A door lock system is characterized by comprising a lock body (4) arranged on an outer door plate (6) of a vehicle door and a lock catch (5) arranged on an inner door plate (3), wherein the lock body (4) is provided with a lock tongue (1) used for being locked with the lock catch (5), the lock body (4) is respectively connected with an inward opening handle (10) and an outward opening handle (20), and the joint of the outward opening handle (20) and the lock body (4) is of a full-surrounding structure; the lock body (4) is provided with an inner and outer operating mechanism and an inner and outer locking mechanism which are also of a full surrounding structure; the inner opening handle (10) is connected with the lock body (4) through an inner locking pull wire (30), a sealing area cover of the inner locking pull wire (30) and the pull wire are integrally molded, and the pull wire of the outer opening handle (20) is sealed through a cover plate; the position of the lock body (4) in the X direction is higher than the lifter guide rail (2) of the glass by more than 6mm, the position of the lock body in the Y direction is spaced from the inner surface of the glass by more than 10mm, and the position of the lock body in the Z direction is positioned between the upper hinge and the lower hinge and is higher than the gravity center of the vehicle door or is arranged on the same horizontal line with the gravity center of the vehicle door, so that the gravity center of the vehicle door is positioned in a triangular area formed by the lock body (4) and the upper hinge and the lower hinge; the engagement center line of the lock catch (5) and the lock body (4) in the Y direction is vertical to the hinge axis.
