挂脖风扇一般包括可穿戴于脖颈上的壳体和风扇组件,壳体内设置有风道,壳体外侧壁设置有出风孔,风扇组件将外部的空气吸入风道后从出风口排出,然而现有的挂脖风扇靠近风扇组件的出风孔出风量小,风力小,不均匀,吹风效果不佳。

本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失,提供一种挂脖风扇,其能提高靠近风扇组件的出风孔的出风量大、风力大、吹风效果更好。

所述壳体10内设有一隔板26,所述隔板26的上表面与壳体10的内侧壁之间形成所述风道22,所述风道22沿送风方向的高度H1逐渐减小,为方便理解和说明,附图6和附图7中的Z表示上下方向,本实用新型中,所述风道沿送风方向的高度定义为所述隔板上表面与壳体10上端的内侧壁之间的距离,多个所述聚风板25沿风道22的送风方向与隔板26之间的距离H2逐渐减小,通过设置聚风板25沿风道22的送风方向与隔板26之间的距离H2逐渐减小,可提高靠近风扇组件的出风孔的出风量大,风力大。
所述聚风板25自壳体10的内侧壁朝靠近风扇组件50的方向倾斜延伸,所述聚风板25面向风扇组件50的一侧侧壁的壳体10的内壁之间的夹角θ为30°~40°,优选为35°。
所述聚风板25垂直于送风风向的宽度大于出风孔24垂直于送风风向的宽度,并且多个所述聚风板25沿风道22的送风方向的宽度逐渐减小。
所述壳体10包括第一壳体20、第二壳体30和连接部40,所述连接部40呈弧形设置,且所述连接部40呈筒状设置,所述第一壳体20和第二壳体30的一端通过所述连接部40连接,所述第一壳体20和第二壳体30内均形成有所述容置腔21和风道22,所述第一壳体20和第二壳体30的外侧壁均设有所述进风孔23和出风孔24,所述第一壳体20上的进风孔23设于第一壳体20面向第二壳体30的一侧,所述第二壳体30上的进风孔23设于第二壳体30面向第一壳体20的一侧。
所述连接部40内形成有通道41,所述通道41的一端与第一壳体20内的风道22连通,所述通道41的另一端与第二壳体30内的风道22连通,所述连接部40的外侧壁形成有多个与通道41连通的吹风通孔42,所述吹风通孔42与出风孔24均设于壳体10的同一侧。
所述风扇组件50包括叶轮51和驱动叶轮51转动的马达,所述第一壳体20和第二壳体30内均形成有安装槽27,所述安装槽27设有电池281,所述马达和电池281电性连接。
所述第一壳体20面向第二壳体30的一侧设有通线槽,所述通线槽的一端与相邻的容置腔21连通,所述通线槽的另一端与相邻的安装槽27连通,所述通线槽的开口处设有盖板28;通过设置通线槽,方便将马达与电池281之间的电线布置在通线槽中,从而使电线避开风道22,防止电线对风道22中的气流产生影响。
所述第一壳体20远离第二壳体30的一侧设有第一连接盖29,所述第一连接盖29上设有按钮开关291,所述第一壳体20中的安装槽27还设有PCB板272,所述按钮开关291、马达和电池281均与PCB电性连接,所述第一连接盖29的周侧边沿与第一壳体20之间形成有连通容置腔21的第一间隙292,在进风时,空气可从第一间隙292进入容置腔21内,可以理解的是所述第二壳体30远离第一壳体20的一侧设有第二连接盖31,所述第二连接盖31的周侧边沿与第二壳体30之间形成有第二间隙311,所述第二间隙311连通第二壳体30中的容置腔21的。
本实用新型的工作原理:按压按钮开关291,马达驱动叶轮51转动,叶轮51转动使空气从进风孔23进入容置腔21,叶轮51转动使容置腔21内的空气排入风道22中,风道22中的一部分空气通过聚风板25导向至出风孔24并从出风孔24排出,风道22中的另一部分空气进入通道41中并从吹风通孔42排出。
综上所述,本实用新型通过在出风孔24远离风扇组件50的一端设置伸入风道22的聚风板25,聚风板25设置多个,多个聚风板25沿风道22的送风风向凸出的高度逐渐降低,风扇组件50将外部空气吸入容置腔21,并将容置腔21的空气送到风道22中,空气沿风道22的送风方向流动时,利用聚风板25的聚风作用将风道22中的空气引流至出风孔24,聚风板25凸出的高度越高,聚风作用越明显,从而使靠近风扇组件50的出风孔24的出风量大、风力大、吹风效果更好。

Claims (10)

1.一种挂脖风扇,包括可穿戴于脖颈上的壳体和风扇组件,所述壳体的两延伸尾端均设有容置腔,所述壳体内形成有与容置腔连通的风道,所述容置腔中设有所述风扇组件,所述壳体上设有与容置腔连通的进风孔,所述壳体的外侧壁设有多个与风道连通的出风孔,多个所述出风孔沿所述风道的延伸方向分布,其特征在于,所述出风孔远离风扇组件的一端设有伸入风道的聚风板,所述聚风板设有多个,多个所述聚风板沿风道的送风风向凸出的高度逐渐降低。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述聚风板将相邻的两个所述出风孔相互隔开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有一隔板,所述隔板的上表面与壳体的内侧壁之间形成所述风道,所述风道沿送风方向的高度逐渐减小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述出风孔呈长条状设置,所述出风孔的长度方向与风道的延伸方向相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述聚风板自壳体的内侧壁朝靠近风扇组件的方向倾斜延伸,所述聚风板面向风扇组件的一侧侧壁的壳体的内壁之间的夹角为30°~40°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述聚风板垂直于送风风向的宽度大于出风孔垂直于送风风向的宽度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一壳体、第二壳体和连接部,所述第一壳体和第二壳体的一端通过所述连接部连接,所述第一壳体和第二壳体内均形成有所述容置腔和风道,所述第一壳体和第二壳体的外侧壁均设有所述进风孔和出风孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述连接部内形成有通道,所述通道的一端与第一壳体内的风道连通,所述通道的另一端与第二壳体内的风道连通,所述连接部的外侧壁形成有多个与通道连通的吹风通孔。
9.根据权利要求7所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述风扇组件包括叶轮和驱动叶轮转动的马达,所述第一壳体和第二壳体内均形成有安装槽,所述安装槽设有电池,所述马达和电池电性连接,所述第一壳体面向第二壳体的一侧设有通线槽,所述通线槽的一端与相邻的容置腔连通,所述通线槽的另一端与相邻的安装槽连通。
10.根据权利要求9所述的挂脖风扇,其特征在于,所述第一壳体远离第二壳体的一侧设有第一连接盖,所述第一连接盖上设有按钮开关,所述第一壳体中的安装槽还设有PCB板,所述按钮开关与PCB电性连接,所述第一连接盖的周侧边沿与第一壳体之间形成有连通容置腔的第一间隙。
