Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present utility model and should not be construed as limiting the utility model.
An underbody assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the utility model is described below with reference to fig. 2-7.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, an underbody assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present utility model includes: a vehicle body bracket 1, a battery box 2 and a seal 3. Specifically, the battery box 2 has a lid 21, the lid 21 is connected to the vehicle body bracket 1, the seal 3 is provided between the lid 21 and the vehicle body bracket 1, the seal 3 has a ready state and a sealed state, and when the seal 3 is switched from the ready state to the sealed state, the seal 3 abuts against the lid 21 and the vehicle body bracket 1.
As shown in fig. 7, it can be understood that the seal 3 does not abut against the body bracket 1 in the ready state, and that the seal 3 abuts against the lid 21 and the body bracket 1 in the sealed state.
According to the vehicle body floor assembly 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, by providing the seal member 3 switchable between the ready state and the sealed state, in the case where the battery box 2 cover 21 replaces the floor panel, the sealing effect in the passenger compartment is improved, the durability of the seal in the passenger compartment is improved, and the seal member 3 is not permanently deformed without considering the requirement of the manufacturing accuracy of the seal contact surface.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 4, the sealing member 3 extends in a ring shape along the circumferential edge of the cover 21, and the sealing member 3 has a hollow ring shape in a cross section perpendicular to the extending direction. The seal 3 is thus simple in structure, extends along the periphery of the cover 21, and improves the overall sealing effect in the passenger compartment.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 7, a seal cavity 31 is formed in the seal member 3, the seal cavity 31 is formed in a waist shape in a section perpendicular to the extending direction of the seal member 3, that is, in a section perpendicular to the extending direction of the seal member 3, upper and lower side edges of the seal cavity 31 are straight lines, and left and right side edges of the seal cavity 31 are arcs. Thereby, the contact area between the seal member 3 and the body frame 1 and the lid 21 is increased, and the sealing effect is improved.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the sealing member 3 has an air inlet 32, the air inlet 32 is provided with an air inlet valve for introducing air into the sealing chamber 31, and the cross-sectional area of the sealing chamber 31 in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the sealing member 3 is gradually increased. Therefore, the sealing device is simple in structure, convenient to use, capable of reducing the use difficulty, and capable of being adjusted according to the size of the sealing space, and the use range of the sealing element 3 is widened.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the body bracket 1 is formed with the connection portion 11, and in the horizontal plane, the projection of the connection portion 11 at least partially coincides with the projection of the peripheral edge of the cover 21. As shown in fig. 7, the peripheral edge of the lid 21 extends into the lower side of the connecting portion 11, and the seal member 3 is provided between the peripheral edge of the lid 21 and the connecting portion 11, thereby increasing the contact area between the seal member 3 and the body frame 1 and the lid 21, and improving the sealing effect of the seal member 3.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, at least one of the body bracket 1 and the cover 21 is formed with a first mounting portion 211, the seal 3 is formed with a second mounting portion 33, and the first mounting portion 211 is fixedly connected with the second mounting portion 33. That is, it may be that the body bracket 1 is formed with the first mounting portion 211, i.e., the connecting portion 11, and the seal 3 is formed with the second mounting portion 33; the cover 21 may be formed with a first attachment portion 211, and the seal 3 may be formed with a second attachment portion 33. Therefore, the first mounting part 211 is fixedly connected with the second mounting part 33, so that the displacement of the sealing element 3 is avoided, the effectiveness of sealing is ensured, and the failure rate is reduced.
Here, the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 33 may be bonded to each other.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the seal 3 comprises at least one, the seals 3 being arranged in groups, the second mounting portion 33 of each seal 3 being fixedly connected to the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 33, respectively. That is, a sealing member 3 may be provided, and the second mounting portion 33 of the sealing member 3 may be fixedly connected to the peripheral edge of the cover 21 or may be fixedly connected to the connecting portion 11; two sealing members 3 may be provided, the two sealing members 3 may be vertically stacked, and the second mounting portion 33 of the upper sealing member 3 is fixedly connected to the connecting portion 11, and the second mounting portion 33 of the lower sealing member 3 is fixedly connected to the peripheral edge of the lid 21. Therefore, the sealing effect of the passenger cabin is improved, and the failure rate is reduced.
The sealing member 3 is formed as a rubber member because the rubber member is excellent in elasticity, excellent in wear resistance, excellent in cold resistance, and less prone to air leakage.
A vehicle according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present utility model includes the vehicle underbody assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present utility model described above.
