Detailed Description
Fig. 1 a) to 1 d) show an example of a piece of furniture 35 with two furniture parts 2 in the form of folding sliding doors, in which the utility model can be used. Instead of a folding sliding door, other furniture parts 2 may also be used, for example a folding door or a sliding door, or a cover plate that can be opened in the vertical direction may be used.
The furniture 35 comprises a furniture body 3 and a guiding arrangement 34, which is described in detail in connection with fig. 2.
In the case shown, the piece of furniture 35 has an interior space 36 which can be partially covered by the furniture part 2, in which interior space kitchen furniture 37, 38, for example in the form of a base cabinet 38 or an upper cabinet 37, as well as kitchen appliances, for example stoves or dishwashers, can be provided.
The piece of furniture 35 has two cavities 40 extending in the depth direction 39 of the piece of furniture 35 for receiving the furniture part 2 in each case at least in part. In fig. 1 d), the furniture part 2 protrudes from the cavity 40 by a length. However, the furniture 35 can also be designed such that the furniture part 2 can be completely received in the cavity 40.
Fig. 1 a) to 1 d) show different positions of the furniture part 2 relative to the furniture body 3: in sub-figure 1 a), the folding sliding door is arranged in a coplanar closed position. In sub-figure 1 b), one of the doors is arranged in a folded-up position. In sub-figure 1 c) the doors are arranged in a parallel position outside the furniture body 3, whereas in sub-figure 1 d) the doors are arranged in a parallel position in the cavity 40 of the furniture body 3.
As in the case shown, the furniture part 2 can each comprise two face elements 41, 42 which are connected to one another in an articulated manner, for example via a hinge 54.
The piece of furniture 35 may have a vertical support on which one of the face elements 41, 42 is arranged. The vertical support can be guided on the side walls 69 via guides movable in the depth direction 39.
The furniture parts 2 can each be connected to the guide device 4 or the guide arrangement 34 via the connecting device 1, as in the case shown.
Fig. 2 shows one embodiment of a guiding arrangement 34.
The guide arrangement 34 comprises guide rails 16, 17 and at least one guide device 4 for guiding the furniture part 2 on the guide rails 16, 17. In the case shown, the guide arrangement 34 comprises two guide rails 16, 17 arranged substantially transversely to each other.
The guide device 4 comprises a displacement mechanism 18 with rotatably mounted rolling elements 19, 20, via which the displacement mechanism 18 can be mounted movably on running rails 21, 22, 23 of the guide rail 16. The rolling bodies 19 are rotatably mounted about a substantially vertical axis and serve as lateral support rollers (Stutzrollers). The rolling bodies 20 are rotatably supported about a substantially horizontal axis and serve as load-bearing rollers (trackrollers).
The guide device 4 further comprises a connecting means 1, which in the case shown is designed as a hinge, for connecting the guide device 4 to the furniture part 2.
The displacement mechanism 18 and the connecting device 1 are formed as separate structural units and can be detachably connected to one another via a fastening device 24.
The fastening device 24 comprises a locking element 25 which is rotatably and movably supported on the displacement mechanism 18 (in the case shown transversely to the fastening direction 26 of the connecting device 1 and the displacement mechanism 18). The locking element 25 is likewise advantageously rotatably and movably mounted on the connecting device 1. It is also possible to provide more than one locking element 25, which more than one locking element 25 is rotatably and movably supported on the connecting device 1 and/or the displacement mechanism 18.
Fig. 3 a) and 3 b) show the guiding device 4 in an unconnected state.
The displacement mechanism 18 has a base 28, wherein the locking element 25 is rotatably and displaceably mounted on the base 28. In the case shown, this is technically solved by a rotary shaft 44 which is mounted in a movable manner in the slot 43.
The locking element 25 is configured as a pivoting plate.
The locking element 25 is connected to the base 28 via a spring 27, in particular a tension spring, wherein the spring 27 is connected to the locking element 25 and the base 28 in such a way that the spring 27 can be tensioned when the connecting device 1 and the displacement mechanism 18 are connected (see also fig. 6 a) to 6 d)). In the case shown, the spring 27 is fixed to the base 28 via a spring suspension 63 (see also fig. 5 b)).
The technical background of the spring 27 is as follows: if the folding slide door is arranged in the coplanar position and the parallel position, the folding slide door is in a relatively stable state due to the rigidity of the respective fitting, via which the folding slide door is connected to the furniture 35. If the folding sliding door is arranged in an intermediate position between the two maximum positions, the situation is different: in this case, under the influence of gravity 65, a lowering 66 of the folding sliding door can occur, which lowering is greatest in the hinge connection area of the door leaf (see fig. 1 b)).
