The clamping strips 12, the mounting holes 230 and the clamping grooves 41 are all provided with a plurality of one-to-one correspondence, the positions of the supporting parts 13 and the positions of the connecting parts 23 are corresponding, when the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is assembled, the mounting holes 230 are aligned with the clamping strips 12, and the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is moved towards the direction of the fixing bracket 10, so that the clamping strips 12 pass through the mounting holes 230, and the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is arranged on the fixing bracket 10; then, each clamping groove 41 corresponds to each clamping strip 12, and the cooling fin moves towards the direction of the fixed support 10, so that the clamping strips 12 penetrate through the clamping grooves 41 and are clamped with the cooling fin, and the assembly is completed. After assembly, the connecting part 23 is clamped between the supporting part 13 and the radiating fins, so that the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is ensured to be stable and not loose in the use process.
In some embodiments, the two connecting portions 23 are disposed opposite to each other and are respectively connected to the frame 220 of the mounting portion 22, one or more mounting holes 230 are formed in each connecting portion 23, and two supporting portions 13 are also disposed on two sides of the lens hole 11 and correspond to the positions of the two connecting portions 23.
In some embodiments, the support portion 13 is located near the mounting portion 22, so that a better supporting effect can be achieved on the elastic fixing sleeve 20 as a whole, and deformation of the elastic fixing sleeve 20 during use is avoided.
In some embodiments, the connection portion 23 includes a protrusion 231, and the protrusion 231 is disposed on a side of the connection portion 23 facing the heat sink, and the protrusion 231 abuts against the side of the heat sink facing the connection portion 23. The protrusion 231 abuts against the heat sink so that there is a gap between the heat sink and the connection portion 23, facilitating heat transfer out through the heat sink.
In some embodiments, the clip 12 includes a clip body 120 and a hook 121, and the clip body 120 and the hook 121 are integrally formed.
The hook portion 121 is disposed at one end of the clip strip body 120 facing the heat sink, and when the heat sink is assembled with the fixing bracket 10, the heat sink is moved toward the fixing bracket 10, such that the clip strip body 120 passes through the clip slot 41 and the hook portion 121 abuts against a side surface of the heat sink facing away from the fixing bracket 10.
In some embodiments, along the length direction of the clip strip body 120 and towards the direction of the fixing support 10, the cross-sectional area of the clip strip body 120 is gradually increased, and during the process of assembling the elastic fixing sleeve 20 to the fixing support 10, the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is moved towards the direction of the fixing support 10, so that the clip strip 12 passes through the mounting hole 230, and the mounting hole 230 is moved towards the direction of the clip strip body 120 close to the fixing support 10, so that the clip strip body 120 can be firmly clamped on the mounting hole 230 on the connecting portion 23, thereby avoiding the elastic fixing sleeve 20 from shaking and ensuring the assembling stability of the elastic fixing sleeve 20.
In addition, limiting blocks 122 can be arranged on the periphery of some clamping strip bodies 120, limiting holes and the clamping strip bodies 120 are integrally formed, after the elastic fixing sleeve 20 and the fixing support 10 are assembled, the limiting blocks 122 are clamped with the mounting holes 230, so that the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is ensured to be stably assembled, and the limiting holes can improve the structural strength of the clamping strip 12 and prevent the clamping strip 12 from being damaged in the assembly process.
In some embodiments, the side of the limiting block 122 facing away from the fixing support 10 has a first guiding surface 123, and the limiting hole is guided to be clamped with the mounting hole 230 by the first guiding surface 123, so as to help improve the assembly efficiency of the elastic fixing sleeve 20 on the fixing support 10.
Referring to fig. 7-11, in some embodiments, the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is integrally injection molded with the fixing bracket 10.
The elastic fixing sleeve 20 and the fixing support 10 can be manufactured by injection through a double injection process, wherein the fixing support 10 is made of plastic hard materials, the area for fixing the camera module 30 is made of silica gel soft materials to be subjected to double injection, so that the elastic fixing sleeve 20 and the fixing support 10 which are integrally formed are formed, the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is better in stability, loosening and shaking in the use process caused by the fact that the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is not firmly assembled can be avoided, and shaking of the camera module 30 is further caused.
In some embodiments, the elastic fixing sleeve 20 and the fixing bracket 10 are integrally injection molded, and the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 are both disposed in the accommodating cavity 21, and the lens 32 is disposed on a side of the accommodating cavity 21 facing the lens hole 11.
