Door inner panel, door assembly and vehicle
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle door inner plate, a vehicle door assembly with the vehicle door inner plate and a vehicle.
Background
A vehicle door is generally composed of an inner panel, an outer panel, and numerous accessories. The inner panel and the outer panel are generally sheet metal parts, and they constitute a main body framework of the vehicle door. Accessories include window glass, window lifters, trim panels, and speakers, among others. Four-door cars are typically equipped with revolving doors. Namely, one side of the vehicle door is hinged to a vehicle body metal plate; when the door is opened, one side of the door handle is installed and rotates around the hinged edge. When the swing type door is opened, a large lateral (i.e., vehicle body width direction) space is occupied. This causes at least the following two problems. Firstly, in narrow parking space, the door can not be opened completely, leads to the driver and the crew to get on or off the car difficulty. And secondly, pedestrians beside the vehicle may bump into the suddenly opened vehicle door to cause the accident of 'killing the door open'. For this reason, a swing type door has been proposed in the related art, which is connected to a vehicle body via a link and can swing outward of the vehicle body by the link to open the door. The door opening effect is similar to that of a sliding door (i.e., a vehicle door slides in the front-rear direction of the vehicle), and does not occupy too much lateral space.
The swing type vehicle door can be connected with a vehicle body through a main connecting rod and an auxiliary connecting rod. The door end connection objects of the main link and the auxiliary link are door inner plates. How to realize the connection with the two connecting rods is a problem which must be considered when designing the inner panel of the vehicle door. When considering this problem, attention is first paid to the connecting positions of the two links to the door inner panel; the connection position must ensure stable and reliable connection and reasonable door opening clearance.

Implementation mode one
As shown in fig. 1, the door inner panel according to the present embodiment has a window portion 100 located above and a body portion 200 located below. The main body 200 has one primary rod connecting part 300 and one secondary rod connecting part 400. When the door inner panel is mounted to a vehicle, the primary lever connecting portion 300 and the secondary lever connecting portion 400 are distributed as follows, with the horizontal center line L1 and the vertical center line L2 of the main body portion 200 as a boundary line, as viewed from the inside of the vehicle:
the main rod connecting part 300 has a first center P1, the first center P1 being located above the horizontal center line L1 and to the right of the vertical center line L2; the sub-lever connecting part 400 has a second center P2, the second center P2 being located below the horizontal center line L1 and to the right of the vertical center line L2; the first center P1 is a first horizontal distance D1 from the vertical centerline L2, and the second center P2 is a second horizontal distance D2 from the vertical centerline L2; the second horizontal distance D2 is greater than the first horizontal distance D1.
It is understood that none of the horizontal centerline L1, the vertical centerline L2, the first center P1 and the second center P2 are solid features, but virtual geometric elements; the first horizontal distance D1 and the second horizontal distance D2 are not physical features, but two numerical values. FIGS. 1 and 2 are front views of the side of the door inner panel facing the vehicle interior; in the figure, the right side is the vehicle front side, the left side is the vehicle rear side, and the direction perpendicular to the paper surface is the vehicle width direction.
The vehicle door inner plate provided by the embodiment has the beneficial effects that the connecting positions of the main connecting rod and the auxiliary connecting rod and the vehicle door inner plate are given; that is, the main link is connected to the main rod connecting part 300, and the sub rod connecting part is connected to the sub rod 400; therefore, the technical problem of how to connect the main connecting rod and the auxiliary connecting rod with the inner plate of the vehicle door in the swing type vehicle door is primarily solved. The first center P1 of the main lever attachment portion 300 is located above the horizontal center line L1 of the main body portion 200, which allows the main lever to provide stable support to the vehicle door; the second center P2 of the sub-lever connecting part 400 is located below the horizontal center line L1, and a second horizontal distance D2 from the vertical center line L2 is greater than a first horizontal distance D1 from the first center P1 to the vertical center line L2; this is beneficial to the vice connecting rod cooperation main link, provides more stable support for the door. The door opening track is mainly controlled by the main connecting rod. The first center P1 of the main rod coupling part 300 is located to the right of the vertical center line L2 (i.e., in front of the vehicle), which ensures a length of the main rod, thereby ensuring a sufficiently large, reasonable door opening gap.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the main body 200 may have a first via 501, a second via 502 and a speaker mounting hole 503, which are conventional structures, in addition to the main rod connecting part 300 and the sub rod connecting part 400. For other existing structures, the present application is not described in detail, and the drawings are not shown.
