Description

Varicosity ligation apparatus
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of medical equipment, particularly, relate to a varicosity ligature apparatus.
Background
Varicose veins refer to the tortuosity and expansion of veins caused by blood stasis, weak vein walls and other factors. Varicose veins can occur in various parts of the body, for example, hemorrhoids are actually varicose veins, and clinically visible varicose veins of the esophagus and the stomach, spermatic varicose veins and abdominal wall varicose veins. The most common site of varicose veins is in the lower extremities. It is worth emphasizing that varicose veins are secondary manifestations of other pathologies.
The varicose vein of lower limb has the treatment methods of wearing elastic socks, injecting hardener, removing operation and the like, and the deep venous valve has incomplete function and can be used for valve repair operation, endoscopic traffic branch ligation and the like. Varicose veins of the lower limbs can also indicate the existence of other diseases, and the primary disease needs to be actively treated.
For greater saphenous vein varices or lesser saphenous vein varices, the greater saphenous vein starts at the medial end of the arch of the dorsal veins of the foot, runs through the anterior of the medial malleolus, accompanies the saphenous nerve along the medial edge of the calf, runs through about 2cm behind the medial condyle of the femur, enters the medial part of the thigh, accompanies the medial cutaneous nerve of the thigh, gradually goes upwards, crosses the saphenous vein hiatus hole below the outer part of the pubic tubercle, and converges into the femoral vein, and the convergence point is called the saphenous point. The small saphenous vein is one of the major superficial veins of the lower leg. The small saphenous vein is located on the lateral side of foot, starts from arch of dorsal venous of foot, runs upward along the back of lower leg after lateral ankle, passes through the calf muscle and between the two outer ends to popliteal fossa, and is injected into popliteal vein through the fascia. The vein has many small branches that coincide with the branches of the greater saphenous vein during its journey. Because of the relation of power, the small saphenous vein is easy to block, most of the small saphenous vein is easy to be subjected to varicosity, and some of the small saphenous vein can form thrombus and generate thromboangiitis; the varicose veins can break to form leg ulcers which cannot be healed for a long time.
For large or small saphenous varicose veins, the following three treatment modalities are currently included:
the first traditional stripping method has the advantages of direct vision solution and definite effect. But the wound surface is too large, slow in recovery and easy to infect because of the need of cutting; the second category, radiofrequency, laser or minimally invasive, although recovery from minimally invasive is fast, has the drawback of not being able to close exactly the venous trunk with a diameter of more than 14mm, and is costly; the third is a sclerosing agent or glue, which also does not close the venous trunk properly and may result in the sclerosing agent or glue passing through the venous trunk into the lungs.

When the second clamping portion 22 is located at the clamping position, the second end of the limiting frame 311 is limited in the anti-falling notch 212. At this time, when the second clamping portion 22 tends to be switched from the clamping position to the opening position, the second end of the limiting frame 311 is always limited in the anti-falling notch 212 and cannot be separated from the anti-falling notch 212, so that the second clamping portion 22 can be reliably maintained at the clamping position. The second end of the limiting frame 311 is the limiting section 3114.
Specifically, the anti-slip notch 212 includes a first straight surface and a first inclined surface inclined from the first straight surface. In the process that the second clamping portion 22 is switched from the open position to the clamping position, the first inclined surface is provided to facilitate the sliding of the limiting section 3114 into the anti-falling notch 212 along the first inclined surface. The first straight surface can stop the stopper section 3114, and prevent the part of the stopper section 3114 located in the anti-slip notch 212 from slipping out of the anti-slip notch 212, and the anti-slip notch 212 can reliably hold the second clamping portion 22 at the clamping position.
As shown in fig. 7 to 13, in order to facilitate the operation handle 10 to smoothly feed the clamping member 20 into the operation space while avoiding interference with the tissue in the human body as much as possible, the second clamping portion 22 further has an initial position in which it is closed with the first clamping portion 21. The pushing hook 312 pushes the limiting frame 311 to swing so that the second clamping portion 22 is sequentially switched among the initial position, the open position and the clamping position. Thus, the second clamping portion 22 has a plurality of working positions, so that the clamping member 20 can be flexibly designed to meet various use environments of human bodies.

