The magnetic attraction between the magnetic body 31 and the turnover part 12 can penetrate through the pot body 1 to realize magnetic attraction matching, so that the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface of the pot body 1 can be kept flat, the problems of leakage and the like caused by holes on the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface are prevented, and the use safety of the product is improved.

The turning part 12 is provided with a ball, a roller or a texture part and leans against the inner wall of the pot body 1 in a surface contact type, a line contact type or a point contact type through the ball, the roller or the texture part. The contact type, line contact type or point contact type between the turnover part 12 and the inner wall of the pan body 1 has small contact area, thereby reducing the friction between the turnover part and the inner wall of the pan body 1 and further ensuring that the material tray 2 smoothly rotates and/or ascends and descends in the pan body 1 without obstacles.

The assembling part 41 is an assembling hole and is arranged on the side wall of the magnetic body 31 towards the direction of the outer wall of the pot body 1; the rolling member 11 extends out of the assembling part 41 at least partially when the tray 2 rotates and goes up and down, and the outer surface of the rolling member rolls on the outer wall of the pot body 1 all the time.

The material tray 2 is in a disc shape, and a rotating part 35 is arranged at the circle center of the material tray; the openings 34 are arranged in a plurality, and the openings 34 are annularly arranged at the bottom of the material tray 2 by taking the circle center of the material tray 2 as the center; the tray 2 is provided with a positioning part 38; the opening and closing piece 33 is provided with a rotating matching part 36, a positioning matching part 39 and a movable acting part 40; the rotation engagement portion 36 is provided with a number of closing portions 37 corresponding to the number of the openings 34 on the outer side.

The positioning part 38 is a positioning hole, the positioning matching part 39 is a positioning convex point, and the opening and closing part 33 is rotationally positioned on the tray 2 through the concave-convex matching of the positioning convex point and the positioning hole.
Furthermore, a plurality of through holes 14 and/or a plurality of spoilers 13 for rotating and stirring are/is arranged on the tray 2 and/or the opening and closing member 33.
In this embodiment, the tray 2 is provided with a spoiler 13 for rotating and stirring. Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 22, the present rotating and lifting cooking pot is different from the first embodiment in that: the swing driving piece is a swing motor 61; the swing driving part is a swing arm 62 and is arranged on the swing motor 61 in a swinging way, and an elastic piece 19 is also arranged on the swing arm 62; the swing arm 62 elastically acts on the swing member 17 through the elastic member 19 during swinging, and drives the swing member 17 to swing towards the direction of the rotation transmission gear 6 or the lifting transmission gear 15, so as to realize alternative meshing transmission of the motor gear 5 and the rotation transmission gear 6 or the lifting transmission gear 15.
The other parts not described are the same as those of the first embodiment.
