The fold lock assembly as recited in claim 2, comprising a first elastic member, one end of the first elastic member being connected to the locking member, the other end of the first elastic member being connected to the first seat or the second seat, the first elastic member being adapted to reset the toggle after the toggle is slid.
4. A folding lock assembly according to claim 3 including a guide member provided on said first seat or said second seat, said first resilient member being a spring, said first resilient member being sleeved on an outer peripheral side of said guide member, said knob being provided on said guide member and being movable along said guide member.
5. The fold lock assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the wrench has a protrusion, a plurality of positioning slots are provided in the protrusion, and the plurality of positioning slots are spaced along an extension of the protrusion.
6. The fold lock assembly as recited in claim 1, including a linkage, the wrench being rotatably connected to one of the first seat and the second seat, one end of the linkage being rotatably connected to the other of the first seat and the second seat, the other end of the linkage being rotatably connected to the wrench, the linkage, the first seat, the second seat, and the wrench forming a four bar linkage.
7. The fold lock assembly as recited in claim 6, wherein one end of the link is provided with a pivot, the link is rotatably connected to the first seat or the second seat via the pivot, the wrench is provided with a limit groove, and the pivot is adapted to fit in the limit groove.
8. The fold lock assembly of claim 1 including a second resilient member disposed between the wrench and the first seat or between the wrench and the second seat, the second resilient member adapted to reset the wrench upon rotation of the wrench.
9. The fold lock assembly of claim 1 wherein one of the first seat and the second seat has a boss thereon, the boss adapted to stop against the other of the first seat and the second seat upon relative rotation of the first seat and the second seat to limit the fold angle of the riser.
10. The fold lock assembly of any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first seat is provided with a glue groove adapted to be filled with an adhesive to strengthen the connection of the riser and the first seat.
11. A scooter comprising a fold lock assembly, the fold lock assembly being in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The walker of claim 11 comprising a riser connected to the first seat and a front fork connected to the second seat.
