Description

本实用新型涉及一种陶瓷工业应用的烧成隧道窑。
现有技术的隧道窑包括窑体、窑车、窑车输送设备、燃烧系统、冷却系统、自动控制系统等。一般窑体内衬、窑车均采用重质耐火材料砌筑、墙体厚、用材多、蓄热大、能耗大,约为6000~7000×4.18千焦/公斤瓷。由于均采用现场施工安装,不适合专业化工厂制造,故施工安装周期长。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有显著节能效果的,可以适合专业化工厂制造,便于运输、施工安装的优质高产的全自动装配式节能隧道窑。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
该隧道窑包括窑体、窑车、窑车运输设备、燃烧系统、冷却系统、自动控制系统,其特征在于窑体内衬与窑车均采用特种轻质耐火材料;窑炉为无匣明焰棚板装烧;窑体、窑内外迴转轨道、窑二端驮车运行轨道均采用钢结构架空。
窑车采用的特种轻质耐火材料最好为轻质堇青石——英来石质浇注料;窑体内衬采用的特种轻质耐火材料最好为轻质英来石耐火材料或轻质刚玉耐火材料。
本实用新型由于整个窑体、窑车均采用特种轻质耐火材料制成,墙体薄,仅为0.52米厚(现有技术约为1.5-1.8米厚),故窑体、窑车蓄热少,且采用无匣明焰快速烧成,耗能显著减少。本实用新型烧成产品能耗水平比现有技术大为降低,如烧成炻瓷产品能耗仅为2000×4.18千焦/公斤瓷左右,比国家行业标准OB/T1703-93规定特等窑的能耗定额节约50%,故节能效果十分显著。
由于窑体、窑车全部采用轻质耐火材料,大大减轻了窑炉的重量,因而窑体、窑内外回转轨道、窑两端驮车运行轨道均采用钢结构架空,实现了窑炉轻型化,便于专业化工厂预制,现场组装,从而保证了窑炉的制造质量,方便了运输和施工,大幅度地缩短了现场施工安装周期。

隧道窑窑体[1]内衫与窑车[4]均采用特种轻质耐火材料,其窑体内衬可采用轻质英来石耐火材料或轻质刚玉质耐火材料或二者的结合。窑车采用轻质堇青石-英来石质浇注料。本实施例墙厚仅为0.52米,窑长25-35米,窑内有效高度0.585米,烧成温度为1100℃——1400℃,烧成周期8-10小时,可产200-300万件瓷/年,由于采用轻质耐火材料,墙体薄,窑体、窑车蓄热少,且采用无匣明焰棚板装烧,比有匣装烧进一步减少了蓄热量,故节能效果十分显著,本实施例单位产量耗热量为(1800-2200)×4.18千焦/公斤瓷。
窑体[1],窑内外回转轨道[2],两端驮车运行轨道[3]均采用钢结构架空,实现了专业化工厂预制、现场组装,不仅保证了窑炉的制造质量,且方便了运输和施工,大幅度缩短了现装施工安装周期。

1、一种全自动装配式节能隧道窑,包括窑体、窑车、窑车输送设备、燃烧系统、冷却系统、自动控制系统,其特征在于窑体[1]内衬与窑车[4]均采用特种轻质耐火材料,窑炉为无匣明焰棚板装烧;窑体[1]、窑内外迴转轨道[2]、两端驮车运行轨道[3]均采用钢结构架空。
2、根据权利要求1所述隧道窑,其特征在于窑车采用轻质堇青石——英来石质浇注米。
3、根据权利要求1所述隧道窑,其特征在于窑体内衬采用轻质英来石耐火材料或轻质刚玉质耐火材料或二者的结合。
