Claims (14)
1. A folding assembly, comprising:
a first seat and a second seat, the first seat rotatably coupled to the second seat such that the first seat and the second seat are foldable;
a first piece provided to the first seat;
the second piece and the third piece are arranged on the second seat, the second piece can rotate relative to the second seat and is provided with an unlocking position and a locking position, the second piece is provided with a first end and a second end, the third piece can slide relative to the second seat, in the locking position, the first piece is in hooking and matching with the first end of the second piece, the third piece and the second end of the second piece are blocked to lock the second piece in the locking position, in the unlocking position, the second piece swings and releases hooking and limiting on the first piece so that the first seat and the second seat can be folded, and in addition, the second piece can release locking through sliding the third piece.
2. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second member is provided with a first wedge portion and said third member is provided with a second wedge portion, said first and second wedge portions being in wedging engagement in said locked position.
3. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 2, including a resilient member, said resilient member being disposed in said second seat, said resilient member abutting said third member to allow said third member to be repositioned after said third member has been slid.
4. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 3, including a guide member disposed in said second seat, said guide member extending in a sliding direction of said third member, said third member being provided with a guide groove, said third member being slidable relative to said guide member by guiding engagement of said guide member and said guide groove, said elastic member being fitted around an outer peripheral side of said guide member.

The folding assembly of claim 4, comprising a stopping member disposed on the second seat, wherein the guiding member is connected to the stopping member, the elastic member is disposed between the stopping member and the third member, one end of the elastic member is adapted to stop against the stopping member, and the other end of the elastic member is adapted to stop against the third member.

A folding assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein said second member comprises a first sub-member and a second sub-member, said first and second sub-members being arranged in opposition, said third member being sandwiched between a second end of said first sub-member and a second end of said second sub-member in said locked position, said first member being positioned between said first and second sub-members and hooking into a stop with a first end of said first sub-member and a first end of said second sub-member.

A folding assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein said first sub-member is provided with a first sub-wedge portion and said second sub-member is provided with a second sub-wedge portion, said second wedge portion being wedged between said first and second sub-wedge portions in said locked position.
8. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second member is provided with a hook adapted to engage said first member in said locked position.

A folding assembly according to claim 8, characterized in that the hook is provided with a first and a second guiding surface, which are arranged oppositely, the first guiding surface being adapted to guide the first piece over the hook to be in hook-engageable engagement therewith, the second guiding surface being adapted to guide the first piece over the hook to be disengageable therefrom.
10. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second seat is provided with a fitting groove, and said third member is fitted in said fitting groove and slidably movable along the extension direction of said fitting groove.
11. The folding assembly of claim 10 wherein a groove portion is formed on a wall of the assembly groove, and a protrusion portion is formed on the third member, the groove portion extending along an extending direction of the assembly groove, the protrusion portion being fitted in the groove portion and slidably movable therein.
12. The folding assembly of any of claims 1 to 11 wherein said third member has a toggle portion located on an outer side of said second seat, said toggle portion adapted to drive said third member to slide.
13. A scooter comprising a folding assembly according to any one of claims 1-12.
14. The walker of claim 13 including a riser, one of said first and second seats being connected to said riser.
