Along with the increasing fashion of the suspended A-column motion modeling, the plastic A-column exterior decoration plate can flexibly realize the personalized customization of color and texture, and has the advantage of light weight, so that the plastic A-column exterior decoration plate is popularized and applied in the suspended A-column modeling. For the A column external decorative plate which is through up and down, the length generally reaches more than half meter, and the manufacturing tolerance and the high-temperature thermal deformation become the key technical difficulty which influences the appearance matching seam DTS at the two ends of the A column external decorative plate. In the related art, in order to solve the difficult problem of matching of the appearance matching seams DTS at the two ends of the A-column outer decoration plate, the deformation of the A-column outer decoration plate is restrained by increasing bolt fastening installation points generally, but in the mode, bolts need to be fastened from the inside of a vehicle after the buckle installation points are clamped outside the vehicle, and the operation is inconvenient due to the restraint of the space in the vehicle. Therefore, the present application provides an a-pillar outer trim panel, which can effectively solve the difficult problem of matching of appearance matching seams DTS at the upper and lower ends of the a-pillar outer trim panel, and will be described in detail below in conjunction with an automobile.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an a-pillar garnish 2000, a buckle is provided on the a-pillar garnish 2000, the buckle includes a main positioning buckle 2110, and in a length direction of the a-pillar garnish 2000, the main positioning buckle 2110 divides the a-pillar garnish 2000 into a first garnish section 2001 and a second garnish section 2002, the first garnish section 2001 includes a top of the a-pillar garnish 2000, the second garnish section 2002 includes a bottom of the a-pillar garnish 2000, the first garnish section 2001 has a length L1, and the second garnish section 2002 has a length L2, which satisfies L1: l2=1, 3-2, so that the influence of the thermal deformation amount and the length tolerance accumulation of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000 on the appearance fit seam DTS is reasonably distributed through the reasonable arrangement of the positions of the main positioning buckles 2110.
It can be understood that the a-pillar outer trim panel 2000 needs to be installed in the side wall outer panel 1000 of the automobile, specifically, installed opposite to the a-pillar of the side wall outer panel 1000, where the a-pillar is a pillar connecting the roof and the front cabin. The pillar a outer trim 2000 is an independent component and is fixed to the side wall outer panel 1000 by a connecting means, the side wall outer panel 1000 is made of metal, and the pillar a outer trim 2000 is a plastic part and is manufactured by injection molding and integral molding.
The a-pillar outer decoration plate 2000 is provided with a buckle, specifically, the buckle is arranged on the inner side of the a-pillar outer decoration plate 2000, the inner side is the side opposite to the side-wall outer plate 1000, and what is deviated from the side-wall outer plate 1000 can be observed by a user is the outer side. The a-pillar outer panel 2000 is attached to the quarter outer panel 1000 by providing a clip. The number of the buckles is provided in plural along the length direction of the a-pillar garnish 2000, and the plurality of buckles are arranged at intervals, so that the a-pillar garnish 2000 is restrained in the length direction of the a-pillar garnish 2000, the a-pillar garnish 2000 is effectively fixed to the quarter outer panel 1000, and the number of the buckles can be increased or decreased as appropriate according to the length of the a-pillar garnish 2000. These clips include a main positioning clip 2110, a sub positioning clip 2120 and a mounting clip 2130, and for example, as shown in fig. 2, seven clips are provided along the length direction of the a-pillar outer trim 2000, and respectively include one mounting clip 2130, one main positioning clip 2110, four mounting clips 2130 and one sub positioning clip 2120 from top to bottom (including a direction inclined from top to bottom, the same applies hereinafter). It will be appreciated that the primary locating catch 2110 can limit two degrees of freedom in one direction, while the secondary locating catch 2120 can limit one degree of freedom in another direction.
The main positioning buckle 2110 divides the a-pillar outer trim panel 2000 into a first trim panel section 2001 and a second trim panel section 2002, wherein the first trim panel section 2001 has a length L1, and the second trim panel section 2002 has a length L2. The length L1 of the first trim section 2001, i.e., the distance between the home retaining catch 2110 and the top, distal-most end of the a-pillar trim 2000, the length L2 of the second trim section 2002, i.e., the distance between the home retaining catch 2110 and the bottom, distal-most end of the a-pillar trim 2000, L1 and L2 satisfy L1: 3-2, namely L1 accounts for 1/4-2/7 of the total length of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000, and through reasonable distribution of the lengths of L1 and L2, the forming deviation of the clearance surface at the farthest top end of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000 can be controlled within ± 0.4mm, and the forming deviation of the clearance surface at the farthest bottom end of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000 can be controlled within ± 0.6mm, so that the interference risk caused by too small clearance of the fitting seam between the upper part of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000 and the side wall exterior panel 1000 can be avoided, and the influence on the appearance delicacy caused by too large fitting deviation of the fitting seam between the lower part of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000 and the fender 3000 can be avoided.
