Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种过滤柱，属于过滤设备的
一个部件。它由封盖、筒体、底座构成，其筒体的滤网
丝为楔形丝，楔形丝的大面向外固定在加强筋上。它
具有缝隙均匀，过滤精度高，过滤筒筒体耐压力强等
优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于清水、矿循环水过滤的过滤柱，属于过滤设备的一个部件。
目前使用的过滤柱绝大多数为手工缠绕园丝经弧焊机焊接制成，其网丝之间缝隙不均匀，过滤筒耐压力低，易开焊，影响使用效果。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处，而提供一种缝隙均匀，缝隙间隙误差小，滤筒耐压力高，提高过滤精度的过滤柱。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括封盖、筒体、底座，封盖位于筒体上端，底座固定在筒体底部，其特征在于筒体的滤网丝为楔形丝，楔形丝大面向外固定在加强筋上。
相比现有技术具有如下优点：
1、缝隙均匀，缝隙可小到0.08mm，加之楔形丝外大内小固定在加强筋上，楔形丝之间可形成机械尺寸为内大外小的缝隙，形成一个很好的过滤层，因而过滤精度高。
2、过滤筒体耐压力高，不易开焊。

图中，封盖（1）、加强筋（2）、筒体（3）、滤网丝（4）、缝隙（5）、底座（6）。
下面结合附图及实施例详述本实用新型：如图所示封盖（1）位于筒体（3）的上端，底座（6）固定在筒体（3）底部，滤网丝（4）为楔形丝，用机械将丝缠绕在加强筋（2）上，用电阻焊直接固定在加强筋（2）上，缠绕时楔形丝的大面向外，使楔形丝之间形成机械尺寸为内大外小的缝隙（5），如图2所示。

- 一种过滤柱，包括封盖、筒体、底座，封盖位于筒体上端，底座固定在筒体底部，其特征在于筒体的滤网丝为楔形丝，楔形丝大面向外固定在加强筋上。
