Abstract

一种压力安全阀,由阀座2,阀盖1构成,阀座2 上有刺针5,刺针沿轴向有一通槽05,阀盖1上有小 孔01,阀盖内壁处装有一层薄膜4,刺针针尖与薄膜 相对设置。这种结构的阀开阀灵敏度高、密封性好, 它克服了已有的以弹簧为元件构成的压力阀这两种 性能不能同时兼顾的缺陷。该阀主要用于保护在环 境压力变化较大的电子仪器设备上。

Description

本实用新型涉及安全阀,具体说,是一种安装在压力变化较大环境下的电子仪器、设备箱体上用以保护设备的减压平衡阀。
一般以弹簧为元件构成的压力阀,其开阀的灵敏度与阀体的密封性很难同时保证。因此限制了弹簧压力结构阀在环境压力变化条件下的应用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种开阀灵敏度高,阀体密封性好的压力安全阀,以满足在这种特定要求下的使用,确保与阀相连的电子仪器设备箱体不变形。
本阀为刺针、薄膜配套结构,利用弹性薄膜在压力作用下朝体外大气压力通过薄膜槽孔05进入电子仪器设备箱体内,使箱体内外压力平衡。
下面结合实施例加以说明。图1为本阀结构示意图,由图中可见,刺针式薄膜结构安全阀由阀盖1、阀座2、屏蔽网3、薄膜4、刺针5等构成,阀盖上开有小孔01,屏蔽网和薄膜装在阀盖内壁。薄膜可用橡胶型复合材料制成。阀座2上装有刺针、刺针针尖与薄膜相对,彼此之间的距离根据设定压力大小而定,针头极其尖锐。刺针轴线方向有通气槽道05。当环境压力超过机箱内的压力时,阀盖1内的薄膜4随之发生形变,由于针尖离薄膜很近,薄膜被刺破,从而迅速地使仪器设备箱体内、外压力平衡,保证了与阀座相连的仪器箱体外壳6不受压变形而损坏,也保护了仪器设备的内部结构。
本阀结构简单,重量轻。开阀灵敏度高,当压力达到某一设计值,刺针即刺破薄膜,使阀迅速打开。

Claims (2)

1、一种压力安全阀,由阀体(2)、阀盖(1)构成,本实用新型的特征在于:阀座上有刺针(5)、刺针沿轴向有一通槽(05)。阀盖1上有小孔(01),阀盖内壁处装有一层薄膜(4),刺针针尖与薄膜相对,彼此之间距离根据设定的保护压力而决定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压力安全阀,其特征在于阀盖1内壁与薄膜(4)之间有一层屏蔽网(3),薄膜(4)由橡胶型复合材料制成。