After the assembly, the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 are propped against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21, and the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 are contained in the accommodating cavity 21, so that the vibration of the interaction plate is greatly reduced and transmitted to the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32, the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 can be prevented from shaking in the using process, and the shooting monitoring effect of the camera module 30 is ensured.
In some embodiments, a first clamping block 211 and a second clamping block 212 are disposed on an inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21, the first clamping block 211 is clamped with an outer periphery of the voice coil motor 31, and the second clamping block 212 is clamped with an outer periphery of the lens 32.
The first clamping block 211 and the second clamping block 212 respectively correspond to the positions of the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32, and the first clamping block 211 and the second clamping block 212 are respectively clamped with the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32, so that the assembly stability of the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 in the accommodating cavity 21 in the using process is ensured.
In addition, the first clamping block 211 and the second clamping block 212 are arranged to enable a gap to be formed between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21 and the voice coil motor 31, and between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21 and the lens 32, so that heat dissipation of the camera module 30 is facilitated, the contact area between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21 and the voice coil motor 31 and between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity and the lens 32 is reduced, heat transfer to the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is reduced, and excessive heat transfer to the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is avoided, so that structural stability of the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is influenced.
In some embodiments, the first clamping block 211 and the second clamping block 212 are both bar-shaped and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21, so as to ensure the assembly stability of the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 in the accommodating cavity 21 and further reduce the contact area between the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21 and the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32.
In other embodiments, the first clamping block 211 and the second clamping block 212 may also be annular clamping blocks disposed along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 21.
In some embodiments, the side of the first clamping block 211 facing away from the fixed bracket 10 has a second guiding surface 213, the side of the second clamping block 212 facing away from the fixed bracket 10 has a third guiding surface 214, and the arrangement of the second guiding surface 213 and the third guiding surface 214 helps to improve the assembly efficiency of the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 between the first clamping block 211 and the second clamping block 212.
In some embodiments, the camera module 100 further includes a heat sink and a heat conducting fin 50, the heat sink is disposed on a side of the elastic fixing sleeve 20 facing away from the fixing support 10, the heat conducting fin 50 is disposed between the voice coil motor 31 and the heat sink, a side surface of the heat conducting fin 50 facing the voice coil motor 31 abuts against the voice coil motor 31, a side surface of the heat sink facing the heat sink abuts against the heat sink, the heat sink is clamped with the fixing support 10, and the heat conducting fin 50 is sandwiched between the voice coil motor 31 and the heat sink.
In this embodiment, the elastic fixing sleeve 20 and the fixing support 10 are formed by injection molding, the fixing support 10 is clamped with the heat sink, and two side surfaces of the heat conducting fin 50 are respectively abutted against the voice coil motor 31 and the elastic fixing sleeve 20, so that heat of the voice coil motor 31 is transferred to the heat sink after passing through the heat conducting fin 50, and overhigh use temperature of the camera module 30 is avoided.
In addition, the heat sink is clamped with the fixing support 10, the heat sink limits the movement of the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 in the accommodating cavity 21 along the direction of the heat sink, so that the voice coil motor 31 and the lens 32 are prevented from moving along the direction of the heat sink and separating from the accommodating cavity 21, and the assembling stability of the camera module 30 is further ensured.
In some embodiments, the heat sink is provided with a clamping groove 41 and a notch groove 42, the fixing support 10 comprises a clamping strip 12, the clamping groove 41 corresponds to the clamping strip 12 in position, and the clamping strip 12 penetrates through the clamping groove 41 and is clamped with the heat sink; the elastic fixing sleeve 20 comprises a bump 24 and a supporting part 25, the bump 24 corresponds to the notch 42, the bump 24 is clamped in the notch 42, and the supporting part 25 supports against one side surface of the heat sink, which faces the elastic fixing sleeve 20.
When the cooling fin and the fixing support 10 are assembled, the clamping groove 41 is aligned with the clamping strip 12, the notch groove 42 corresponds to the position of the protruding block 24, and then the cooling fin is moved towards the direction of the fixing support 10, so that the clamping strip 12 penetrates through the clamping groove 41 and then is clamped with the cooling fin, and the protruding block 24 is clamped in the notch groove 42, and therefore the assembling stability of the cooling fin is ensured.