Such a reduction may have an adverse effect: wear may occur on the fittings used to connect the folding sliding door to the furniture 35 by the lowering 66 depending on the angle 67. Furthermore, the lowering 66 may even cause the folding slide door to hit the ground in the intermediate position, which may lead to jamming of the folding slide door and/or wear of the folding slide door in the lower region.
One possibility to counteract this reduction 66 is to shape the fittings as stably as possible. However, this can only be achieved to a limited extent. Furthermore, this solution leads to very high material requirements, in particular when constructing the guide rail or guide rails used, which in turn is associated with high costs.
In the present case, another solution is sought, which consists in: the displacement mechanism 18 comprises an energy store in the form of two springs 27, by means of which, in the use state, the furniture part 2 can be exerted against the force of gravity 65. By this measure, it is possible to counteract the lowering 66 of the furniture part 2 in a targeted manner in an intermediate position between the coplanar position and the parallel position. The reduction 66 can thereby be limited to a tolerable amount, with which the disadvantages can be avoided to the greatest extent. Suitably, the energy store is configured for providing a predetermined maximum force, preferably between 50N and 150N.
The fastening means 24 comprise a locking profile 29 and a locking bolt 30 which can be locked in or on the locking profile 29, via which fastening means the connecting device 1 and the displacement mechanism 18 can be connected to each other. In the case shown, a locking profile 29 is provided on the displacement mechanism 18 and a locking bolt 30 is provided on the connecting device 1. Equally well, the locking profile 29 can also be provided on the connecting device 1 and the locking bolt 30 can also be provided on the displacement mechanism 18.
The locking bolt 30 exerts a spring force by means of a spring element 45 (see, for example, fig. 4 b)) embodied, for example, as a compression spring.
As can be seen in particular from fig. 6 a), the locking contour 29 has a bevel 48 which is arranged at an angle 46 of 7 ° to 15 °, particularly preferably 11 °, relative to the longitudinal extension 47 of the locking element 25. This angle 46 makes the locking bolt 30 self-locking, whereby in the locked position (see fig. 6 d)) the spring force of the spring element 45 is in principle no longer required to reliably hold the locking bolt 30 in the locking contour 29.
A suspension device 31 is also provided via which the connection device 1 can be suspended from the displacement mechanism 18. Specifically, as in the case shown, the suspension means 31 can be realized in that the suspension means 31 comprise a suspension profile 32 and a suspension bolt 33 which can be suspended into the suspension profile 32. The suspension profile 32 can be provided on the connection device 1 and the suspension bolt 33 can be provided on the displacement mechanism 18 or vice versa.
As can be seen in particular from fig. 4 a) and 4 b), the suspension device 31 can have, as in the illustrated embodiment, two suspension positions 49, via which the connection device 1 can be suspended on the displacement mechanism 18.
In the case shown, an engagement aid 50 can be provided, by means of which the suspension in the suspension position 49 can be ensured. The joining aid 50 can be made of plastic, for example, and/or fastened to the connecting device 1 via a form fit 60 and rivets 61 (see also fig. 4 b)).
Fig. 4 a) and 4 b) show the connecting device 1 in detail.
In the embodiment shown, the connecting device 1 is configured as a hinge and comprises two parts 6, 7 which can be pivoted relative to one another via the articulation mechanism 5, wherein one of the two parts 6, 7 can be connected to the furniture part 2 and the other of the two parts 6, 7 can be connected to the furniture body 3 or the guide device 4. In particular, the component 6 has fastening means 55 in the form of holes in which, for example, screws can be arranged. The component 7 can be connected to the movement mechanism 18 of the guiding device 4 via the fastening means 24 already described.
The joint mechanism 5 has four joint shafts 12, 13, 14, 15, which in the case shown can be configured as pivot rivets, for example.
The connecting device 1 has magnetic means 8 with which the two parts 6, 7 can be releasably fixed in a pivoted position (see fig. 7 a) and 7 b)). The two parts 6, 7 are oriented substantially parallel to one another in a pivoted position in which they can be releasably secured.
The magnetic means 8 has a magnet 9 and a counterpart 10 which can be connected to the magnet 9 and which is made of a material which can be attracted to the magnet 9, wherein, as in the case shown, the magnet 9 can be configured as a permanent magnet and the counterpart 10 can be configured as a substantially flat.
The magnetic means 8 is located partly in the articulation mechanism 5, wherein the articulation mechanism 5 has an intermediate rod 11 and at least one component of the magnetic means 8, in particular the magnet 9, is arranged on the intermediate rod 11. The intermediate lever 11 has a recess 56 into which the magnet 9 is inserted via a bracket 57.
