本实用新型涉及制船工业,尤其是一种塑料船。
目前随着造船工业与塑料工业的飞速发展,塑料船在工业生产中起着越来越重要的作用,但是由于技术等方面的原因,因塑料本身的性能问题,使船体的整体线型受到破坏,在使用中,由于船大量时间是系岸,特别在沙滩系岸时,在风浪的推动下,船底在河石上来回摩擦,由于塑料与沙石的硬度比较悬殊,导致船底龙脊被河石切割或被撬起毛,这些一直成为塑料船制造的疑难问题。
本实用新型的目在于提供一种增加塑料船的硬度和耐磨性的钢管内衬塑料船。
本实用新型的技术方案是:在塑料船体的船弦及龙脊处内衬内部充满塑料的钢管,钢管管壁上对称或不对称地分段开口。由于在船弦及龙脊处衬有带有开口的钢管,在制造时,塑料浇液充满了钢管,这时钢管船弦及龙脊的强度、温度和耐磨性显著增加,受力时一方面由于开口的存在,塑料船体产生热收缩时,在收缩力的作用下,弹性金属管产生压缩,避免了力学超静定问题,同时由于弹性金属管的压缩,使其管壁上的原有开口接近,而使之不失其塑料体的性能,同时钢管贮有弹性恢复力,对塑料来说,相当于在塑料基体内增加位移阻力,阻碍塑料分子的滑动,起到增强抗变形的作用。
本实用新型具有制造方便、结构简单、抗压抗耐性能增强等优点。

下面结合附图阐明本实用新型的最佳实施例。如图所示:在塑料船体的船弦及龙脊处内衬一钢管,船弦内射钢管分段,每一段钢管管壁上有不对称分段开口(2),龙脊内衬钢管为一直管,钢管(1)纵向不对称分布有径向开口(2)。
