Wherein, the protruding rib 210 and the side wall CD column 200 are disposed at an included angle, and one side of the protruding rib 210 is connected with the side wall CD column 200 and extends toward the hat rack 100, i.e. one side of the protruding rib 210 is connected with the side wall CD column 200, and the other side of the protruding rib 210 protrudes out of the side wall CD column 200 and extends toward the hat rack 100. Furthermore, the ribs 210 and the hatrack 100 define a mounting cavity 400, i.e. the ribs 210 and the hatrack 100 enclose a boundary of the mounting cavity 400.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the hinge bracket 300 includes a mounting portion 310, a first connecting portion 320 disposed on one side of the mounting portion 310, and a second connecting portion 330 disposed on the other side of the mounting portion 310. Specifically, the mounting portion 310 is disposed in the mounting cavity 400, the first connecting portion 320 is attached to the bottom surface of the hat rack 100 and is connected to the hat rack 100 by screwing or welding, and the second connecting portion 330 is attached to the bottom surface 211 of the rib 210 and is connected to the rib 210 by screwing or welding.
The bottom surface of the hat rack 100 is the side surface of the hat rack 100 on the side facing the ground. The bottom surface 211 of the rib 210 is a side surface of the rib 210 facing the ground, and correspondingly, the top surface 212 of the rib 210 is a side surface of the rib facing away from the bottom surface 211.
Optionally, the mounting portion 310, the first connecting portion 320 and the second connecting portion 330 are formed by integrally forming, which is convenient for manufacturing and reduces processing cost. The mounting portion 310 may have a U-shape, and the mounting portion 310 has a mounting space for mounting the trunk hinge 1000, and the trunk hinge 1000 may be rotatably connected to the mounting portion 310 by means of a hinge or the like. The first and second connection parts 320 and 330 may have a plate shape or a sheet shape. By attaching the first connection portion 320 to the bottom surface of the hatrack 100, the contact area between the hinge bracket 300 and the hatrack 100 is increased, so that the hinge bracket 300 can be stably and reliably connected and fixed to the hatrack 100. Through the laminating of the second connecting portion 330 and the bottom surface 211 of the protruding rib 210, the contact area between the hinge frame 300 and the protruding rib 210 is increased, so that the hinge frame 300 can be stably and reliably connected and fixed with the protruding rib 210, and the hinge frame 300 can be stably and reliably connected and fixed with the side wall CD column 200 by combining the connection of the protruding rib 210 and the side wall CD column 200.

To further increase the mounting stiffness and strength, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the luggage hinge mounting structure further includes a stiffening assembly 500. Wherein, the reinforcement assembly 500 is provided with a through slot (not labeled) correspondingly communicated with the mounting cavity 400, so that the luggage hinge 1000 can penetrate through the through slot and then extend into the mounting cavity 400 to be in rotary connection with the mounting part 310. Meanwhile, the reinforcing component 500 is disposed between the first connection part 320 and the bottom surface of the hatrack 100 at one side of the through groove, and the reinforcing component 500 is attached to both the first connection part 320 and the hatrack 100 at one side of the through groove and connected to each other in a welding or screw connection manner to form a first reinforcing laminate, so that the installation rigidity and the installation strength between the hinge bracket 300 and the hatrack 100 can be enhanced; the reinforcing member 500 is disposed between the second connection portion 330 and the bottom surface 211 of the bead 210 at the other side of the through groove, and the reinforcing member 500 is attached to the second connection portion 330 and the bead 210 at the other side of the through groove to form a second reinforcing laminate by welding or screwing, so that the mounting rigidity and the mounting strength between the hinge bracket 300 and the bead 210 and the side CD column 200 can be enhanced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, further, a flange 510 is disposed on a side of the reinforcement assembly 500 near the side wall CD pillar 200, and the flange 510 is attached to the side wall CD pillar 200 and connected to each other by welding or screwing. In this way, the flange 510 is utilized to directly connect the reinforcement assembly 500 with the side wall CD pillar 200, which not only can further shorten the length of the cantilever structure, but also enables a part of the force to be transmitted to the side wall CD pillar 200 through the bead 210, and another part of the force to be transmitted to the side wall CD pillar 200 through the flange 510, thereby increasing the force transmission path, and being beneficial to further enhancing the installation rigidity and the installation strength between the hinge bracket 300 and the bead 210 and the side wall CD pillar 200.
The reinforcing component 500 may have a plate-like or bar-like structure.
In one embodiment, the reinforcement assembly 500 includes at least two superimposed reinforcement plates, each provided with a through slot. In this way, the trunk hinge 1000 sequentially passes through the through grooves of the reinforcing plates and then extends into the mounting cavity 400 to be rotatably connected with the mounting part 310, and the number of the reinforcing plates can be flexibly adjusted according to actual mounting requirements so as to ensure proper mounting rigidity and mounting strength.
