4. The cooking chamber of claim 3, wherein: the boss (33), the transition area (35) and the accommodating area (31) are of an integral structure.
5. The cooking chamber of claim 1 wherein: the reflecting surface (34) is an arc surface recessed towards the axis of the boss (33).
6. The cooking chamber of claim 1 wherein: the adjacent reflecting surfaces (34) on one boss (33) are intersected to form an edge (36), and the projection of the adjacent reflecting surfaces (34) of the adjacent bosses (33) on the accommodating area (31) is rectangular.

The cooking chamber according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the cooking box further comprises a face frame (4), a box door (5) and a heating part (6), the baking inner container (1) is embedded in the face frame (4), the box door (5) is arranged on the face frame (4) and used for sealing the baking cavity (2), and the heating part (6) is arranged at the top of the baking cavity (2);
