Abstract

一种用于窗门(包括家具橱柜门)可自动定位的 实用新型铰链，由1链板A，2链板B、3制动块，4压 簧，5铆销，五个部件组成，其中制动块压簧铆销相互 制约，摩擦、运转频繁，压簧(4)嵌入制动块(3)底部的 簧孔用定位铰链安装的窗门(包括橱柜门)，无须再装 置定位支撑、搭扣、以及碰珠、拉簧和磁性吸附件等配 件，经济实惠，使用方便。

Description

一种用于窗、门（包括家具橱门）可自动定位的多功能实用新型铰链。
众所周知，当推开窗、门让室内空气流通时，为防范风力不测，须用定位支撑和搭扣之类，将窗、门定好需要敞开的位置，关闭橱门时，为求密合质量完好，又须在门的底部或内档部位装置定位“碰珠”、拉簧或磁性吸附件。这些围绕窗、门启闭而配置的附件种种，从用料制作安装到使用，实属耗资、繁琐之为。
定位铰链的研制目的，即在于将上述窗、门附件的功能与铰链有机地融汇一体，使铰链在开合窗、门的同时，兼能随意自动定位。
定位铰链由1、链板A，2、链板B；3、制动块；4、压簧；5、铆销等五个零（部）件组成。窗、门（包括橱门）关闭时，制动块的凸出部位闭销在链板A销（轴）圈的凹槽内，此时压簧不受外力作用，呈放松状态。当窗、门被推（或拉）开时，固定在链板B上的制动块凸出部位便从链板A凹槽内被旋离，这时压簧受外力（链板厚度）作用，呈被强制压缩状态，同时将承受的强制压力反作用于制动块，形成链板A和链板B的销圈与铆销在不受外力作用下的滑配合改变成牢固的双向契着而产生制动效应。实验证明，这种制动效应，可使启开的窗、门在120°方位上不受一般自然风力（2～5级）影响，即使遇上六级以上大风袭击，也只能使窗、门徐徐推移直至自动闭合。无损于玻璃。
本实用新型与国内铰链市场现有技术相比，其明显优点在于它不仅具有普通合页铰链的开合功能；同时具有自动定位的特异功能。用定位铰链安装的窗、门（包括橱门）无须再装置定位支撑，搭扣以及“碰珠”拉簧，磁性吸附件等配件。
图1为本实用新型总体外形主视图；图2是附图1（A－A）的剖视结构图。
1－－链板A，2－－链板B，3－－制动块，4－－压簧，5－－铆销。
按成品组装顺序，定位铰链各零（部）件连接关系如下；1、首先将压簧嵌入制动块底部的簧孔，2、将制动块（连同压簧）插入链板B上的制动块座，3、再将链板B与链板A的销圈投合，4、最后用铆销串联铆合。

  1. 一种定位铰链，由1、链板A；2、链板B；3、制动块；4、压簧；5、铆销等五个零部件组成，其特征在于压簧(4)嵌入制动块底部的簧孔，制动块(3)插入链板B上的制动座；链板(2)、(1)由铆销(5)串联铆合。