The number of the reinforcing plates can be two, three, four or more, and the reinforcing plates can be flexibly designed or adjusted according to actual use requirements. The side of the reinforcement panel adjacent to side gusset CD column 200 may be provided with a flange 510.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the trunk hinge mounting structure further includes a reinforcing rib 600. The reinforcing rib 600 is located on the top surface 212 of the protruding rib 210, and the side wall CD column 200 is connected with the top surface 212 of the protruding rib 210 through the reinforcing rib 600, so that the connection strength between the protruding rib 210 and the side wall CD column 200 can be enhanced, the rigidity and strength of the protruding rib 210 are improved, the local stress can be reduced, and the reliability and stability of connection are ensured. In addition, the reinforcing ribs 600 are arranged and combined with the flanges 510 on the reinforcing component 500, so that a connection structure with the side wall CD column 200 can be formed on the top surface 212 and the bottom surface 211 of the convex rib 210 respectively, and the connection structure can be approximately triangular, thereby being beneficial to improving the installation rigidity and the installation strength between the hinge frame 300 and the side wall CD column 200, reducing the risk of local stress concentration and having better stability.
The number of the reinforcing ribs 600 may be flexibly adjusted or designed according to practical use requirements, for example, may be one, two, three or more.
Alternatively, the ribs 210 and the side wall CD column 200 are formed by integral molding, for example, integral casting, so that the ribs 210 and the side wall CD column 200 are made of the same kind of aluminum material, which can simplify the processing steps, reduce the weight and reduce the processing cost. As shown in fig. 5, in addition, the bottom surface 211 of the protruding rib 210 is disposed parallel to the horizontal plane, so that the second connection portion 330 can be attached to the bottom surface 211 of the protruding rib 210 without machining the bottom surface 211 of the protruding rib 210, which increases the contact area between the hinge bracket 300 and the protruding rib 210, and ensures that the hinge bracket 300 can be assembled and connected with the protruding rib 210 stably and reliably. The top surface 212 of the rib 210 is inclined at a predetermined angle (as shown by β in fig. 5) with respect to the horizontal plane, so that the central axis of the rib 210 is inclined downward with respect to the side wall CD pillar 200, which facilitates drawing during casting.
The preset included angle can be flexibly designed or adjusted according to the actual drawing requirement, for example, the preset angle can be 3 degrees, so that the whole drawing angle is inclined by 1.5 degrees downwards relative to the horizontal plane, the bottom surface 211 of the convex rib 210 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the included angle between the top surface 212 and the horizontal plane is 3 degrees, the drawing is convenient, and the whole convex rib 210 is thickened along the direction close to the side wall CD column 200, so that sufficient structural strength and rigidity are ensured.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, further, the top surface 212 of the rib 210 is further provided with a mounting groove 2121, and the bottom wall of the mounting groove 2121 is parallel to the horizontal plane. Therefore, in order to facilitate the installation of the protruding rib 210 and the second connecting portion 330, the installation groove 2121 is only required to be machined in a local machining mode on the inclined top surface 212, so that the machining area is reduced, the machining difficulty is reduced, and the cost is saved.
More specifically, the hat rack 100 and the first connecting portion 320 are respectively provided with a first connecting hole (not labeled) corresponding to the connection, the bead 210 and the second connecting portion 330 are respectively provided with a second connecting hole (not labeled) corresponding to the connection, and the second connecting holes are correspondingly connected with the mounting groove 2121. As shown in fig. 3, the luggage hinge mounting structure further includes a first connector 800 and a second connector 900. The first connector 800 is fastened to the two first connecting holes, so that the hatrack 100 and the first connecting portion 320 are stably and reliably assembled, and the second connector 900 is fastened to the two second connecting holes, so that the rib 210 and the second connecting portion 330 are stably and reliably assembled.
The first connecting piece 800 may be in the form of a first bolt and a first nut, and the first connecting hole may be in the form of a first threaded hole, so that the hat rack 100 and the first connecting portion 320 are directly assembled and connected in a threaded connection manner.
The second connecting piece 900 may be in the form of a second bolt and a second nut, and the second connecting hole may be in the form of a second threaded hole, so that the bead 210 and the second connecting portion 330 are directly assembled and connected in a threaded connection manner. And, the second nut may be installed in the mounting groove 2121 so that the second nut can stably and reliably be screw-engaged with the second bolt to lock the bead 210 with the second connection portion 330.
Of course, in other embodiments, the ribs 210 and the side wall CD pillar 200 may be assembled and connected by screwing or welding after being manufactured separately.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hinge mounting structure of the trunk optionally further includes a rear cross member 700 disposed at the rear side of the hinge bracket 300, and the side wall CD pillar 200 and the hat rack 100 are connected to the rear cross member 700 by welding or screwing. In addition, the rear cross member 700, the ribs 210 and the hat rack 100 define the installation cavity 400, that is, the rear cross member 700, the ribs 210 and the hat rack 100 enclose the boundary of the installation cavity 400, so that the force born by the hinge rack 300 can be dispersed to the rear cross member 700, the force transmission path is increased, and the installation rigidity and the installation strength of the luggage hinge 1000 can be further improved.
Specifically, a first flanging structure may be disposed on the rear cross member 700, correspondingly, a second flanging structure matched with the first flanging structure is disposed on the side wall CD pillar 200 and the hat rack 100, and the first flanging structure and the second flanging structure are mutually bonded through the first flanging structure and the second flanging structure, and are connected by welding or screwing, so that the rear cross member 700, the ribs 210 and the hat rack 100 define the installation cavity 400.
