Wherein the conveying mechanism 200 is used for conveying PCM products 1. The glue wrapping mechanism 300 is arranged at a glue wrapping position of glue wrapping equipment, the glue wrapping mechanism 300 comprises a glue wrapping head 310 and a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected to the glue wrapping head, the PCM product 1 is conveyed to the glue wrapping position, and the driving mechanism can drive the glue wrapping head 210 to move along the surface of the PCM product 1 so as to attach the gummed paper 2 to the upper surface of the PCM product 1. The pressure maintaining mechanism 400 is arranged at a pressure maintaining position of the glue wrapping device, the pressure maintaining mechanism 400 comprises an upper pressure maintaining component 410, the upper pressure maintaining component 410 comprises a first lifting mechanism 412 and an upper pressure maintaining head 411, the PCM product 1 is conveyed to the pressure maintaining position, and the first lifting mechanism 412 can drive the upper pressure maintaining head 411 to move downwards, so that the upper pressure maintaining head 411 abuts against the gummed paper 2, and the gummed paper 2 is tightly pressed on the PCM product 1.
Specifically, the conveying mechanism 200 may be a conveying belt, a driving wheel set, a manipulator or the like commonly used in mechanical transmission. The conveying mechanism 200 is used for conveying the jig 100 to convey the PCM product 1 on the jig 100, so as to convey the PCM product 1 to a designated station, such as a glue wrapping station, a pressure maintaining station, and the like. The glue wrapping mechanism 300 comprises a glue wrapping head 310 and a driving mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism can drive the glue wrapping head 310 to move, so that the glue wrapping head 310 moves along the surface of the PCM product 1, and glue paper 2 protruding out of the bottom surface of the PCM product 1 is bent to the upper surface and is attached to the upper surface of the PCM product 1. As shown in fig. 2, the wrapping head 310 has a wrapping hole 311, for example, the driving mechanism includes a wrapping mechanism 300 including a third lifting mechanism 320 and a third traversing mechanism 330, the third lifting mechanism 320 drives the wrapping head 310 to descend to the position of the adhesive tape 2, then the third traversing mechanism 330 drives the wrapping head 310 to move horizontally, so that the adhesive tape 2 passes through the wrapping hole 311, then the third lifting mechanism 320 drives the wrapping head 310 to move upwards, so that the adhesive tape 2 bends upwards, and after bending, the third traversing mechanism 330 drives the wrapping head 310 to traverse, so that the adhesive tape 2 bends towards the upper surface of the PCM product 1 and is attached to the upper surface. In order to reduce the friction of the wrapping head 310 with the gummed paper 2, the wrapping head 310 may be provided with a roller 312, by means of which roller 312 it is in contact with the gummed paper 2. In addition, the jig 100 is further provided with an avoiding groove of the glue wrapping head 310, so that the jig 100 is prevented from interfering with the movement of the glue wrapping head 310.
Along the conveying direction of the PCM product 1 on the conveying mechanism 200, the pressure maintaining position is located at the downstream of the glue wrapping position, after the PCM product 1 is wrapped at the glue wrapping position, the PCM product 1 is conveyed to the pressure maintaining position by the conveying mechanism 200 for pressure maintaining, the pressure maintaining mechanism 400 comprises an upper pressure maintaining component 410, the upper pressure maintaining component 410 comprises an upper pressure maintaining head 411 and a first lifting mechanism 412 (as shown in fig. 3), the first lifting mechanism 412 is connected to the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and is used for driving the upper pressure maintaining head 411 to move downwards, so that the upper pressure maintaining head 411 abuts against the gummed paper 2, and the PCM product 1 is clamped between the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and the jig 100, so that the gummed paper 2 is pressed against the PCM product 1. Therefore, after the PCM product 1 is wrapped with glue, the conveying mechanism 200 can convey the PCM product 1 to the pressure maintaining mechanism 400, and the upper pressure maintaining head 411 of the pressure maintaining mechanism 400 moves downwards to tightly abut against the gummed paper 2, so that the gummed paper 2 is more tightly attached to the PCM product 1, the possibility that the gummed paper 2 is warped and separated is reduced, and the quality of the PCM product 1 is improved.
