地板组,
-所述地板组包括根据权利要求2至6中的一项所述的中间地板模块,所述中间地板模块支撑所述中间通道,并且
-所述机动车辆包括填充所述第二箱体积(2)和所述附加体积(2+)的箱囊。
