Referring to fig. 1 and 6, fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a seat coupling structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a schematic view illustrating a stroller according to an embodiment of the present invention. The seat connection structure 10 provided by an embodiment of the present invention is used for connecting a seat 180 and a frame 170, and includes a frame connecting rod 130, a seat connecting rod 140, a connecting assembly 100, and a stopper 300; the seat connecting rod 140 has a first position and a second position in the vertical direction; the connecting assembly 100 has one end connected with the seat connecting rod 140 and the other end connected with the frame connecting rod 130, the connecting assembly 100 has a first state and a second state, and the connecting assembly 100 can switch the seat connecting rod 140 between a first position and a second position by switching between the first state and the second state; the stopper 300 is disposed on the frame connecting rod 130, and the stopper 300 can move relative to the frame connecting rod 130 along a first direction to prevent the connecting assembly 100 from switching between a first state and a second state, or release the connecting assembly 100, wherein the first direction is perpendicular to the vertical direction.
The seat attachment structure 10 described above is applied to a stroller. The stroller includes a seat 180 and a frame 170; the frame connecting rod 130 is connected to the frame 170, and the seat connecting rod 140 is connected to the seat 180. When the seat connecting rod 140 is located at the first position, the height of the seat 180 is higher than that of the seat 180 when the seat connecting rod 140 is located at the second position, so that when the seat connecting rod 140 is located at the first position, the seat 180 can meet the requirement of the infant for dining, and when the seat connecting rod 140 is located at the second position, the seat 180 can meet the requirement of the infant for the suitable height for traveling.
When the stopper 300 is retracted in the first direction with respect to the frame connecting rod 130, the connecting assembly 100 is released, so that the connecting assembly 100 can be switched between the first state and the second state, and then the seat connecting rod 140 is switched between the first position and the second position, so that the height of the seat connecting rod 140 is changed, thereby satisfying the traveling or dining of the infant, and the operation is simple and convenient.
When the stopper 300 is protruded in the first direction with respect to the frame connecting rod 130, the coupling assembly 100 is restricted such that the coupling assembly 100 is maintained in the first state or the second state, and the seat connecting rod 140 is maintained in the first position or the second position, thereby maintaining the height of the seat connecting rod 140 unchanged, thereby ensuring the stability of the seat 180 and satisfying the normal use of the seat 180.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the connecting assembly 100 includes a first connecting rod 110 and a second connecting rod 120 spaced apart along a second direction, one end of each of the first connecting rod 110 and the second connecting rod 120 is rotatably connected to the frame connecting rod 130, and the other end is rotatably connected to the seat connecting rod 140, wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; the first connecting rod 110 has a first angle and a second angle with respect to the frame connecting rod 130, and the stopper 300 can be extended or retracted with respect to the frame connecting rod in the first direction to prevent the first connecting rod 110 from being switched between the first angle and the second angle or to release the first connecting rod 110.
Specifically, when the first connecting rod 110 is at the first angle, the connecting assembly 100 is in the first state, and the seat connecting rod 140 is in the first position. When the first connecting rod 110 is at the second angle, the connecting assembly 100 is in the second state, and the seat connecting rod 140 is at the second position. Further, as shown in fig. 1, as can be seen from the connection relationship among the first connecting rod 110, the second connecting rod 120, the frame connecting rod 130 and the seat connecting rod 140, the first connecting rod 110, the second connecting rod 120, the frame connecting rod 130 and the seat connecting rod 140 are combined into a hinge four-bar linkage. When the stopper 300 is retracted in the first direction with respect to the frame connecting rod 130, the first connecting rod 110 is released, and the first connecting rod 110 can be switched between the first angle and the second angle. When the stopper extends out along the first direction relative to the frame connecting rod 130, the stopper limits the first connecting rod 110, so that the first connecting rod 110 is kept at the first angle or the second angle, and the first connecting rod 110 and the second connecting rod 120 can stably support the seat connecting rod 140, thereby ensuring the stability of the seat 180.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a frame connecting base 200 in a seat connecting structure 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, when the first connecting rod 110 rotates at a first angle, one side of the first connecting rod 110 close to the second connecting rod 120 abuts against the stopper 300, and the stopper 300 is used for limiting the rotation of the first connecting rod 110 along a first turning direction W1, where the first turning direction W1 is a direction in which the first connecting rod 110 turns from the first angle to a second angle.
Specifically, since the stopper 300 can move in the first direction to limit the state of the connecting assembly 100 or release the connecting assembly 100, when the first connecting rod 110 is at the first angle, the stopper 300 can extend out of the frame connecting rod 130 in the first direction, so that the side of the first connecting rod 110 close to the second connecting rod 120 can abut against the stopper 300.
