The engagement of threaded section 512 with threaded bore 211 facilitates movement of adjustment member 51. The winding section 511 can wind a plurality of turns of the lead 1, so as to conveniently drive the adjusting wire 52 to move. The winding segment 511 includes a first stopping section, a cylindrical section and a second stopping section which are connected in sequence, and the first stopping section is connected with the thread segment 512. The multi-turn lead wire 1 is wound on the cylindrical section, and the first stopping section and the second stopping section can limit the lead wire 1 to move along the axis of the cylindrical section.
After the ligation operation is completed by using the varicose vein ligation apparatus of the embodiment, a catheter is used to pierce the position of the other end opposite to the ligation position of the vein trunk, a radio frequency catheter (not shown in the figure) is used to penetrate into the vein trunk from the opposite other end, the radio frequency catheter is used for heating, the heat of the radio frequency catheter is conducted to the inner wall of the vein trunk, so that the inner wall of the vein trunk is contracted, and the radio frequency catheter is withdrawn, so that the inner wall of the vein trunk can be in a closed state. When the venous trunk is caused to be in a closed state, blood in the venous trunk will be rewashed into other healthy veins. Of course, a sclerosing agent treatment may be performed at a position of the other end opposite to the ligation of the trunk of the vein after completion of the ligation operation using the ligation apparatus for varicose veins of the present embodiment.

1. A varicose vein ligation instrument comprising:
the first operating rod (10) comprises a handle section (11) and a bending section (12) connected with the handle section (11), the first operating rod (10) further comprises a tip (13) which is connected with one end, far away from the handle section (11), of the bending section (12) in a swinging mode, the tip (13) is provided with a puncture position swinging towards the inside of the bending section (12) and a ligation position swinging towards the outside of the bending section (12), and a placing hole (14) is formed in one end, facing the bending section (12), of the tip (13);
and the second operating rod (20) comprises an operating handle (21) and a wire clamping part (22) detachably connected with the operating handle (21), and the wire clamping part (22) is detachably arranged in the placing hole (14).

The ligation instrument according to claim 1, wherein the end of the curved section (12) remote from the handle section (11) comprises a first stop surface (121) and a second stop surface (122) arranged at an angle to the first stop surface (121), the end of the tip (13) facing the curved section (12) having a mating surface (131), the mating surface (131) being in contact with the first stop surface (121) to place the tip (13) in the puncturing position, the mating surface (131) being in contact with the second stop surface (122) to place the tip (13) in the ligating position.

The ligation instrument according to claim 2, wherein a connecting piece (123) is arranged on the first limiting surface (121), an avoiding groove (135) for avoiding the connecting piece (123) is arranged on the end head (13), the end head (13) is hinged to the connecting piece (123) through a connecting shaft (31), the axis of the connecting shaft (31) is perpendicular to the axis of the handle section (11), and the surface of one end, far away from the bending section (12), of the end head (13) is of a curved surface structure.

The ligation instrument according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the handle segment (11) is provided with a guiding hole (111) corresponding to the placement hole (14), the guiding hole (111) is coaxial with the placement hole (14) when the tip (13) is in the ligation position, and the second operating rod (20) is movably inserted through the guiding hole (111).

The ligation instrument according to claim 4, wherein the wire clamping part (22) comprises a cylinder (221) and a wire clamp (222) arranged on the side wall of the cylinder (221), a receiving groove (223) for receiving the wire clamp (222) is arranged on the outer side wall of the cylinder (221), and the cylinder (221) is detachably connected with one end of the operating handle (21).

The ligation instrument according to claim 5, wherein one end of the operating handle (21) is arranged in the barrel body (221) in a penetrating way and is connected with the barrel body (221) through a first clamping structure (41); and/or the barrel body (221) is connected with the placing hole (14) through a second clamping structure (42).

The ligation instrument according to claim 5, further comprising an adjusting member (51) movably arranged on the handle segment (11) and an adjusting wire (52) connecting the adjusting member (51) and the tip (13), wherein the adjusting member (51) drives the adjusting wire (52) to move so as to switch the tip (13) between the puncturing position and the ligating position.

The ligation instrument according to claim 7, wherein the tip (13) comprises a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion arranged oppositely, the first connecting portion having a first fastener (132) connected therein and the second connecting portion having a second fastener (133) connected therein, the adjustment wire (52) comprising a first line segment (521) connecting between the first connecting portion and the adjustment member (51) and a second line segment (522) connecting between the second connecting portion and the adjustment member (51).

The ligation instrument according to claim 8, wherein a first lead channel (124) and a second lead channel (125) are provided at intervals in the curved section (12), the first wire section (521) is passed through the first lead channel (124), and the second wire section (522) is passed through the second lead channel (125); and/or a wire avoiding groove (134) communicated with the placing hole (14) is arranged on the end head (13).

The ligation instrument according to claim 9, wherein the adjusting member (51) comprises a winding segment (511) and a threaded segment (512) connected to the winding segment (511), and the operating handle (21) is provided with a threaded hole (211) for the threaded segment (512) to pass through.
