Abstract
本实用新型涉及对一种训练用拳击球的改进。
本实用新型在主梁的两端各有一通过螺母调节
的活动圈，活动圈外侧连有一粘有橡胶板的垫板，主
梁中间下部用螺钉固定一个弹簧，弹簧的另一端固定
一个拳击球。按照上述结构制成的带有固定架家用
拳击球，适合家庭运动使用。
Description
本实用新型涉及对一种训练用拳击球的改进。
通常拳击训练用拳击球都是固定在铁架或吊在天棚上，占地面积大，安装不便，只适用于安装在专门训练的场地，不易普及。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有固定架家用拳击球，可很方便固定在门框上，适于普及推广。
结合附图本实用新型是这样实现的。在主梁3的两端各有一通过螺母7调节的活动圈2，活动圈外侧连有一粘有橡胶板4的垫板1，主梁中间下部用螺钉固定一个弹簧5，弹簧的另一端固定一个拳击球6。
按照上述结构制成的带有固定架家用拳击球，调节主梁两端螺母使其橡胶垫板，恰在两门框之间固定，即可进行拳击训练。

实施例：按附图所示结构，带有固定架家用拳击球主要技术参数如下：主梁采用直径∮50mm，长700mm的钢管，两端车有螺纹，螺纹上有螺母和活动圈，主梁中间下部用螺钉固定一个直径 ∮50mm，长350mm弹簧，弹簧采用直径∮4mm钢丝缠绕制成。弹簧另一端固定一个拳击球。
该拳击球主梁很容易通过两端螺母固定在门框上，适合家庭拳击运动使用。

1、一种带有固定架家用拳击球，其特征是在主梁3的两端各有一通过螺母7调节的活动圈2，活动圈外侧连有一粘有橡胶板4的垫板1，主梁中间下部固定一个弹簧5，弹簧的另一端固定一个拳击球6。
