More preferably, the circumferential rotating surface of the cylindrical wheel can be provided with one or more grooves, so that the contact area of the ball picking wheel 23 to the ball body 19 is larger, and the ball picking phenomenon is not easy to slip.
As another preferred embodiment (not shown in the drawings), the wheel width of the ball picking wheel can be made wider, for example, the wheel width of the ball picking wheel is set to be similar to the width of the lower body 8 and is accommodated in the lower body 8, and the notch width of the ball picking guide groove is set to match the wheel width of the ball picking wheel, for example, the notch width can cover the wheel width of the ball picking wheel. The ball picking wheel supports are arranged on two sides of the lower machine body 8, and wheel shafts of the ball picking wheels are directly or through bearings supported on the ball picking wheel supports. The ball picking wheel driving motor drives the ball picking wheel to rotate through transmission mechanisms such as gears, chains, worm gears, multi-link mechanisms, bearings, couplers, synchronous belts and the like, and can be arranged at a proper position of the lower machine body without hindering the rotation of the ball picking wheel. This embodiment has a higher ball pick up efficiency than the embodiment of figures 5 and 6.
It should be noted that since this embodiment has both the ball-delivering section and the separate ball-picking section, the ball-delivering wheel 13 of the ball-delivering section does not need to be deflected to the entrance of the lower groove 17 of the ball-picking guide groove to be used as a ball-picking wheel. It should be noted that the lower slot 17 of the separate ball pick and ball guide slot is positioned as far away from the ball serving section as possible to avoid interfering with the proper operation of the ball serving section.

Claims (10)

1. An all-in-one machine for picking up and serving balls is characterized by comprising:
an upper machine body and a lower machine body, wherein,
the upper machine body comprises a ball basket and an upper groove body of the ball picking guide groove; the outlet of the upper groove body of the ball picking guide groove is positioned at the top of the ball basket; a ball body stirring mechanism is arranged in the ball basket, and a lower ball hole is formed in a bottom plate of the ball basket;
the lower machine body comprises a ball serving part, a ball picking part and a lower groove body of a ball picking guide groove, the ball serving part comprises a ball serving wheel, a ball serving wheel bracket, a ball serving wheel driving mechanism, a ball serving wheel bracket driving mechanism and a ball serving guide part, the ball serving wheel bracket is used for fixing the ball serving wheel and/or the ball serving wheel driving mechanism, an inlet of the lower groove body of the ball picking guide groove is close to the ground, and the ball serving guide part is used for guiding balls in the ball basket to the ball serving wheel;
the ball picking part is an independent ball picking mechanism, or the ball sending part is used as the ball picking part.
2. An integrated ball picking and serving machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
when the ball serving part is used as the ball picking part and the ball picking and serving integrated machine is in a ball picking mode, the ball serving wheel is moved to the inlet of the lower groove body of the ball picking guide groove by the ball serving wheel support driving mechanism so as to be used for picking balls.
3. The ball picking and serving integrated machine of claim 1, wherein:
when the ball picking part is an independent ball picking mechanism, the ball picking part comprises a ball picking wheel, a ball picking wheel support and a ball picking wheel driving motor, the ball picking wheel is positioned at the inlet of the lower groove body of the ball picking guide groove, and the ball picking wheel support is used for fixing the ball picking wheel and/or the ball picking wheel driving motor.
4. An all-in-one machine for picking up and distributing balls according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the ball serving wheel comprises an upper ball serving wheel and a lower ball serving wheel; the service wheel bracket comprises a first ball wheel bracket and a second ball wheel bracket; the driving mechanism of the service wheel comprises an upper service wheel driving motor and a lower service wheel driving motor; the driving mechanism of the service wheel bracket comprises an upper angle deflection motor, a lower angle deflection motor, a left angle deflection motor and a right angle deflection motor;
the upper service wheel and the upper service wheel driving motor are arranged at the first end of the first ball wheel bracket, the lower service wheel and the lower service wheel driving motor are arranged at the second end of the first ball wheel bracket, and the upper and lower angle deflection motors are arranged between the upper service wheel and the lower service wheel and are used for driving the first ball wheel bracket to rotate;
the left and right angle deflection motors are used for driving the second ball wheel bracket so as to drive the upper ball serving wheel and the lower ball serving wheel to rotate left and right.
5. The ball picking and serving integrated machine of claim 4, wherein:
the left and right angle deflection motors are fixed on a bottom plate of the ball basket, the upper end of the second ball wheel support is connected with an output shaft of the left and right angle deflection motors, and the lower end of the second ball wheel support is fixedly connected with the upper and lower angle deflection motors.
6. An integrated ball picking and serving machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3,
the ball stirring mechanism comprises a stirring motor and a stirring disc, and the stirring motor is used for driving the stirring disc to rotate; the stirring plate is provided with at least one ball outlet, and when the ball outlet is aligned with the lower ball outlet, a ball body falls into the ball serving and guiding part from the ball basket.
7. An integrated ball picking and serving machine as claimed in claim 6,
a stopping part is arranged above the stirring disc and at a position corresponding to the lower ball hole, and the stopping part is used for stopping the ball body from falling into the lower ball hole when the stirring disc does not work.
8. The ball picking and serving integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein the ball serving wheels launch the balls in a friction and pressing manner, and the number of the ball serving wheels is two, three or four.
9. The ball picking and serving integrated machine of claim 2, wherein the height of the lower edge of the serving wheel from the ground is less than the diameter of the ball.
10. An integrated ball picking and serving machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the height of the lower edge of the ball picking wheel from the ground is less than the diameter of the ball.
