A folding assembly as claimed in claim 1, including a first resilient member, one end of said first resilient member being connected to said second seat and the other end of said first resilient member being connected to said second member, said first resilient member being adapted to return said second member to said unlocked position after said third member has released its securement to said second member.

A folding assembly as claimed in claim 2, including a second resilient member, said third member being slidably guided in said second seat and being engageable with said second member, said second resilient member being adapted to return to and urge said third member so that said third member may be retained in an engaged position with said second member.
4. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 3 wherein, in said unlocked position, said force exerted by said first resilient member on said second member has a component in said third member sliding direction which is no less than the return force exerted by said second resilient member on said third member.
5. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein a mounting slot is provided in said second seat, said third member being fitted in said mounting slot and slidably movable along said mounting slot.
6. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 5, including a guide member disposed within and extending in the direction of extent of said mounting slot, and a guide slot disposed within said third member, said guide member being a guide fit within said guide slot to enhance guidance of said third member.

The folding assembly of claim 6, comprising a stopping member, wherein the third member is disposed at one end of the guiding member, the stopping member is disposed at the other end of the guiding member, the second elastic member is a spring, the second elastic member is sleeved at an outer peripheral side of the guiding member, one end of the second elastic member is adapted to stop against the third member, and the other end of the second elastic member is adapted to stop against the stopping member.
8. The folding assembly of claim 3 wherein said third member has a toggle portion, at least a portion of said toggle portion being located outside of said second seat, said third member being adapted to be slidably actuated by toggling said toggle portion.
9. A folding assembly according to any of claims 1 to 8, wherein said second member is provided with a catch, and in said locked position at least part of said first member fits within said catch to effect a hooked connection of said first member to said second member.
10. A folding assembly as claimed in claim 9, wherein a drive portion is provided on said second member, said second member being adapted to urge said drive portion to switch said second member from said unlocked position to said locked position during switching from said second configuration to said first configuration.
11. A scooter comprising a folding assembly according to any one of claims 1-10.
12. The walker of claim 11 comprising a riser, one of the first and second seats being connected to the riser.
