a first mounting plate 16 vertically arranged on one side of the top end of the mounting seat 14;
the pushing cylinder 17 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the first mounting plate 16, which is far away from the mounting seat 14;
the push rod 18 is horizontally arranged on one side, close to the mounting seat 14, of the first mounting plate 16, and the output end of the push cylinder 17 is fixedly connected with one end of the push rod 18;

and the second servo motor 26 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the side wall of one of the sliding blocks 23, the output end of the second servo motor 26 is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating roller 22, and the second servo motor 26 is used for providing a rotating driving force for the rotating roller 22.
