When the manual/automatic switching button LA rotates to an automatic state, the electric control box 38 can automatically adjust the balance of the hanging basket 3, when the hanging basket 3 inclines by 2-3 degrees in the ascending process, namely, one side of the hanging basket 3 is high and the other side of the hanging basket is low, the lifting machine on the side with the high hanging basket can automatically stop ascending, the lifting machine on the side with the low hanging basket can continuously ascend until the hanging basket reaches the balance, and then the lifting machines on the two sides of the hanging basket work simultaneously, and the hanging basket continuously ascends. When the hanging basket 3 inclines by 2-3 degrees in the descending process, namely the hanging basket is high on one side and low on one side, the hoister on the side with the low hanging basket can automatically stop descending, the hoister on the side with the high hanging basket continues descending until the hanging basket is balanced, then the motors on the two sides of the hanging basket work simultaneously, and the hanging basket continues descending.
Typically, the manual/automatic switching button LA is rotated to an automatic state.
When the manual/automatic switching button LA is rotated to a manual state, the electric cabinet 38 does not automatically adjust the balance of the gondola 3, requiring manual adjustment. When one side of the hanging basket is high and one side of the hanging basket is low, a left/right lifting machine control button SA is rotated, if the left/right lifting machine control button SA is rotated to the right, after a hanging basket lifting button SB1 or a hanging basket descending button SB2 is pressed, a lifting machine on the right side works, and the right side of the hanging basket ascends or descends; if the left/right elevator control button SA is turned to the left, the left elevator operates and the basket is raised or lowered by pressing the basket raising button SB1 or the basket lowering button SB 2. When the left/right elevator control button SA rotates to the middle position and the hanging basket ascending button SB1 or the hanging basket descending button SB2 is pressed, the elevators on the two sides of the hanging basket work simultaneously.
The left/right elevator control buttons SA are active only when the manual/automatic switching button LA is rotated to the manual state.
The emergency stop button SB0 can be pressed to cut off the control circuit only in case of emergency, such as the basket 3 is in trouble or danger. The emergency stop button SB0 can not reset automatically, and must reset manually, and the hanging basket 3 can continue to work only after resetting.
And the power supply indicator lamp HL is used for displaying whether the hanging basket is normally electrified.
The alarm indicator light EL is used for giving an alarm when the hanging basket is overloaded or the limiting switch 39 touches the limiting plate 310 when the hanging basket 3 ascends.
The rope retracting button SB3 is used to control the rope retracting device 36. When the safety wire rope or the working wire rope is loosened, the rope winding button SB3 is pressed, and the rope winding device 36 operates alone to wind up the wire rope and wind the wire rope in the drum.
When the device is actually used, the movable trolley 2 and the hanging basket 3 are installed on the suspension rack 1, then the suspension rack 1 is suspended in the transverse compartment, the support frame 12 of the suspension rack is supported on the in-compartment walkway 4, and the connecting plate of the suspension rack is fixed with the fixing lug plate 5 which is installed on the in-compartment walkway 4 in advance;
then, manually shaking the rocking handle 212 to enable the mobile trolley 2 to move in the slide rail 13 of the suspension rack 1, and the mobile trolley 2 carries the hanging basket 3 to move the hanging basket 3 and the workers standing in the hanging basket 3 to a target position;
then, the hoist 33 is started, the hoist 33 climbs upwards along the working steel wire rope to lift the whole basket 3 upwards, the basket 3 and workers standing in the basket 3 are moved to a certain construction height, and after the workers move in place, the workers can perform welding and other operations.
The second embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, and the specific difference is that the suspension frame 1 of the marine double-ended nacelle is fixed on the deck 6 of the hull.
The suspension frame 1 comprises a suspension plate 11, a support frame 12 which is fixed at the bottom of the suspension plate 1 and enables a supporting foot of the suspension plate to be clamped on a ship board 7 on one side of a ship deck 6, and a connecting assembly which is fixed on one side of the suspension plate 11 and used for being connected with a fixed lug plate 5 which is installed on the ship deck 6 in a lifting and forward mode, wherein a sliding rail 13 is arranged on the other side of the suspension plate 11, and a group of moving trolleys 2 are arranged in the sliding rail 13.
When the suspension frame 1 is installed, the suspension frame 1 is hung on a ship deck 6, the supporting feet of the supporting frame 12 are clamped on a ship board 7 on one side of the ship deck 6, and then the connecting plate 18 is connected with the fixing lug plate 5 which is installed on the ship deck 6 in a forward mode through a pin shaft. In order to prevent the hull deck from being damaged in the installation process, a rubber pad can be arranged between the supporting legs and the hull deck.
Other specific embodiments, such as the structures and working principles of the mobile trolley and the hanging basket, are the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not described in detail herein.
