The number of times of the reciprocating displacement recorded by the travel switch 51 is used for calculating the number of times of the connection port 1 of the base band 9 of the tested piece which is scratched, the connection port 1 is not cracked or broken within a set number of times, namely, the base band is a good product, and the reliability of the base band 9 of the tested piece is high; and if cracking, breaking or the like occurs, the reliability of the base band 9 of the tested piece is determined to be low.
In the embodiment, the reliability detection of the connection ports 1 of the 6 tested film base bands 9 can be simultaneously carried out, the tested film base bands 9 can be quickly replaced, the test of the whole machine is not needed, the space occupation ratio is very small, and the energy is saved.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the number of the accommodating portions 39 is not limited to 6, and may be 7, 8 or more, and may be set according to the space and the actual working condition environment.
