After the chip is dried, the tray loading efficiency of the chip is improved, and the chip is polluted again by bacteria on the hand when the chip is taken by a worker. After the improvement of the designer, the second sliding assembly 8 comprises a second sliding rod 81, the second sliding rod 81 is installed on the rack 1, a second sliding cylinder 82 is arranged on the second sliding rod 81, the second sliding cylinder 82 slides on the second sliding rod 81, and the second jig placing plate 12 is installed on the second sliding cylinder 82.
The fourth manipulator 16 is provided with a fourth suction cup 83, after the chip is dried by the drying assembly 7, the worker places the second jig placing plate 12 of the hole on the second sliding cylinder 82, and then the fourth suction cup 83 is driven by the fourth manipulator 16 to place the chip on the third positioning plate 73 on the second jig placing plate 12.
The chip to be cleaned is placed on the first jig placing plate 11, six surfaces of the chip are cleaned through the first sliding assembly 2, the second cleaning assembly 4, the third cleaning assembly 5 and the fourth cleaning assembly 6, and the chip which is cleaned at last is placed on the second jig placing plate 12. The automation degree of chip cleaning is greatly improved.
Although in this application, wash subassembly 4 through first washing subassembly 3, the second, the third washs subassembly 5, the fourth washs subassembly 6 and washs the chip, the manufacturing cost of whole cleaning machine is higher, but the cleaning machine of this application can use for a long time on the one hand, be disposable unlike the dry ice, cleaner in this application washs through liquid water simultaneously, the cost of liquid water is less, on the other hand, this application carries out the omnidirectional washing through six faces to the chip, the cleaning performance of chip has been promoted greatly.
The implementation principle of the omnibearing chip cleaning and sorting machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: installing a chip to be cleaned on the first jig placing disc 11, and then driving the first jig placing disc 11 to slide towards one side close to the first cleaning component 3 by the first sliding component 2; the first manipulator 13 grabs the chip on the first jig placing disc 11 to the first cleaning assembly 3, and the first cleaning assembly 3 cleans the upper surface of the chip; after the first cleaning assembly 3 finishes cleaning the chip, the first manipulator 13 grabs the chip from the first cleaning assembly 3 to the second cleaning assembly 4, and the second cleaning assembly 4 cleans the lower surface of the chip; after the second cleaning assembly 4 finishes cleaning the chip, the second manipulator 14 grabs the chip from the second cleaning assembly 4 to the third cleaning assembly 5, and the third cleaning assembly 5 cleans two side surfaces of the chip in the width direction; after the third cleaning assembly 5 finishes cleaning the chip, the third manipulator 15 grabs the chip from the third cleaning assembly to the fourth cleaning assembly 6, and the fourth cleaning assembly 6 cleans two side surfaces of the chip in the length direction; after the fourth cleaning component 6 finishes cleaning the chip, the third manipulator 15 grabs the chip on the fourth cleaning component 6 to the drying component 7, and the drying component 7 dries the chip; after the drying component 7 finishes drying the chips, the fourth manipulator 16 picks and places the chips on the drying component 7 on the second jig placing tray 12, and the second sliding component 8 drives the second jig placing tray 12 to slide out of the rack 1.

a drying component (7) is arranged on the rack (1), the drying component (7) dries the cleaned chip, and the third manipulator (15) grabs the chip on the fourth cleaning component (6) to the drying component (7);