When the seat 180 is in the first position, the seat connecting rod 140 is pressed downward when an infant is seated on the seat 180, and the first connecting rod 110 and the second connecting rod 120 are pressed downward. At this time, one side of the first connecting rod 110 close to the second connecting rod 120 abuts against the stopper 300, so that the first connecting rod 110 can be limited to rotate along the first turning direction W1, the seat 180 is prevented from falling, and the stability of the seat 180 is ensured.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the seat connecting structure 10 includes a first position-limiting portion 210, the first position-limiting portion 210 being connected to the frame connecting rod 130; when the first connecting rod 110 is at the first angle, one side of the first connecting rod 110 facing away from the second connecting rod 120 abuts against the first limiting portion 210, and the first limiting portion 210 is used for limiting the first connecting rod 110 to rotate along the second turning direction W2, wherein the second turning direction W2 is a direction in which the first connecting rod 110 turns from the second angle to the first angle.
Specifically, when the first connecting rod 110 is at the first angle, since the side of the first connecting rod 110 opposite to the second connecting rod 120 abuts against the first limiting portion 210, the end of the first connecting rod 110 connected to the frame connecting rod 130 cannot rotate along the second steering direction W2. Since one side of the first connecting rod 110 close to the second connecting rod 120 abuts against the stopper 300, the end of the first connecting rod 110 connected to the frame connecting rod 130 cannot rotate along the first turning direction W1, so that the first connecting rod 110 is clamped and cannot rotate. When the first connecting rod 110 cannot rotate, the second connecting rod 120 cannot rotate, and the corresponding seat connecting rod 140 cannot move, so that the stability of the seat 180 in the first position is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the seat connecting structure 10 includes a second position-limiting portion 410, the second position-limiting portion 410 is connected to the seat connecting rod 140; when the first connecting rod 110 is at the second angle, one side of the first connecting rod 110, which is away from the second connecting rod 120, abuts against the second limiting portion 410, and the second limiting portion 410 is used for limiting the rotation of the first connecting rod 110 along the first turning direction W1.
Specifically, since the stopper 300 can move in the first direction to limit the state of the connecting assembly 100 or release the connecting assembly 100, when the first connecting rod 110 is located at the second angle, the side of the first connecting rod 110 facing away from the second connecting rod 120 can abut against the stopper 300 by extending the stopper 300 along the first direction relative to the frame connecting rod 130.
When the seat 180 is in the second position, the seat connecting rod 140 is pressed downward when the infant is seated on the seat 180, and the first connecting rod 110 and the second connecting rod 120 are pressed downward. At this time, since the end of the first connecting rod 110 connected to the seat connecting rod 140 abuts against the second limiting portion 410, the end of the first connecting rod 110 connected to the seat connecting rod 140 can be limited from rotating along the second turning direction W2, that is, the end of the first connecting rod 110 connected to the frame connecting rod 130 is limited from rotating along the first turning direction W1, so as to prevent the seat 180 from moving downward, thereby ensuring the stability of the seat 180.
Further, when the first connecting rod 110 rotates from the first angle to the second angle along the first turning direction W1, the first connecting rod 110 can rotate to the side of the stopper 300 close to the second connecting rod 120, so that the stopper 300 is located at the side of the first connecting rod 110 far from the second connecting rod 120. Therefore, when the first connecting rod 110 is at the second angle, the side of the first connecting rod 110 away from the second connecting rod 120 can abut against the stopper 300, and the end of the first connecting rod 110 connected to the frame connecting rod 130 cannot rotate along the second turning direction W2, so that the first connecting rod 110 is clamped and cannot rotate, thereby ensuring the stability of the seat 180 at the second position.
In other embodiments, the second position-limiting portion 410 is disposed on the frame connecting rod 130, and when the first connecting rod 110 is located at the second angle, one side of the first connecting rod 110 close to the second connecting rod 120 abuts against the second position-limiting portion 410.
Further, the seat connecting structure 10 includes a seat connecting seat 400, the seat connecting seat 400 is connected to the seat connecting rod 140, one end of the first connecting rod 110 far away from the frame connecting rod 130 is rotatably connected to the frame connecting seat 200, and the second limiting portion 410 is convexly disposed on the seat connecting seat 400.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the seat connecting structure 10 includes a frame connecting base 200 and an elastic member; the frame connecting seat 200 is connected to the frame connecting rod 130, the first connecting rod 110 is rotatably connected to the frame connecting seat 200, the frame connecting seat 200 has a groove 310 with an opening 350 along a first direction, and the stopper 300 is at least partially accommodated in the groove 310; one end of the elastic member is connected to the stopper 300, and the other end is connected to the bottom wall of the groove 310, and the stopper 300 is far away from or close to the bottom wall of the groove 310 along the first direction by the elastic deformation of the elastic member.