Optionally, in some embodiments, L1 and said L2 satisfy L1: l2=2, and L1 and L2 satisfy such a dimensional ratio, which is obtained on the premise of numerous tests by the applicant, and is more suitable for a-pillar exterior trim panels 2000 with different shapes.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the edge of the top of the a-pillar trim 2000 is adapted to fit with the side wall outer panel 1000, and a first protrusion 2210 facing the inside of the a-pillar trim 2000 is provided, so that the deformation amount of the edge of the top of the a-pillar trim 2000 is reduced by the first protrusion 2210, and the edge of the top of the a-pillar trim 2000 is not easily deformed.
For example, the side wall outer panel 1000 and the portion corresponding to the top of the a pillar outer panel 2000 are recessed inward, i.e., toward the inside of the vehicle. When the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is mounted to the quarter panel 1000, a fitting seam is formed between the edge of the top of the a-pillar outer panel 2000 and the quarter panel 1000. After the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is fixed to the side wall outer panel 1000, the top of the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is particularly prone to tilting when being subjected to thermal deformation, so that wind noise is increased, and appearance delicacy is affected, therefore, a 7-shaped structure is formed by arranging a first protrusion 2210 facing to the inner side on the edge of the top of the a-pillar outer panel 2000, wherein the inner side is the side of the a-pillar outer panel 2000 opposite to the side wall outer panel 1000, and the surface of the first protrusion 2210 facing to the inner side is not exposed to the automobile, so that the appearance delicacy is not affected by observation of a user. Moreover, by providing the first protrusion 2210, the structural strength of the edge of the top of the a-pillar garnish 2000 is enhanced, so that thermal deformation can be effectively suppressed. It is understood that the first protrusion 2210 is disposed at the edge of the top of the a-pillar garnish 2000, the first protrusion 2210 may be disposed inward from the edge of the top, or the first protrusion 2210 may be disposed inward adjacent to the edge of the top.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, in some embodiments, the edge of the bottom of the a pillar garnish 2000 is adapted to fit with a fender 3000 of an automobile, and a second protrusion 2220 facing the inside of the a pillar garnish 2000 is provided, so that the amount of deformation of the edge of the bottom of the a pillar garnish 2000 is reduced by the arrangement of the second protrusion 2220, and the edge of the bottom of the a pillar garnish 2000 is not easily deformed.
The fender 3000 is mounted to the side panel 1000 below the a pillar garnish 2000, and the edge of the bottom of the a pillar garnish 2000 needs to be fitted to the fender 3000. When the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is attached to the quarter outer panel 1000, a mating seam is formed between the edge of the bottom of the a-pillar outer panel 2000 and the fender 3000. After the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is fixed to the side-wall outer panel 1000, the bottom of the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is easily tilted when being heated and deformed, so that a fit gap between the a-pillar outer panel 2000 and the fender 3000 is increased, and further appearance delicacy is affected, and therefore a 7-shaped structure is formed by arranging a second convex portion 2220 facing inward at the edge of the bottom of the a-pillar outer panel 2000, where the inward is the opposite side of the a-pillar outer panel 2000 and the side-wall outer panel 1000, and the second convex portion 2220 facing inward is arranged on the surface which is not exposed out of the automobile, so that the appearance delicacy is not affected by observation of a user. Moreover, by providing the second projection 2220, the structural strength of the edge of the bottom of the a-pillar exterior panel 2000 is enhanced, so that thermal deformation can be effectively suppressed. It is understood that the second protrusion 2220 is disposed at the edge of the bottom of the a-pillar outer panel 2000, the second protrusion 2220 may be disposed inward from the edge of the bottom, and the second protrusion 2220 may be disposed inward adjacent to the edge of the bottom.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a sharp corner is formed at the top of the a-pillar exterior trim 2000, and the sharp corner is configured to adapt to a design with more shapes, and the deformation of the sharp corner can be maximally suppressed on the premise that the main positioning buckle 2110 is configured to effectively distribute the amount of thermal deformation of the a-pillar exterior trim 2000.
