Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种摩托车后视镜，其光反射体
采用镀膜工艺，在呈弧状蓝色滤光玻璃片的凹面依次
附着反射膜和保护膜。利用蓝色滤光玻璃片透光光
谱特性，有效衰减照射到后视镜上的强光，减轻驾驶
人员眼睛的疲劳程度，并且有清晰、开阔的后视效果，
可广泛应用于摩托车、汽车、轻骑等多种车辆。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于摩托车上的后视器材。
现有的摩托车、轻骑采用普通凸面玻璃镜作为光反射体，在强光条件下，会使驾驶人员感到眩目，增大其眼睛的疲劳程度。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能有效衰减部分光线，避免眩光的摩托车后视镜。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的反射体是在弧状兰色滤光玻璃片的凹面依次附着反射膜和保护膜。弧状兰色滤光玻璃片曲率半径范围为700～1700毫米；兰色滤光玻璃片透光光谱值处在4550
；兰色滤光玻璃片的厚度不大于3毫米；反射膜采用铝或铬或银材料。
本实用新型优点在于能有效防止眩光，并有清晰的后视效果，减轻驾驶人员眼睛的疲劳程度。
附图1是本实用新型光反射结构示意图。
下面结合附图，介绍本实用新型的一个最佳实施例。选用厚度为2.0毫米兰色滤光玻璃片（1），该玻璃片表面曲率半径为1500毫米，该玻璃片透光光谱峰值处于4550
，采用镀膜工艺，将铝膜（2）镀在兰色滤光玻璃片的凹面上，然后涂敷保护漆膜（3），最后将这种光反射体镶嵌在后视镜架上。本实例呈浅兰色视觉效果，在4550
处的反射率大于70％，而在人眼灵敏度最高的5500
处的反射率不大于45％。
Claims (3)
1、一种摩托车后视镜，其特征在于：后视镜的光反射体是由呈弧状的兰色滤光玻璃片、反射膜和保护膜组成，在弧状兰色滤光玻璃片凹面依次附着反射膜和保护膜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的摩托车后视镜，其特征：在于弧状兰色滤光玻璃片曲率半径范围为700～1700mm；兰色滤光玻璃片透光光谱峰值处在4550
；兰色滤光玻璃片的厚度不大于3mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的摩托车后视镜，其特征在于：反射膜采用铝或铬或银材料。