Specifically, the door inner panel that this application provided generally is the sheet metal component. The door inner panel shown in fig. 1 may be used for a left rear door of a four-door sedan.
Second embodiment
Based on the first embodiment, the present embodiment improves the structure of the main rod connecting portion. As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the main lever coupling part 300 has at least one plate-shaped first coupling part 310 and one recess part 320; the recess portion 320 is recessed toward the inside of the vehicle door (into the plane perpendicular to the paper) based on the first connection portion 310.
When considering the problem of how to realize the connection between the connecting rod and the inner door panel, the connecting position of the connecting rod and the inner door panel needs to be concerned, and the connecting structure of the connecting rod and the inner door panel is ensured not to be excessively exposed in the vehicle, so that the conciseness and the attractiveness of the vehicle interior are influenced; and the door cannot be invaded into the interior of the door too much, and the operation of the accessories of the door is influenced.
In the present embodiment, the main lever coupling part 300 has at least one first coupling part 310 and one recess part 320; the first connection portion 310 can connect the ends of the main link. Meanwhile, the recess 320 can accommodate a portion of the connection structure, so that the connection structure intrudes into the door to some extent, and thus is not excessively exposed to the inside of the vehicle, thereby affecting the interior trim of the vehicle. As shown in fig. 4, the main link 600 is connected to a main rod connecting portion of the door inner panel by a bracket 700. The bracket 700 has a rotation connection portion 710, and a large portion of the rotation connection portion 710 is located in the recess and thus can intrude into the door interior to some extent.
Although the rotating connecting portion 710 intrudes into the door, it does not affect the operation of the door accessory. Moreover, the first connecting part 310 does not intrude into the door, and the installation and working space for the door accessories is reserved to the maximum extent. In fact, the plane of the first connection portion 310 is substantially the plane of the door inner panel closest to the vehicle interior.
Third embodiment
The present embodiment is further improved based on the second embodiment in the main rod connecting portion. As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the number of the first connection parts 310 is two; the two first connection portions 310 are coincident or parallel, and the recess portion 320 is located between the two first connection portions 310.
The second embodiment does not limit the number of the first connection parts 310, and may be one. In the present embodiment, the number of the first connection parts 310 is two, and a larger connection force can be provided. The number of the first connection parts 310 may be selected by those skilled in the art according to practical situations. The two first connection portions 310 are coincident and parallel, and the recess portion 320 is located between the two first connection portions 310, which is advantageous to simplify the structure of the bracket 700.
As shown in fig. 7, the stand 700 includes one rotation connection part 710 and two fixing connection parts 720; they form an obtuse angle structure, or turnbuckle structure. Thus, the two fixed connection portions 720 connect the two first connection portions 310, respectively; the rotation connecting part 710 between the two fixing connecting parts 720 can be sunk into the recess 320 between the two first connecting parts 310; thus, the bracket 700 can stably connect the door inner panel and can intrude into the door to some extent.
Embodiment IV
The present embodiment is further improved based on the third embodiment in the main rod connecting portion. As shown in fig. 3, the main rod connecting portion 300 further has two sinker portions 330, and the two sinker portions 330 and the two first connecting portions 310 constitute a rectangular structure surrounding the recess portion 320.
The main rod connecting part provided by the embodiment has a compact structure, can be applied to the existing vehicle door inner plate, and can enable the existing vehicle door inner plate to have the function of connecting the main connecting rod through minimum structural modification. In fig. 3, two counter sink sections 330 are disposed oppositely, and two first connecting sections 310 are disposed oppositely; the two counter sink sections 330 and the two first connection sections 310 constitute "four sides" of the rectangular structure.
Fifth embodiment
The present embodiment is further improved based on the fourth embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, each of the first connecting portions 310 and each of the counter sink portions 330 has a reinforcing assembly including at least one reinforcing rib 340 and at least one reinforcing rib 350. Fig. 3 is a front view of the main rod attachment 300, showing the front of the main rod attachment 300, i.e. the side of the main rod attachment facing the interior of the vehicle. Fig. 5 and 6 are perspective views at the main rod connection 300;
fig. 5 shows the front of the main lever connection 300, and fig. 6 shows the rear of the main lever connection 300, i.e., the side of the main lever connection 300 that faces the outside of the vehicle (i.e., the side that faces the inside of the door).