Optionally, in some embodiments, an adhesive layer is disposed between the horn and the quarter outer panel 1000. It can be understood that the sharp corner is along the length direction of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000, the size of the top portion is gradually reduced to form the sharp corner, and due to the limitation of the structure and shape of the sharp corner, the sharp corner cannot be arranged with a mounting point, so that a cantilever area can be formed, and because the cantilever area has no force action point, even on the premise that the main positioning buckle 2110 effectively distributes the thermal deformation amount of the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000, when the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000 is subjected to thermal deformation, the sharp corner still has a possibility of tilting relatively. In order to avoid this, and thereby further suppress the deformation of the sharp corner, the sharp corner and the quarter panel 1000 are further fixed by means of glue between the sharp corner and the quarter panel 1000, for example, a double-sided adhesive is provided inside the sharp corner of the a-pillar outer panel 2000, and after the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is mounted to the quarter panel 1000 by means of a snap, the sharp corner is pressed so that the sharp corner is firmly bonded together by the double-sided adhesive and the quarter panel 1000, thereby effectively preventing the sharp corner from tilting or pressing loose.
Optionally, as shown in conjunction with FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the pointed edge is formed with an arc 2300 that slopes toward the inside of the A-pillar trim panel 2000. For example, by providing the inclined arc 2300 toward the inside of the a-pillar outer trim 2000 such that the sharp corner assumes a depressed state toward the quarter outer panel 1000, the lowest position of the arc 2300 is about 1mm to 2mm lower than the quarter outer panel 1000, whereby the influence of the lifting of the sharp corner on the appearance elegance and the wind noise can be compensated.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, a first adhesive tape 2400 is provided on the bottom inner side of the a-pillar garnish 2000, and the first adhesive tape 2400 extends and is pressed between the a-pillar garnish 2000 and the fender 3000 of the automobile.
Specifically, the a-pillar outer trim 2000 is mounted to the side outer panel 1000, and the fender 3000 is also required to be connected to the side outer panel 1000, so that an assembly joint seam is formed between the a-pillar outer trim 2000 and the side outer panel 1000, in order to effectively achieve assembly joint between the a-pillar outer trim 2000 and the side outer panel 1000, the first adhesive tape 2400 is arranged to be fixed to the inner side of the bottom of the a-pillar outer trim 2000, and has a certain length, extends downward to protrude into the joint seam between the a-pillar outer trim 2000 and the fender 3000, and the a-pillar outer trim 2000 and the fender 3000 are jointly pressed against the first adhesive tape 2400, so that mutual joint between the a-pillar outer trim 2000 and the fender 3000 can be effectively achieved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the a-pillar exterior trim panel 2000 and the fender 3000 are in pressure contact with the first adhesive strip 2400 in the up-down direction, so that the gap matching difficulty of the matching seam can be effectively reduced, the existence of the gap is weakened, the matching seam and the first adhesive strip 2400 are not visible when the user stands, and the appearance refinement is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the a-pillar outer garnish 2000 is provided with a shock absorbing foam 2600 in a length direction, and the shock absorbing foam 2600 is located between the a-pillar outer garnish 2000 and the quarter panel 1000. Specifically, the damping foam 2600 can play a role in buffering, reduce the occurrence of vibration, and prevent abnormal sound from being generated between the a-pillar outer decorative plate 2000 and the side wall outer panel 1000. The shock absorbing foam 2600 may be adhered to the inside of the a-pillar outer panel 2000 in advance, and after the a-pillar outer panel 2000 is mounted to the side-surrounding outer panel 1000, the a-pillar outer panel 2000 and the side-surrounding outer panel 1000 press the shock absorbing foam 2600 together.
In summary, the main positioning buckle 2110 of the a-pillar outer trim panel 2000 of the present application is reasonably arranged in the length direction of the a-pillar outer trim panel 2000, so as to better control the deformation of the top and the bottom of the a-pillar outer trim panel 2000. In addition, the top edge and the bottom edge of the A-pillar outer decorative plate 2000 are both provided with a 7-shaped matching structure to reduce deformation; this application still is formed with the cambered surface 2300 that is pushing down at the closed angle at top, and the minimum of cambered surface 2300 is less than about 1mm ~ 2mm of side wall planking 1000 to avoid the closed angle perk at top to lead to NVH performance and the exquisite nature of outward appearance to be influenced.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, opposite sides of the a-pillar exterior trimming panel 2000 are respectively engaged with the front windshield 4000 and the front door 5100, for example, a second strip of adhesive 2500 is attached to one side of the a-pillar exterior trimming panel 2000 and the a-pillar exterior trimming panel 2000 presses the second strip of adhesive 2500 against the front windshield 4000. The other side of the a-pillar outer garnish 2000 is fitted to the front door 5100 and the outer mirror support 5200.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all modifications and equivalents of the subject matter of the present application, which is conceived to be equivalent to the above description and the accompanying drawings, or to be directly/indirectly applied to other related arts, are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.
