after the first device 200 processes the second workpiece 500 and obtains the first workpiece 400, the robot or the transfer platform drives the connecting frame 10 and the first clamping mechanism 20 to move toward the first device 200, and after the first positioning hole 232 is positioned and connected to the positioning pin 210 of the first device 200, the first driving member 21 drives the pair of first mounting members 241 to drive the pair of first clamping members 242 to approach to elastically clamp the first workpiece 400; then the robot or the transfer platform drives the connecting frame 10 and the first clamping mechanism 20 to move towards the second device 300, and after the first positioning member 23 is positioned and connected in the accommodating hole 310 of the second device 300, the first driving member 21 drives the pair of first mounting members 241 to drive the at least one pair of first clamping members 242 to move away to release the first workpiece 400 from the second device 300; then, the first driving member 21 drives the pair of first mounting members 241 to drive the at least one pair of first clamping members 242 to elastically clamp the second device 300, and the second device 300 is placed on the production line under the driving of the robot or the transfer platform to be conveyed to a predetermined position.
The feeding and discharging device 100 is connected with the first device 200 through the first driving member 21 in a positioning manner through the first positioning hole 232, then drives the first clamping assembly 24 to clamp the first workpiece 400, enables the first clamping assembly 24 to release the first workpiece 400 to the second device 300 after the first positioning member 23 is connected with the second device 300 in a positioning manner, and then drives the first clamping assembly 24 to clamp the second device 300 to be placed on the production line after the first positioning member 23 is connected with the second device 300 in a positioning manner, so that the second device is conveyed to a preset position.

Claims (10)

1. A loading and unloading device is used for moving a first workpiece on a first device to a second device and is characterized by comprising a connecting frame and a first clamping mechanism arranged on one side of the connecting frame, wherein the first clamping mechanism comprises a first driving piece, a first fixing piece, a first positioning piece and a first clamping assembly;
the first driving piece is connected with the connecting frame, the first fixing piece is arranged on one side, away from the connecting frame, of the first driving piece, the first positioning piece is arranged on the first fixing piece, a first positioning hole is formed in one end, away from the first fixing piece, of the first positioning piece, and the first clamping assembly is connected with the first driving piece;
the first driving piece is used for driving the first clamping assembly to clamp the first workpiece after the first positioning hole is connected with the first device in a positioning mode, enabling the first clamping assembly to release the first workpiece to the second device after the first positioning piece is connected with the second device in a positioning mode, and driving the first clamping assembly to clamp the second device after the first positioning piece is connected with the second device in a positioning mode.
2. The loading and unloading device as recited in claim 1, wherein the first clamping assembly comprises:
the pair of first mounting pieces are respectively connected with the two power ends of the first driving piece;
the first driving part is used for driving the pair of first mounting parts to drive the at least one pair of first clamping parts to approach or move away so as to clamp or release the first workpiece or the second device;
at least one pair of first elastic pieces are arranged between the first fixing pieces and the corresponding first mounting pieces, and two ends of each first elastic piece are respectively connected with the first fixing pieces and the corresponding first mounting pieces.
3. The loading and unloading device according to claim 2, wherein the first clamping member comprises:
one end of the first supporting part is arranged on the first mounting part;
the first clamping part is arranged at the other end of the first supporting part and protrudes inwards, and the first clamping parts are matched to clamp or loosen the first workpiece or the first device.
4. The loading and unloading device as recited in claim 2, wherein the first elastic member includes:
one end of the first penetrating part is connected with the first fixing part, and the other end of the first penetrating part penetrates through the first mounting part;
the first elastic part is sleeved on the first penetrating part, and two ends of the first elastic part are respectively abutted to the first fixing part and the first mounting part.
5. The loading and unloading device of claim 2, wherein the first clamping mechanism further comprises:
the first clamping pieces are arranged on the first fixing piece at intervals, the first clamping pieces correspond to the first ejection pieces at least, and the power ends of the first ejection pieces can stretch out and draw back to be matched with the corresponding first clamping pieces to clamp the first workpiece or the second device.

The loading and unloading device of claim 1, further comprising a second clamping mechanism, wherein the second clamping mechanism is arranged on one side of the connecting frame, which is far away from the first clamping mechanism, and comprises a second driving member, a second fixing member, a second positioning member and a second clamping assembly;
the second driving piece is connected with the connecting frame, the second fixing piece is arranged on one side, away from the connecting frame, of the second driving piece, the second positioning piece is arranged on the second fixing piece, a second positioning hole is formed in one end, away from the second fixing piece, of the second positioning piece, and the second clamping assembly is connected with the second driving piece;
the second driving part is used for driving the second clamping assembly to clamp a second workpiece after the second positioning part is connected with the second device in a positioning mode, and enabling the second clamping assembly to release the second workpiece to the first device after the second positioning hole is connected with the first device in a positioning mode.
7. The loading and unloading device according to claim 6, wherein the second clamping assembly comprises:
a pair of second mounting pieces which are respectively connected with two power ends of the second driving piece,
the second driving part is used for driving the pair of second installation parts to drive the pair of second clamping parts to move close to or away from the pair of second clamping parts so as to clamp or release the second workpiece;
and the pair of second elastic pieces are arranged between the second fixing pieces and the corresponding second mounting pieces, and two ends of each second elastic piece are respectively connected with the second fixing pieces and the corresponding second mounting pieces.
8. The loading and unloading device as recited in claim 6, wherein the second clamping assembly further comprises:
and the pair of abutting pieces are arranged on the second fixing piece, positioned on two sides of the second positioning piece and used for abutting against one side of the second workpiece so as to enable the second workpiece to be positioned at a preset position.
9. The loading and unloading apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second clamping assembly further comprises:
the second ejection parts are arranged on the second fixing part at intervals respectively and are arranged corresponding to the second clamping parts at least, and power ends of the second ejection parts are telescopic so as to be matched with the corresponding second clamping parts to clamp the second workpiece.
10. The loading and unloading device of claim 6, wherein the first clamping mechanism further comprises:
the first sensing piece is arranged on the first fixing piece and used for transmitting sensing information to the first device or the second device so as to determine whether the first workpiece exists on the first device or the second device;
the second clamping mechanism further comprises:
and the second sensing piece is arranged on the second fixing piece and used for transmitting sensing information to the first device or the second device so as to determine whether the second workpiece exists on the first device or the second device.
