具体实施方式
图1和图2分别示出了本实用新型的示例性阳连接器10和阴连接器11。焊接好之后,用热塑性弹性体对连接器进行包覆模制。阳连接器和阴连接器都具有圆柱形金属屏蔽件20。本实用新型概述了在连接器的金属屏蔽件 20上保持工业电缆屏蔽编织物32(见图3)的方法。这生成了用于工业跳线结合的电气接地。包覆模制工序有助于将编织物保持在连接器屏蔽件上。
相比于现有技术,连接器屏蔽件20的长度更长。额外的长度允许包覆模制部附着在连接器的更多表面积上,从而生成更大的密封部,以耐受被水淹没的情况。连接器屏蔽件的后部具有电缆释放部21,允许相对于连接器轴线转过 90°来对电缆进行布线。在连接器屏蔽件的顶部还切出两个槽22,以供电缆编织物布线而穿过。电缆释放部21和槽22在图1和图2中示出。这类似于绝缘位移导体(IDC)。如图3所示,将电缆30剥开,并将电缆导体31焊接到连接器的电气导体(导体未在图3中示出,但可见图1的导体50作为参考)。电缆编织物32扭绞,与电缆导体分离。电缆编织物沿屏蔽件20的周向布线,穿过第一槽22,再绕回以穿过在相对侧上的槽22。槽22在模制期间保持电缆编织物22。在连接器的包覆模制工序期间,模制材料围绕连接器的外部流动,并穿过连接器顶部的孔60。流入孔60中的材料填充连接器屏蔽件20的内部。来自模制工序的压力将电缆编织物32紧靠连接器屏蔽件20的外部和电缆屏蔽件20的内部而压紧。紧靠屏蔽件而对编织物的压紧完成了将电缆编织物结合到连接器屏蔽件。
焊接后,用热塑性弹性体对连接器进行包覆模制。包覆模制生成一个防护罩,该防护罩保护连接器免受环境的影响。该防护罩还为用户提供了符合人体工程学的柔软的“沙漏”几何形状,该沙漏形状允许从任何角度进行稳固的抓握,以有助于安装和拆卸连接器。包覆模制而成的几何形状在图4中示出。

至少一个导电触头;
圆柱形的金属屏蔽件,所述金属屏蔽件至少部分地围绕着所述至少一个导电触头,其中所述金属屏蔽件在所述金属屏蔽件的后部具有至少一个槽,所述至少一个槽配置与电缆的电缆编织物相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器还包括释放部,所述释放部在所述金属屏蔽件的后部且与所述槽相对地切出。
3.如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器还包括位于所述连接器的外部的包覆模制部。