In some embodiments, the supporting portion 25 is a side surface of the elastic fixing sleeve 20 facing the heat sink, and the bump 24 is protruding on the supporting portion 25. After the assembly, the supporting part 25 on the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is supported against the radiating fins, the convex blocks 24 are clamped with the radiating fins, the radiating fins play a role in stabilizing and limiting the elastic fixing sleeve 20, the problem that the elastic fixing sleeve 20 is easy to shake due to softer materials is avoided, the fact that the elastic fixing sleeve 20 does not shake in the use process is further ensured, and the camera module 30 does not shake in the shooting process is further ensured.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present utility model also provide an interactive tablet including the camera assembly 100 according to any of the embodiments described above, the camera assembly 100 being mounted on a housing of the interactive tablet.

1. A camera assembly, comprising:
a fixed bracket;
the elastic fixing sleeve is sleeved on the fixing bracket and provided with a containing cavity;
the camera module is arranged in the accommodating cavity and elastically propped against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity.
2. The camera assembly of claim 1, wherein the elastic fixing sleeve is clamped on the fixing bracket;
the elastic fixing sleeve comprises an installation part, the installation part comprises a frame body, a first frame and a second frame, the first frame and the second frame are arranged at two ends of the frame body, the first frame, the frame body and the second frame enclose to form the accommodating cavity, and the camera module is elastically propped against the first frame, the second frame and the frame body.
3. The camera assembly according to claim 2, wherein the fixing bracket is provided with a lens hole, and the lens hole corresponds to the accommodating cavity;
the camera module comprises a voice coil motor and a lens, wherein the voice coil motor is installed in the accommodating cavity and is elastically abutted against the first frame, the second frame and the second frame, one end of the lens is installed on the voice coil motor, and the other end of the lens is installed in the lens hole.

A camera module according to claim 3, further comprising a clamping plate, said clamping plate being disposed on a side of said elastic fixing sleeve facing away from said fixing bracket, said clamping plate being engaged with said fixing bracket and having said elastic fixing sleeve engaged between said fixing bracket and said clamping plate.

The camera assembly of claim 4, wherein the clamping plate is a heat sink, the camera assembly further comprising a heat conducting fin disposed between the voice coil motor and the heat sink, the heat conducting fin abutting the voice coil motor toward a side surface of the voice coil motor, the heat conducting fin abutting the heat sink toward a side surface of the heat sink.
6. The camera module according to claim 5, wherein the fixing bracket comprises a clamping strip and a supporting part, the cooling fin is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping groove corresponds to the clamping strip in position;
the elastic fixing sleeve further comprises a connecting part, the connecting part is provided with a mounting hole, the position of the mounting hole corresponds to the position of the clamping groove, and the clamping strip penetrates through the mounting hole and the clamping groove and then is clamped with the radiating fin, and the connecting part is clamped between the supporting part and the radiating fin.
7. The camera assembly of claim 6, wherein the connection portion includes a protrusion disposed on a side of the connection portion facing the heat sink, the protrusion abutting a side of the heat sink facing the connection portion.
8. The camera head assembly of claim 1, wherein the resilient mounting sleeve is integrally injection molded with the mounting bracket.
9. The camera assembly of claim 8, wherein the fixed bracket is provided with a lens hole, and the lens hole is communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the camera module comprises a voice coil motor and a lens, wherein the voice coil motor and the lens are arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the lens is arranged on one side of the accommodating cavity, which faces the lens hole.
10. The camera assembly of claim 9, wherein the inner wall of the receiving cavity is provided with a first clamping block and a second clamping block, the first clamping block is clamped with the periphery of the voice coil motor, and the second clamping block is clamped with the periphery of the lens.
11. The camera assembly of claim 9, further comprising a heat sink and a heat conducting fin, the heat sink being disposed on a side of the elastic fixing sleeve facing away from the fixing bracket, the heat conducting fin being disposed between the voice coil motor and the heat sink, a side surface of the heat conducting fin facing the voice coil motor being abutted against the voice coil motor, a side surface of the heat sink facing the heat sink being abutted against the heat sink;
the radiating fin is clamped with the fixed support, and the heat conducting fin is clamped between the voice coil motor and the radiating fin.
12. The camera assembly of claim 11, wherein the heat sink is provided with a slot and a notch;
the fixing support comprises clamping strips, the clamping grooves correspond to the clamping strips in position, and the clamping strips penetrate through the clamping grooves and are clamped with the radiating fins;
the elastic fixing sleeve comprises a protruding block and a propping part, the protruding block corresponds to the notch, the protruding block is clamped in the notch, and the propping part and the radiating fin prop against the surface of one side of the elastic fixing sleeve, which faces the elastic fixing sleeve.
13. An interactive tablet comprising the camera assembly of any one of claims 1-12, and;
and the fixed bracket of the camera component is arranged on the shell.