In addition, in some embodiments, the pressure maintaining mechanism 400 may further include a lower pressure maintaining component 420, where the lower pressure maintaining component 420 further includes a lower pressure maintaining head 421 and a first lifting mechanism 422, the lower pressure maintaining head 421 and the upper pressure maintaining head 411 are disposed opposite to each other, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, and fig. 5 and 1 are schematic structural diagrams of the lower pressure maintaining component, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the upper pressure maintaining head, the lower pressure maintaining head and the PCM product. The adhesive wrapping device further comprises a jig 100, the jig 100 is provided with a containing groove 110 and a pressure maintaining hole, the pressure maintaining hole 130 is located at the bottom wall of the containing groove 110 and penetrates through the jig 100, the containing groove 110 is used for containing the PCM product 1, the containing groove 110 can be further defined by a plurality of positioning blocks 120 protruding from the surface of the jig 100, and the positioning blocks 120 are used for positioning the PCM product 1. The first lifting mechanism 422 is connected to the lower pressure maintaining head 421, and is used for driving the lower pressure maintaining assembly 420 to pass through the pressure maintaining hole 130 and to abut against the PCM product 1, so that the PCM product 1 is clamped between the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and the lower pressure maintaining head 421. The PCM product 1 is clamped by the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and the lower pressure maintaining head 421, the acting force of the upper pressure maintaining head 411 does not act on the jig 100, the jig 100 is not required to be crushed, and only the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and the lower pressure maintaining head 421 meet certain rigidity requirements, so that the material selection requirements of the jig 100 are reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the glue wrapping equipment of the embodiment is reduced.
In some embodiments, the dwell mechanism 400 further includes a heating device 430, the heating device 430 being connected to the lower dwell head 421 or the upper dwell head 411, or the heating device 430 being connected to the upper dwell head 411 and the lower dwell head 421. For example, the heating device 430 includes a heating wire disposed in the lower pressure maintaining head 421, and the heating wire can heat the lower pressure maintaining head 421 and transfer heat to the PCM product 1 through the lower pressure maintaining head 421 to heat the PCM product 1. The glue on the gummed paper 2 is activated at high temperature, so that the adhesive force of the gummed paper 2 is enhanced, and the glue wrapping quality is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 4 is another schematic view of fig. 3, in some embodiments, the upper pressure maintaining assembly 410 further includes a supporting member 415, the supporting member 415 is connected to the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and located on a side surface of the upper pressure maintaining head 411, and the supporting member 415 is at least partially made of an elastic material. When the holding member 415 is not deformed, the lowest edge of the holding member 415 is lower than the lowest edge of the upper retaining head 411 (as shown in fig. 4). Therefore, before the upper retaining head 411 contacts the PCM product 1, the abutting member 415 contacts and presses the position of the PCM product 1, where the gummed paper 2 is not adhered, and the upper retaining head 411 is continuously driven downwards, the abutting member 415 deforms, and the upper retaining head 411 abuts against the gummed paper 2. After the pressure maintaining action is completed, the supporting part 415 leaves the PCM product 1 at the upper pressure maintaining head 411, so that the gummed paper 2 is prevented from being adhered to the upper pressure maintaining head 411 in the pressure maintaining process, the PCM product 1 is lifted up, and further the PCM is bent and deformed to damage the product due to the influence of gravity on other parts of the PCM product 1, so that the quality of the PCM product is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the upper pressure maintaining assembly 410 further includes an elastic member 413, one end of the elastic member 413 is connected to the first lifting mechanism 412, and the other end of the elastic member 413 is connected to the upper pressure maintaining head 411, where the elastic member 413 can deform to buffer the pressure when the upper pressure maintaining head 411 abuts against the PCM product 1, so as to avoid hard collision between the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and the PCM product 1. Ensuring that the PCM product 1 is not damaged.