The reinforcing assembly provided by the embodiment can ensure that the main rod connecting part 300 has enough strength and rigidity so as to ensure that the main connecting rod and the vehicle door have enough connecting force, and the vehicle door can be stably connected to the vehicle body.
Reinforcing ribs and structures commonly used in sheet metal parts to improve strength. As an example of the present embodiment, the cross-section of the reinforcing bead 340 may be semicircular or trapezoidal. As another example of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the reinforcing rib 350 is provided on the rear surface of the main lever connecting part 300, and includes an outer ring reinforcing rib 351 and an inner ring reinforcing rib 352. The outer ring reinforcing rib 351 is provided along the edge of the primary lever connecting part 300. Inner ring reinforcing ribs 352 are provided along the bottom surface edge of the recess 320.
Sixth embodiment
Based on the third embodiment, the present embodiment further improves the main rod connecting portion. As shown in fig. 6, each first connection portion 310 has at least one fixed first connection nut 360. The first coupling nut 360 is pre-fixed to the back of the first coupling portion 310. Also, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that each first coupling nut 360 should have a through hole 370 fitted thereto, as shown in fig. 3 and 5. The through hole 370 penetrates the first connection part 310 and is coaxial with the threaded hole of the first connection nut 360.
The assembly of the main connecting rod and the vehicle door can be rapidly and conveniently realized through the first connecting nut 360. First, the rotation connection part 710 of the bracket 700 shown in fig. 4 is connected to the main link 600; then, the hole of the fixing connection portion 720 of the bracket 700 is aligned with the through hole 370; finally, the bolts are sequentially threaded through the fixing connection portion 720 of the bracket 700 and the first connection portion of the door inner panel and screwed into the first connection nut 360, so that the assembly of the main link 600 and the door can be achieved.
As an example of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, two first coupling nuts 360 are previously fixed to each first coupling part 310. The two first connection portions 310 have four first connection nuts 360 in total, which form four vertices of a rectangle.
Seventh embodiment
The present embodiment is further improved from the second embodiment in the main rod connecting portion 300. As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, a hole 321 is opened at the bottom surface of the recess 320. The hole 321 provides a plate thickness distance for the bracket 700 shown in FIG. 4 to penetrate further into the interior of the door. In addition, the holes 321 also have a weight-reducing effect, and can also be used as process vias.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the hole 321 occupies substantially the entire bottom surface of the recess 320. The bottom surface of the recess 320 is connected to the first connection portion 310 by a slope portion 322.
Embodiment eight
This embodiment is an improvement of the sub-lever connecting portion based on the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the sub-rod coupling part 400 has a plate-shaped second coupling part 410, and the second coupling part 410 has at least two second coupling nuts 420 fixed thereto. Fig. 7 shows the back surface of the sub-lever link 400, that is, the surface of the sub-lever link 400 facing the outside of the vehicle (i.e., the surface facing the inside of the door). The second coupling nut 420 is also previously fixed to the door inner panel, as with the first coupling nut, thereby facilitating the assembly of the door with the link. In fig. 7, the number of the second coupling nuts 420 is four; the edge of the sub-rod connecting portion 410 is provided with a reinforcing rib.
Compared with the main connecting rod, the auxiliary connecting rod mainly plays an auxiliary role; the bearing connecting force is generally smaller than that of the main connecting rod; the position of the automobile is generally close to the floor of the automobile cabin, and the influence on the interior decoration of the automobile is small; therefore, the structure of the sub-pole connecting part is generally simpler than that of the main pole connecting part. For example, in the present embodiment, the function of the sub-lever connection portion 400 can be basically realized by the single plate-shaped second connection portion 410.
Ninth embodiment
The present embodiment provides a door assembly having the door inner panel described above; and when the door assembly is assembled on the vehicle, the center of the main rod connecting part of the door inner plate is positioned above the mass center of the door assembly. The vehicle door assembly provided by the embodiment is a swing type vehicle door, and is stably and reliably connected with a vehicle body and reasonable in door opening clearance.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
The present embodiment provides a vehicle having a swing door, which incorporates the door assembly described above. Therefore, even in a narrow parking space, the driver and the passengers can still get on or off the vehicle conveniently; in addition, the vehicle provided by the embodiment is beneficial to avoiding door opening accidents.
It is to be understood that the above examples are illustrative only for the purpose of clarity of description and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. This need not be, nor should it be exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications of this invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the invention as expressed herein.
