Referring to fig. 1-8, a cooking appliance includes: the baking device comprises a first baking tray 101, a second baking tray 102, a heating body, an upper shell, a lower shell, a connecting device and a handle. Wherein, the upper shell can overturn relative to the lower shell. First overware 101 sets up on the upper housing, and it has the first chamber that holds that is used for holding the edible material. The second roasting pan 102 is detachably disposed on the lower housing, and has a second receiving cavity for receiving food material. The heating body is an electric heating tube with an electric heating effect and is used for respectively heating the first baking tray 101 and the second baking tray 102. The connecting device has at least one and is installed on one side of the lower shell. The connecting device is used for connecting the upper shell and the lower shell and is positioned between the upper shell and the lower shell. The first bakeware 101 can be switched between a cover closing position and a separating position relative to the second bakeware 102. When the first roasting pan 101 is in the cover closing position relative to the second roasting pan 102, the first roasting pan 101 and the second roasting pan 102 enclose a heating space, and the first roasting pan 101 is positioned right above the second roasting pan 102, and at the moment, the first roasting pan bottom surface contacts with the second roasting pan top surface. Meanwhile, the heating space is formed by surrounding the inner wall forming the first accommodating cavity and the inner wall forming the second accommodating cavity, and at the moment, the heating body heats the first baking tray 101 and the second baking tray 102, so that the food materials accommodated in the heating space can be cooked. When the first roasting tray 101 is located at a separated position relative to the second roasting tray 102, the upper portions of the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are both open, so that the food materials can be placed on the first roasting tray 101 and the second roasting tray 102 respectively, and then the first roasting tray 101 and the second roasting tray 102 are heated by the heating bodies respectively, so that the food materials placed on the first roasting tray 101 and the second roasting tray can be cooked respectively.
In a further aspect, as shown in fig. 2, the heating body is divided into a first heating member 103 and a second heating member 104. When the first roasting tray 101 is located at a separated position relative to the second roasting tray 102, the first heating part 103 is used for heating the first roasting tray 101, and the second heating part 104 is used for heating the second roasting tray 102, i.e., the heating temperatures of the first roasting tray 101 and the second roasting tray 102 can be respectively controlled, so that the cooking temperature can be conveniently controlled. When the first baking tray 101 is in the cover closing position relative to the second baking tray 102, the heating space is located between the first heating part 103 and the second heating part 104, and the first heating part and the second heating part heat the food material in the heating space together. Specifically, the first heating member 103 is located between the upper housing 105 and the first grill pan 101, and the second heating member 104 is located between the lower housing 106 and the second grill pan 102. When the first roasting pan 101 is in the cover closing position relative to the second roasting pan 102, the first roasting pan 101 and the second roasting pan 102 surround to form a heating space, at this time, the first heating part 103 is located above the first roasting pan 101, and the second heating part 104 is located below the second roasting pan 102, so that the heating space is located between the first heating part 103 and the second heating part 104, and therefore when the first heating part 103 and the second heating part 104 work, food materials in the heating space can be heated and cooked.
Further, the first bakeware 101 and/or the second bakeware 102 includes several bakeware units with different depths. For the second baking tray with different depth specifications, the bottom of the second baking tray is consistent in the depth of falling into the cavity 106 a. The way of ensuring the consistent depth of the second baking tray bottom falling into the cavity 106a is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, a heat insulation board 106b is fixed in the cavity 106a by means of snap-fit, the second heating element 104 is fixed on the heat insulation board 106b, and the second heating element and the second baking tray are located on the same side of the heat insulation board. When the second baking tray is placed in the cavity, the heat insulation plate is supported below the second baking tray and plays a supporting role for the second baking tray. The second heating member is located between the second baking tray and the heat insulation plate, and the heat insulation plate is used for installing the second heating member and fully conducting the heat of the second heating member upwards to the second baking tray, so that the loss of the heat of the second heating member in the cavity 106a is reduced. The second roasting tray is provided with a heat exchange surface 102a which is positioned at the bottom of the second roasting tray. When the second baking tray is placed in the cavity 106a, the heat exchange surface 102a falls into the heat insulation plate 106b and is abutted against the second heating part 104 fixed on the heat insulation plate, so that after the second baking tray with different depth specifications is placed in the cavity 106a, the second heating part heats the second baking tray and the food materials in the second baking tray in a contact heat exchange manner. The position of the second heating member 104 does not need to be adjusted according to the depth specification of the second baking tray 102, and the electric wire connected with the second heating member 104 and used for electrifying the second heating member is not pulled in the process of replacing the second baking tray 102, so that the second heating member 104 can stably work in the cavity 106 a. And the second roasting pan 102 can be directly taken out from the lower housing 106, which is convenient for selecting the second roasting pan 102 with proper volume according to the variety and the amount of the food material.