And the limiting notch comprises a second straight surface and a second inclined surface which is obliquely arranged with the second straight surface. The arrangement of the second inclined plane facilitates the sliding of the limiting column 41 into the limiting notch along the second inclined plane, so that the limiting column 41 can be switched from the avoiding position to the stopping position. The second straight surface can stop the limiting column 41, so that the part of the limiting column 41 positioned in the limiting notch is prevented from sliding out of the limiting notch, and the limiting column 41 is reliably kept at the stopping position.
As shown in fig. 7 to 13, the pulling member 43 includes a pulling wire 431 and a second sliding key 432 connected to the pulling wire 431. A second avoidance hole 13 of the avoidance line 431 is formed in the operating handle 10, and a limit groove 14 communicated with the second avoidance hole 13 is formed in the outer side wall of the operating handle 10. The position-limiting groove 14 includes a first position-limiting section 141 and a second position-limiting section 142 disposed at an angle to the first position-limiting section 141. The first end of the pulling wire 431 penetrates into the accommodating hole 12 and is connected with the limiting column 41, the second end of the pulling wire 431 is connected with the second sliding key 432, the limiting column 41 is in the stopping position when the second end of the pulling wire 431 is pulled into the first limiting section 141, and the limiting column 41 is in the avoiding position when the second end of the pulling wire 431 is pulled into the second limiting section 142. The second feather key 432 is provided for ease of operation. Thus, the stopper groove 14 can limit the movable range of the second end of the tension wire 431, and the movement position of the stopper column 41 can be controlled when the tension wire 431 is pulled.
As shown in fig. 7 to 13, the first clamping portion 21 is a first spherical segment, the second clamping portion 22 is a second spherical segment, and the section plane of the second spherical segment faces the section plane of the first spherical segment, so that the section plane of the first spherical segment and the section plane of the second spherical segment can clamp the venous trunk 1, and the venous trunk 1 can be ensured to be closed reliably. In order to make the shape of the placing concave part 11 and the outer surface of the first segment ideally fit, the placing concave part 11 is a concave arc surface matched with the spherical surface of the first segment. In order to reduce the space of the operating space occupied by the clamping piece 20 and the operating handle 10, the concave cambered surface is an inclined end surface at one end of the operating handle 10, so that the varicose ligation apparatus has a compact structure and occupies a small space.
As shown in fig. 7 to 13, in order to prevent the trunk 1 from sliding with respect to the sectional plane of the first spherical segment and the sectional plane of the second spherical segment, a first anti-slip portion 23 is provided on the sectional plane of the first spherical segment, and a second anti-slip portion 24 is provided on the sectional plane of the second spherical segment. Thus, the first anti-slip portion 23 can increase the frictional force of the cross-sectional plane of the first spherical segment, and the second anti-slip portion 24 can increase the frictional force of the cross-sectional plane of the second spherical segment. In order to avoid interference between the first anti-slip part 23 and the second anti-slip part 24 and the limiting frame 311, the first anti-slip part 23 and the second anti-slip part 24 are arranged in a way of avoiding the limiting frame 311 and are located on the same side of the limiting frame 311.
In the present embodiment, specifically, in order to further ensure the anti-slip effect of the first anti-slip part 23 and the second anti-slip part 24, the first anti-slip part 23 is a first anti-slip convex tooth, and the second anti-slip part 24 is a second anti-slip convex tooth.
After the ligation operation is completed by applying the varicose vein ligation apparatus of the present embodiment, a catheter is used to pierce through a position of the other end opposite to the ligation portion of the vein trunk 1, a radio frequency catheter (not shown in the figure) is used to penetrate into the vein trunk 1 from the opposite other end, the radio frequency catheter is used to heat, the heat of the radio frequency catheter is conducted to the inner wall of the vein trunk 1, so that the inner wall of the vein trunk 1 is contracted, and the radio frequency catheter is withdrawn to enable the inner wall of the vein trunk 1 to be in a closed state. When the venous trunk 1 is caused to be in a closed state, the blood in the venous trunk 1 will be rewashed into other healthy veins. Of course, a sclerosing agent treatment may be performed at a position of the other end opposite to the ligation portion of the vein trunk 1 after completion of the ligation operation using the varicose ligation apparatus of the present embodiment.