Specifically, when the seat connecting rod 140 is switched from the first position to the second position, the first connecting rod 110 needs to be rotated from the first angle to the second angle. By pushing the stopper 300 in the first direction to compress the elastic member, the stopper 300 retracts into the groove 310 relative to the frame connecting seat 200, thereby releasing the first connecting rod 110, so that the first connecting rod 110 rotates from the first angle to the second angle. Due to the restoring force of the elastic member, the stopper 300 reversely extends out of the groove 310 in the first direction, thereby limiting the first connecting rod 110 and preventing the first connecting rod 110 from rotating from the second angle to the first angle.
When the seat link 140 is switched from the second position to the first position, the first link 110 needs to be rotated from the second angle to the first angle. By pushing the stopper 300 in the first direction to compress the elastic member, the stopper 300 retracts into the groove 310 relative to the frame connecting seat 200, thereby releasing the first connecting rod 110, so that the first connecting rod 110 rotates from the second angle to the first angle. Due to the restoring force of the elastic member, the stopper 300 reversely extends out of the groove 310 in the first direction, thereby limiting the first connection rod 110 and preventing the first connection rod 110 from rotating from the first angle to the second angle.
Further, the stopper 300 is provided with a guide groove 330 on one side facing the bottom wall of the groove 310, and the elastic member is partially accommodated in the guide groove 330, so as to guide the elastic member when the elastic member is elastically deformed. Wherein, the elastic component is a spring.
Furthermore, the bottom wall of the guide groove 330 is convexly provided with a boss 340, and the elastic member is sleeved on the boss 340, so that the elastic member can be limited, and the guide effect on the elastic member is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating the pull cord 160 connected to the stopper 300 in the seat attachment structure 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, the seat attachment structure 10 further includes a pull cord 160, the pull cord 160 is connected to the stop 300 through the bottom wall of the recess 310, and the stop 300 can be moved in a first direction adjacent to the bottom wall of the recess 310 by pulling the pull cord 160.
Specifically, when the seat connecting rod 140 needs to be switched between the first position and the second position, the pulling rope 160 is pulled to move the pulling rope 160 in the first direction, so as to move the stopper 300 into the groove 310 in the first direction, thereby releasing the first connecting rod 110, so that the first connecting rod 110 can be switched between the first angle and the second angle.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a stopper 300 in the seat attachment structure 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, the seat attachment structure 10 further includes a mounting block 150; the stopper 300 has a mounting groove 370, and one end of the draw cord 160 extending out of the bottom wall of the groove 310 passes through the inner wall of the mounting groove 370 in the first direction and is connected to the draw cord 160.
Specifically, when the pulling rope 160 is pulled, the fixing block 150 is pulled in the first direction, so that the fixing block 150 abuts against the inner wall of the mounting groove 370, thereby driving the stopper 300 to move in the first direction in synchronization with the pulling rope 160.
Preferably, the opening 350 of the mounting groove 370 is oriented perpendicular to the first direction, so that the fixing block 150 can be prevented from being separated from the mounting groove 370 when being pulled in the first direction.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the stopper 300 is provided with an opening 350, the opening 350 is communicated with the mounting groove 370, and the pulling rope 160 can move into or out of the stopper 300 through the opening 350.
Specifically, when the fixing block 150 enters the mounting groove 370, the pulling rope 160 can enter the stopper 300 from the opening 350, so that the fixing block 150 is prevented from being fixed with the pulling rope 160 after being mounted in the mounting groove 370.
Further, the opening 350 is communicated with the guiding groove 330 and extends to the boss 340, so that the end of the pulling rope 160 passing through the bottom wall of the groove 310 first passes through the center of the spring and is connected to the fixing block 150 after extending into the opening 350. Because the spring is limited in the accommodating space, the spring can limit the pull rope 160, and the pull rope 160 is prevented from moving out of the stopper 300 from the opening 350.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the stroller according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the seat connecting structure 10, a frame 170, and a seat 180, wherein the frame connecting rod 130 is connected to the frame 170, and the seat connecting rod 140 is connected to the seat 180.
Specifically, when a baby has a meal, a higher seat is required to match a dining table, and when the baby goes out, a lower seat is required to ensure the stability of the baby stroller. Therefore, when the seat link 140 is located at the first position, the seat 180 is located at a higher position, thereby satisfying the height required for the infant to have a meal. When the seat connecting rod 140 is at the second position, the seat 180 is at the lower position, so as to satisfy the height required by the baby when going out. This application is through seat connection structure 10 for the switching between first position and second position that saddle connecting seat 400 can be convenient, and is simple convenient.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