In some embodiments, the upper pressure maintaining head 411 includes a main body portion 4112 and a protection portion 4113, the protection portion 4113 is made of an elastic material, the protection portion 4113 is disposed at the bottom of the main body portion 4112, so as to avoid the upper pressure maintaining head 411 contacting the PCM product 1 and wearing the PCM product 1, and also to play a role in buffering when the upper pressure maintaining head 411 contacts the PCM.
It is to be understood that, while the upper pressure maintaining assembly 410 includes the elastic member 413, the upper pressure maintaining head 411 may include the main body portion 4112 and the protecting portion 4113, one end of the elastic member 413 is connected to the first lifting mechanism 412, the other end of the elastic member is connected to the upper pressure maintaining head 411, the protecting portion 4113 is made of an elastic material, the protecting portion 4113 is disposed at the bottom of the main body portion 4112, and when the upper pressure maintaining head 411 abuts against the PCM product 1, the elastic member 413 can deform to buffer the pressure, so as to avoid the hard collision between the upper pressure maintaining head 411 and the PCM product 1, and ensure that the PCM product 1 is not damaged. The protection portion 4113 can prevent the upper holding head 411 from wearing the PCM product 1, and can also play a role of buffering when the upper holding head 411 is in contact with the PCM.
It will be appreciated that in order to increase the pressure maintaining effect, the pressure maintaining process needs to be performed for a certain time, so as to prevent other parts of the device from being shut down when the PCM product 1 is subjected to pressure maintaining. Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the conveying mechanism 200 includes a linear conveying assembly 210 and a conveying assembly 220, the glue wrapping apparatus is provided with a plurality of pressure maintaining positions, each pressure maintaining position is provided with a pressure maintaining mechanism 400, and the conveying assembly 220 may be a common manipulator, a dual-axis conveying mechanism, or a tri-axis conveying mechanism. For example, when the handling assembly 220 is a dual-shaft handling mechanism, one handling assembly 220 can be provided with two pressure maintaining mechanisms 400, and the handling assembly 220 is located between the two pressure maintaining mechanisms 400, so that in the working process, when one pressure maintaining mechanism 400 is in a working state, the handling assembly 220 can handle the PCM product 1 from the linear conveying assembly 210 to the other pressure maintaining mechanism 400, thereby avoiding the stopping and waiting of the conveying mechanism 200 and improving the working efficiency. For example, when the carrying unit 220 is a robot or a three-axis carrying mechanism, one carrying unit 220 may correspond to two or more holding pressure mechanisms 400. When one of the pressure maintaining mechanisms 400 is performing pressure maintaining on the PCM product 1, the carrying assembly 220 can transmit the PCM product 1 to the corresponding position of the other pressure maintaining mechanism 400, and the conveying mechanism 200 does not need to stop for waiting for the completion of the pressure maintaining motion, so that the working efficiency is improved.
In addition, it is understood that when the number of the upper holding heads 411 is larger, the upper holding heads 411 may interfere with the carrying assembly 220 when the carrying assembly 220 extends the jig 100 into the bottom of the upper holding heads 411, and based on this, the holding mechanism 400 may further include a planting mechanism 440, the planting mechanism 440 includes a planting plate 441 and a first traversing mechanism 442, the planting plate 441 is connected to the first traversing mechanism 442, and the planting plate 441 is located below the upper holding heads 411, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the holding mechanism in fig. 1, and the first traversing mechanism 442 can drive the planting plate 441 to move horizontally. In operation, the jig 100 is transported to the implantation plate 441 by the transporting assembly 220, and then the jig 100 is extended to the lower portion of the upper retaining head 411 by the movement of the implantation plate 441.