The articulation mechanism 5 has a further intermediate lever 59.
At least one further component of the magnetic means 8, in particular a counterpart 10 connectable with the magnet 9 and made of a material that can be attracted by the magnet 9, is provided on one of the two parts 6, 7 pivotable relative to each other, in the case shown on that part 6 connectable with the furniture part 2.
The connecting device 1 has a slide 58, which may be made partly or entirely of plastic, for example. The slider 58 has an opening 70 for receiving the spring element 45. The locking bolt 30 is also inserted into the slide 58.
The slide 58 is mounted on the connecting device 1 in a movable manner in a displacement direction 68 (see fig. 3 a)).
The movement mechanism 18 is shown in detail in fig. 5 a) and 5 b).
In addition to the components already described, the displacement mechanism 18 may, as in the case shown, have a rolling element support 62, on which the rolling elements 19, 20 are rotatably mounted.
Fig. 6 a) to 6 b) show the sequence of steps when the connecting device 1 and the movement mechanism 18 are connected. The various sub-figures show different cross-sectional planes in order to make visible the relevant components of the guiding device 4.
This sequence of steps can be embedded in a method for fitting a furniture part 2 on a guide arrangement 34, comprising the following method steps:
fitting the connecting device 1 on the furniture part 2, and
the connecting device 1 and the displacement mechanism 18 are connected via a fastening device 24, the displacement mechanism 18 being mounted movably on the running rails 21, 22, 23 of the guide rail 16, wherein a locking element 25 of the fastening device 24 is rotated and in the illustrated case is displaced transversely to a fastening direction 26 of the connecting device 1 and the displacement mechanism 18.
A suspension means 31 is provided. The connection device 1 is suspended from the displacement mechanism 18 via a suspension device 31 (see fig. 6 a)) before being connected to the displacement mechanism 18.
The connecting device 1 and the furniture part 2 connected thereto are then moved in the fastening direction 26 in the direction of the displacement mechanism 18. As can be seen in particular from a comparison of fig. 6 a) to 6 c), the distance 53 from the connecting device 1 to the displacement mechanism 18 decreases.
The connection device 1 is now connected to the displacement mechanism 18 via the fastening device 24 (see fig. 6 b) and 6 c)). The locking bolt 30 collides with the deflection profile 71. The slider 58 is thereby moved upwards against the spring force of the spring element 45, and the spring element 45 is compressed in the process. After overcoming the highest point 72, the locking bolt 30 slides into the locking contour 29 under the action of the spring element 45.
The locking element 25 is connected to a base 28 of the displacement mechanism 18 via a spring 27. In the case of the connection of the connecting device 1 and the displacement mechanism 18, the spring 27 is automatically tensioned.
Fig. 6 d) shows the locked position or state of the guiding device 4, in which the connecting device 1 is connected to the displacement mechanism 18.
The locking bolt 30 rests against the locking contour 29 of the locking element 25 by the spring force of the spring element 45.
The displacement mechanism 18 has two support surfaces 52 via which the connecting device 1, in addition to the fastening device 24, prevents the release of the connection of the displacement mechanism 18 to the connecting device 1, for example in the event of lifting upwards for some reason. In this case, the support surface 52 against which the rotation shaft 44 abuts prevents the coupling device 1 from unhooking.
However, the connection of the movement mechanism 18 to the connection device 1 may be intentionally released. For this purpose, an unlocking element 51 is provided, which can be actuated by a screwdriver and which can be moved against the spring force of the spring element 45. For unlocking, the unlocking element 51 is pressed from below upwards by means of a screwdriver, which unlocking element can be a pressure piece formed on the slide 58 in the case shown. Thereby, the locking bolt 30 moves out of the locking contour 29. If at the same time a slight pulling force is applied to the furniture part 2, the connecting device 1 is lifted from the displacement mechanism 18.
In the connected state, the movement mechanism 18 and the connecting device 1 can pivot relative to each other about the rotation axis 44. The furniture part 2 can thereby be tilted in the direction of the interior 36, whereby an overload of the rolling bodies 19 can be avoided.
As mentioned above, the connecting device 1 comprises a magnetic means 8 with which the two parts 6, 7 pivotable relative to each other can be releasably fixed in a pivoted position. This is shown in fig. 7 a) and 7 b). The pivot position corresponds to the coplanar relative position of the two face elements 41, 42 of the furniture part 2. This means that the furniture part 2 can be held in the closed position by the magnetic means 8.
Fig. 8 a) and 8 b) show a different pivot position of the guide device 4, in which the magnetic means 18 are deactivated and in which the two parts 6, 7 can pivot freely relative to one another via the articulation 5.
