The biopsy ablation device of claim 6, wherein the body of the ablation needle is formed of an electrically conductive material and an electrically conductive layer is formed on an outer surface of the body, the handle is formed of an insulating material, and an insulating membrane layer is disposed on the outer surface of the body and separates the electrically conductive layer into at least two electrically conductive segments.

The biopsy ablation device of claim 6, wherein the second handle portion comprises a handle body and a detachment head, the handle body comprising a front handle portion and a rear handle portion, the handle body and the detachment head being coupled, the front handle portion and the rear handle portion being detachably coupled, a conductive member disposed within the handle body, the ablation needle being inserted into and conductively coupled to the conductive member.
